A Beginner’s Journey: Learning Animation with Zero Background
Tumblr media
Breaking into the world of animation with absolutely no prior experience may seem daunting—but it’s entirely possible, and more achievable today than ever before. Whether you're drawn to the magic of 2D storytelling or fascinated by hyper-realistic 3D worlds, starting from scratch doesn’t mean you’re at a disadvantage. In fact, the animation industry now thrives on fresh perspectives, and many studios actively welcome talent from non-traditional backgrounds.
If you’ve ever wondered where to begin your animation journey, this guide breaks down every step to get you started—without overwhelming jargon or unnecessary pressure.
Why Now Is the Best Time to Begin
Animation is no longer limited to major film studios or big-budget productions. Thanks to affordable tools and a surge in demand across industries—advertising, social media, education, gaming, and even virtual reality—animation has become more accessible and versatile than ever.
In 2025, the animation industry continues to boom globally, with record-breaking revenues reported in streaming-based animation content. Platforms like Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and Crunchyroll are consistently investing in original animated shows and films. The recent success of titles like Arcane, Nimona, and Blue Eye Samurai has shown that audiences are craving animated content with rich visuals and deeper narratives.
This surge has led to more online resources, community-led initiatives, and educational platforms focused on beginners, creating an ideal environment for aspiring animators.
Step 1: Understand What Animation Actually Involves
Animation is far more than drawing. It combines storytelling, timing, physics, character development, sound design, and even a bit of acting. There are various styles and disciplines under the umbrella of animation:
2D Animation (hand-drawn or digital)
3D Animation (used in movies, games, VR)
Stop Motion
Motion Graphics
Visual Effects (VFX)
It’s important to understand these areas to figure out what excites you most. Don’t worry about mastering everything at once—most animators specialize over time.
Step 2: Begin with Free or Affordable Tools
Starting with free software can help you dip your toes in the water without a big financial commitment. Here are some excellent tools for beginners:
Krita or Pencil2D for 2D animation
Blender for 3D animation (open-source and industry-relevant)
Synfig Studio for vector-based 2D animation
DaVinci Resolve (free version) for editing and basic VFX
These tools are beginner-friendly and come with vast online communities where learners share tutorials and feedback.
Step 3: Learn the Fundamentals First
Before diving into software mastery, it’s critical to build a foundation in animation principles. The 12 principles of animation—introduced by Disney legends Frank Thomas and Ollie Johnston—remain the gold standard. These include squash and stretch, anticipation, timing, and more.
There are countless YouTube channels, MOOCs, and blogs dedicated to teaching these fundamentals, such as:
Alan Becker Tutorials
Bloop Animation
Animation Mentor Blog
Additionally, books like The Animator’s Survival Kit by Richard Williams can become your personal animation bible.
Step 4: Practice Through Mini Projects
Animation can be overwhelming when you try to create full scenes right away. Instead, focus on tiny exercises: bouncing balls, walk cycles, facial expressions, or lip-sync practice. These bite-sized projects build your muscle memory and help you apply theoretical concepts practically.
Even looping GIFs or social media reels are great formats to begin experimenting with. Remember, every animator starts with imperfect lines and awkward timing—it’s the persistence that transforms you.
Step 5: Join Animation Communities and Forums
Learning in isolation can be challenging. Join beginner-friendly animation communities where you can get feedback, participate in contests, and stay motivated. Platforms like:
r/animation on Reddit
The Animation Guild (TAG)
ArtStation & Behance
Discord channels for Blender, Krita, and VFX artists
You’ll also find many professionals and instructors giving live critiques, free sessions, and project walk-throughs.
Step 6: Consider Structured Learning for Deeper Growth
Once you’ve dipped your feet and know this path excites you, consider enrolling in a structured course. These programs offer mentorship, project reviews, and a roadmap—something self-learning can’t always provide.
For example, an 3D animation course bengaluru offers a guided curriculum that combines hands-on software training with deep dives into narrative design, character building, and even collaborative team projects. What’s exciting is that some of these programs now include real-world studio briefs, helping learners experience professional animation scenarios early on.
In growing creative hubs, institutes are becoming more holistic in approach—blending creativity with storytelling, software with emotional intelligence. This structured training, paired with a city’s expanding animation ecosystem, allows learners to build both skills and networks.
Step 7: Keep a Portfolio, Not Just Practice
As you gain confidence, start compiling your work into a digital portfolio. This doesn’t need to be elaborate—a simple showreel or a Behance page is enough. Make sure to include:
Short clips or looping animations
Before/after shots to show progress
Rough sketches or process breakdowns
A brief description for context
Employers and collaborators don’t look for perfection—they look for storytelling, style, and potential.
Step 8: Stay Updated With Industry Trends
Animation is an ever-evolving industry. Keeping up with trends ensures your skills stay relevant. Some current trends you should watch:
Real-time animation with Unreal Engine
AI-assisted animation tools like Cascadeur and RunwayML
Stylized 3D with 2D aesthetics (e.g., Spider-Verse influence)
Hybrid roles—animators now often know sound design, editing, or VFX basics
Follow events like Annecy International Animation Festival, Lightbox Expo, and SIGGRAPH to stay informed.
