Furthest run to date this morning at 28km, nearly 17.5 miles but towed my bollocks off 🥵😬 Struggling to get my head around needing to bolt on circa 14km to this for a Marathon distance 😨 Greedy pig again the day before, ate enough Tuna / Pasta to sink a battleship, porridge and a narna this morning meant my stomach was like a brick and I felt heavy and sluggish all the way round, really need to sort out my nutrition pre run 😬🙈 Plan was to run to Leeds and get the train back but rail strikes spoilt the fun, ended up doing an out & back which felt much tougher than last month. Falar das diferentes nuances da palavra Corre, não só são estudos de caso e/ou um diário de bordo.

A Cultura de manter viva expressões que são a própria vanguarda da moda, do comportamento (lifestyle), da arte, da música, do esporte é responsabilidade de uma Crew, seja lá qual Cultura ela representa.

O dialeto é algo forte, para que um grupo se caracterize como Crew/Gang, como parte da Rua, a gíria criada por esse grupo contribui para a questão.

Corre, gíria e/ou expressão que vi nascer e por algum motivo nos escolheu: e aqui segue a nossa responsa de, reis e rainhas do Corre, verbalizar e exemplificar a nossa narrativa.

Como todo mundo sabe, temos muito orgulho de dizer que somos a Tropa 2+1 da adidas (mais um dialeto das Ruas que faz uma simbiose perfeita de quem somos e pra onde vamos. De quebra, faz todo sentido com números de listras do nosso patrocinador); óbvio que isso não é só estar, é tipo "enquanto estivermos seremos adidas". E essa relação fortalece muita coisa para a Cultura da Rua e para a tropa também, claro.

Dia desses saímos para testar o novo pisante de corrida da marca, o Ultraboost 21: que tênis bom Marquin!

Se vocês quiserem saber mais sobre tecnologia e tradicionalidade na fala de tênis de corrida, podem buscar uns sites especializados na rede mundial de computadores, por aqui a fala é mais direta e visceral, tá ligado não?

Gi, Modelo e eu saímos para um passeio noturno que misturava distância média, ritmo avançado e ritmo mais chill para analisar como o pisante (tênis) se comportaria longe das pistas e de locais com estrutura para a prática da Corrida. E não é que o pisante representou?!

Ele é excelente pra quem ama correr, mas não é hardcore, e apesar disso a galera que tem mais força nos cambitos e nos pulmões também pode ser divertir de verdade com o UB21 (Ultraboost21); suas tecnologias permitem realmente que haja um ajuste na pisada e passada de forma bem orgânica, o que ajuda muito já que para manter ou melhorar no ato de Correr postura é tudo.

A única merda memo é que o meu rasgou, nada demais, um "tiro de raspão" afinal, como dizem, correr na periferia não é pra amadores e qualquer tênis tá sujeito a sofrer danos fortuitos num ambiente onde a ocupação através do esporte representa muito mais que o passeio com a brisa da manhã.

Hablando de los diferentes matices de la palabra Corre, no solo son estudios de caso y / o un diario de a bordo.

La Cultura de mantener vivas las expresiones que están a la vanguardia de la moda, el comportamiento (estilo de vida), el arte, la música, los deportes es responsabilidad de un Crew, cualquiera que sea la Cultura que represente.

El dialecto es algo fuerte, para que un grupo se caracterice como Crew / Gang, como parte de Rua, la jerga creada por ese grupo contribuye al problema.

Corre, jerga y / o expresión que vi nacer y por alguna razón nos eligió: Y aquí sigue nuestra responsabilidad con, reyes y reinas de Corre, verbalizar y ejemplificar nuestra narrativa.

Como todo el mundo sabe, estamos muy orgullosos de decir que somos adidas Troop 2 + 1 (Otro dialecto de las calles que hace una simbiosis perfecta de quiénes somos y hacia dónde vamos. Además, tiene perfecto sentido con números de rayas de nuestro patrocinador.); obviamente no se trata solo de ser, es como "mientras seamos adidas".

Y esta relación se fortalece mucho para Cultura da Rua y las tropas también, por supuesto.

Uno de estos días salimos a probar la nueva zapatilla de running de la marca, la Ultraboost 21: ¡Qué buena zapatilla, chicos!

Gi, Modelo y yo salimos a dar una caminata nocturna que mezclaba media distancia, ritmo avanzado y ritmo más frío para analizar cómo se comportaría el paso (tenis) lejos de las pistas y lugares con estructura para la práctica de la Carrera. ¡Y no es que el pisoteo represente!

Es excelente para los que aman correr, pero no es hardcore, aunque los chicos que tienen más fuerza en las piernas y pulmones también pueden ser muy divertidos con UB21 (Ultraboost21); sus tecnologías realmente permiten que haya un ajuste en el paso y pasado de una manera muy orgánica lo cual ayuda mucho ya que mantener o mejorar en el acto de correr la postura lo es todo.

La única nota de mierda es que la mía rompió, nada mucho, un "tiro rasante" después de todo, como dicen, correr en la periferia no es para aficionados y cualquier tenis está sujeto a daños incidentales en un entorno donde la ocupación a través del deporte representa un mucho más que el paseo con la brisa de la mañana.

Talking of the different nuances of the word Corre, not only are case studies and/or a logbook.

The Culture of keeping alive expressions that are at the forefront of fashion, behavior (lifestyle), art, music, sports is the responsibility of a Crew, whatever Culture it represents.

The dialect is something strong, for a group to be characterized as Crew/Gang, as part of Rua, the slang created by that group contributes to the issue.

Corre, slang and/or expression that I saw being born and for some reason chose us: And here follows our responsibility to, kings and queens of Corre, verbalize and exemplify our narrative.

As everyone knows, we are very proud to say that we are adidas Troop 2 + 1 (Another dialect from the streets that makes a perfect symbiosis of who we are and where we are going. In addition, it makes perfect sense with numbers of stripes from our sponsor.); obviously this is not just about being, it’s like "as long as we’re going to be adidas".

And this relationship strengthens a lot for Street Culture and the Ghetto Gang too, of course.

One of these days we went out to test the brand's new running shoe, the Ultraboost 21: What a nice shoe, fellas!

Gi, Modelo and I went for a night Corre that mixed medium distance, advanced pace and chillier pace to analyze how the machine (UB21) would behave far from the tracks and places with structure for the practice of the running. And it is not that the trampling represented!

It is excellent for those who love to run, but it is not hardcore, although the guys who have more strength in their legs and lungs can also be really fun with UB21 (Ultraboost21); its technologies really allow that there is an adjustment in the step and passed in a very organic way which helps a lot since to maintain or improve in the act of running posture is everything.

Since I never had Cassie this weekend, I set myself a challenge. 60km over 6 runs, 3 days running, break day, 3 days running 🏃‍♂️ The last run today was tough.
