Welcome to my ongoing walkthrough for my Sango cosplay build! This will be part of a series going through the coming months that follows the build journey for this costume. Yet more Inuyasha spam! We wound up having to clear some garbage from the area before taking photos on Saturday. It's such a shame that people take such a pretty area for granted! - - I've got a question- and I don't mean to be divisive or cause problems but I'm legitimately curious: is it considered crossplay when a person Cosplays a character that is a different gender than what they (the cosplayer) identifies as- but makes no move to hide their (the cosplayers) gender, just going for as correct a costume representation on the frame of the existing body? Because that's what I did with Inuyasha. I didn't bind, but I also didn't go for "sexy". I just wanted to cosplay Inuyasha, and wether people saw "female Inuyasha" or "male Inuyasha" I just left it for them to determine. I'm curious in part because I don't want to incorrectly tag or classify something as something it isn't...more correctly I don't want to be an accident dick. Applying glue to Hiraikotsu 1.5! Vastly less this time to prevent the foam it forms from splitting the halves apart.