In 2025, several studios in India and abroad are embracing AI-enhanced workflows, but the human touch—storytelling, character nuance, emotion—is still the irreplaceable core. That’s where beginners can truly shine.
Step 9: Don’t Fear Mistakes—They’re Your Learning Tools
Animation is a long game. You’ll make clunky animations. You’ll get feedback that stings. But each mistake is a blueprint for improvement.
Many professional animators started in their 20s, 30s, even 40s. What got them ahead wasn’t talent—it was resilience and a genuine love for the medium. So don’t obsess over getting it “right” at the beginning. Focus on growing.
Conclusion: Your Zero-to-One Journey Begins Now
Starting animation with zero experience is not only doable—it’s incredibly rewarding. With persistence, smart resources, and a commitment to storytelling, you can turn blank frames into meaningful motion.
Cities like Bengaluru are seeing a rapid rise in animation and VFX studios catering to OTT, gaming, and advertising industries. Many educational hubs are adapting to this shift, providing hands-on learning in visual storytelling, motion graphics, and effects. If you're interested in mastering these advanced techniques, enrolling in a 2D animation course bengaluru could help you bridge the gap between passion and profession—especially in a city quickly becoming a hotspot for creative tech.
Remember, every great animator once knew nothing. Your journey starts with one frame—and that’s all it takes to begin.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
“Come on, Dark, open up, buddy,” Chosen encouraged, holding a healing potion.
Dark turned his head away.
“It’ll make your gums feel better,” Chosen said, dabbing a bit of potion on his finger, “and Blue made it so that it’ll taste good.”
Chosen reached out and impatiently tried to ease Dark’s mouth open.
Dark jerked back with a growl, then lunged.
“Ow!” Chosen hissed in surprise, staring at his finger, which had a couple small puncture marks. Little bits of data were breaking off and fading away.
“Did…did he bite you?” Yellow asked, walking over.
Chosen shook his hand a couple times, then grit his teeth and poured a few drops of healing potion on his finger.
Dark shook his head as Yellow approached, then curled up and covered his head with both arms.
“Whoa…he got you good,” Yellow remarked, examining Chosen’s finger and wincing. “Baby Sticks’ teeth aren’t normally like that…I guess you guys are different.”
Chosen let out a breath, then sat cross-legged.
“Dark,” he said softly, “I just want to help you feel better.”
Dark turned away.
“I guess I shouldn’t have tried to force it,” Chosen mumbled guiltily.
“I know it’s frustrating,” Yellow said. “He’s probably frustrated too.”
“Dark?” Chosen asked gently. “I’m sorry. You’re hurting, and I knew that. I should’ve been more gentle.”
Dark stayed curled up for a moment, then turned and looked hesitantly at Chosen, who slowly held out his arms.
“We’ll try something better this time, okay?” Chosen said with a small smile.
Dark stared at him, then crawled over and got into his lap.
“What would Purple do?” Chosen sighed, hugging Dark and patting his back. “Put some potion on his pacifier?”
“You could try it,” Yellow said. “Here, let me help.”
Chosen pulled out a pacifier and gave it and the potion to Yellow.
“You want your pacifier, Dark?” Chosen asked. Dark frowned for a moment, then pulled at Chosen’s hand. “It’s not hurt anymore, see? The potion fixed it.”
Chosen showed Dark his finger, the bite marks now only just visible thanks to the potion.
“That’s what the potions do,” Chosen went on. “If you let us put some in your mouth, you won’t hurt as much while your teeth come in. And your pacifier can help.”
Dark ducked his head again, then looked up when Yellow approached.
“What do you think, Dark?” Yellow asked, holding up the pacifier. “Want to try?”
Dark hesitated, then reached out, taking the pacifier and examining it for a second before putting it in his mouth.
Chosen watched anxiously, expecting Dark to spit the pacifier out.
Instead, Dark closed his eyes and leaned against Chosen with a little yawn.
“Thanks, Yellow,” Chosen sighed. “Maybe he’ll get some sleep now.”
“Let’s put on some music and see,” Yellow said, switching the TV to YouTube. Chosen nodded and cradled Dark his arms, then sank onto the couch.
“He’s getting a little heavier,” Chosen remarked.
Yellow pulled a blanket from the back of the couch and handed it to Chosen, who wrapped Dark in it.
“Yeah, it’s weird,” Yellow agreed, picking a lullaby channel on YouTube. “He was so tiny when you first brought him here, and that was just a little over a month ago. From what I’ve read about baby Sticks, though, that growth rate seems normal.”
“I’m glad,” Chosen sighed.
“Here,” Yellow said, handing him a loaf of bread. “You haven’t eaten much today.”
“Thanks,” Chosen said, taking the loaf and munching on it. “I made some soup earlier though.”
“And fed most of it to Dark,” Yellow said, taking a seat next to him. “We’ve got enough for you to eat too, you know.”
“Yeah, I know,” Chosen said. “Thanks.”
