hey can I get some prayers/possibly advice? some friends of mine are in a real bind with one of their dogs, who I happen to absolutely ADORE, and I'd love to help in some way but I don't know how

this trial had EVERYTHING. knocked bars. technical difficulties. blown teeters. bad handling. good handling but Jay blew me off and did what he wanted anyways. flawless dogwalk contacts that meant nothing because he popped the weaves for no reason. and a perfect 6.7YPS JWW run with one singular bar to make me go insane.

the problem with tangle is she was written as an s tier character out of the gate, so you can’t really give her a character arc. she’s at the peak. you have to make her worse in order to make her better

As a professional dog trainer I love when owners tell me their dog has stranger danger so please don't try to get in their personal space or take the leash. A freaking plus advocacy for the dog.

I will happily take the time to make sure a dog is comfortable with me before asking them to do anything. My ego is not more important than setting a dog up for success.

hell no, she's like a house of cards. look at that poor woman's body structure, she's been shoved into the feckin twig body build corner!!!

well... alright after she eventually gets better she could do a backflip. normal Sparrows can do it, why shouldn't the depression version with more hands on experience from slug life

Now that things have calmed down somewhat, perhaps it's time for me to get my Hisuian battle style classes going again. I had almost forgotten them- I haven't held one since Emmet was injured, and after that, things were simply too hectic, but I believe they can continue once again!

Agility practice tonight was pretty good.

First run I put the piggy on a table just outside the ring. I had to call his attention back to me a few times and at the end he helped himself to it by jumping on the table and then back into the ring to punch me with it.

Second run I had a classmate hold it out of sight, he stopped to look for it once but stayed with me. At the finish I had the person toss it into the ring and he happily bought it to me.

Third run we did the same with the piggy except he didn't look for it until the end. Which leaves me feeling hopeful about the trial.

The last few minutes we talked about the trial. My instructor and classmates described the set up and flow of things. And the people who will be there the days I will invited me to sit with them and help with anything I might. That makes me feel the most reassured.
