Agile Leader - Program Manager
We are looking for a Certified Agile Leader to work within banking related initiatives. The role requires extensive Banking and/or Financial Services industry experience. It is also preferable that the candidate’s experiences span multiple industries.
Delivery Capability:
Candidates interested in the position will have experience in the following areas:
Proven understanding of project management methodologies and demonstrable experience in managing projects according to PMI standards, including use of PMO disciplines, project reporting, stakeholder management, project planning, etc.
Certified Agile Leader is required.
Excellent comprehension of Agile methodology and demonstrable experience on executing Agile practices.
Experience leading transition from traditional project management methodologies (waterfall, etc.) to Agile.
Demonstrated team leader providing direction to clarify goals, actions and deliverables.
Solid and demonstrable hands-on experience as guardian of Scrum teams and process is required, not just certifications.
Possesses conflict resolution expertise; conducts conversation by focusing on scrum values of openness, honesty and respect.
Should have strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills including ability to present to business and technology senior stakeholders.
Ability to track and remove impediments.
Detailed understanding in planning projects and executing plans, including management of all Risks, Issues, Change Controls and Dependencies.
Retail Banking experience highly desirable.
 Additional Credentials:
Candidates also need to exhibit the following:
10+ years of relevant experience.
Strong self-starter.
Present a professional image of conduct, attitude and attire.
Attention to detail and accuracy, as well as exceptional organizational skills, with demonstrated ability to execute projects on time and on budget.
Ability to multi-task and work in a demanding environment with little need for supervision, as well as in a small team setting.
Willingness to commit the additional time and effort necessary during periods of heavy workload in order to meet project deadlines, implementation deadlines, etc.
Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude.
Ability to read, write, communicate and process complex ideas.
Strategic thinking to conceptualize and implement current and/or new service offerings and/or other work deliverables.