Yellow smiled, then lowered the volume and switched the channel to a Minecraft tutorial.
“Hey, Yellow,” Chosen said. “I was reading about the Nether in the guidebook. What if Purple went back there?”
“If he did,” Yellow said, crossing his arms, “I’m sure he’ll be fine.”
“I hope so,” Chosen said.
“Seems like he’s pretty used to the place,” Yellow continued. “And he was there anyway when Blue got hurt.”
“Yeah, guess so,” Chosen muttered. “But even if you’re prepared, it doesn’t seem like a nice place at all.”
“It’s definitely not safe,” Yellow said. “But there are useful and interesting things there. We couldn’t make potions if the Nether didn’t exist, so it’s not all bad.”
“Is a Nether portal the only way to get there?” Chosen asked.
“Yup,” Yellow said. “If you dug far enough down and hit bedrock, you wouldn’t be able to get to the Nether. You always need a portal. The recent updates added Lush Caves and the Deep Dark, so nowadays there’s more to explore before you hit bedrock.”
“Deep Dark?” Chosen repeated.
“It’s a new part of Minecraft,” Yellow explained. “None of us have found it yet. But it’s way more dangerous than the Nether.”
“What’s it like?” Chosen asked.
“It’s really far down, so it’s really dark,” Yellow said. “As you might’ve guessed. A new Mob called the Warden is down there.”
“I think I missed that part in the guidebook,” Chosen said.
“It’s alright,” Yellow said. “The update was pretty recent. I’ll get you an updated guidebook when it comes out…or maybe I’ll compile one after doing some research in the official forums.”
“So…what is the Warden?” Chosen asked.
“Here,” Yellow said, quickly going to a search engine and looking up a picture. Chosen stared uneasily at the towering creature, noting the gaping mouth and the glowing faces in its chest cavity. “I’d like to find the place, but I know it’s a bad idea without knowing more.”
“Even if I knew everything,” Chosen muttered, “I don’t know if I’d want to go.”
“That’s smart,” Yellow sighed. “I’m still really curious about it though.”
“I hope Purple didn’t try to go there,” Chosen sighed, shaking his head.
“Yeah…same here,” Yellow murmured. “I think he’ll be back soon. If not, we’ll go find him.”
A faint rushing noise turned Chosen and Yellow’s attention towards the front door.
“Maybe that’s him now,” Yellow said, but before he could get up, Purple trudged through the front door, staggering a few steps before collapsing. “Purple!” Yellow shot over and sat Purple up. “Can you hear me? What happened to you?”
“’S okay,” Purple whispered.
“You’ve only got two hearts left!” Yellow exclaimed.
Chosen carefully laid Dark down in his playpen, then rushed over and gave Yellow his healing potion.
“C’mon, Purple,” Yellow urged, lifting his head and offering the potion. Purple didn’t open his eyes, but he slowly began to drink.
“You need anything else?” Chosen asked quietly once Purple had drained the bottle.
“No,” Yellow said, lifting Purple and heading for the guest room. “He just needs rest.”
Chosen hurried past Yellow and opened the door.
“Thanks, Chosen,” Yellow murmured, and Chosen nodded before running back to the living room.
“Choo?” Dark asked drowsily, and Chosen lifted him out of the playpen.
“Sorry,” Chosen murmured. “Woke you up, didn’t I? You want to play?”
Dark glanced towards the playpen, then shook his head and closed his eyes.
“I guess Purple really is just used to going there on his own,” Vic commented. “But obviously something went wrong today…”
Chosen nodded, then headed outside and glanced at the Nether portal. The usual swirling purple curtain was gone.
“It’s deactivated,” Chosen said, frowning. “I wonder if Purple did that…”
“Did what?” Red asked, and Chosen glanced up to see Green and Second walking behind Red.
“Uh…well…” Chosen mumbled, looking down. “Purple’s back.”
“Really?!” Green exclaimed.
“Yeah…” Chosen said, “but he was pretty badly hurt.”
“Is he okay now?” Second asked.
“Yeah, he’s gonna be fine,” Chosen said. “Yellow got him a healing potion.”
“What was Purple doing in the Nether all by himself?” Green muttered crossly.
“I don’t know,” Chosen said.
“I guess he thought he should deactivate the portal,” Second remarked, glancing up at the obsidian frame. He crouched and examined a corner of it, where one of the obsidian blocks was missing. “Was something chasing him?”
“I don’t know,” Chosen said. “Purple couldn’t really say much.”
“Guess we’ll ask him later,” Second said, pulling out a diamond pickaxe. “For now maybe we should take this down.”
Green and Red nodded, also pulling out diamond pickaxes.
Chosen frowned uneasily, then walked a short distance away before tapping an empty spot. He typed as quickly as he could with one hand.
Alan…you there?
He waited, listening to the others taking the portal down.
A minute passed and he’d gotten no response.
“I was helping him animate, but then he had to go start dinner,” Second said, walking up beside Chosen and putting his pickaxe away. “What did you want to ask him?”
“Just if he’d seen anything,” Chosen said. “Thanks for taking the portal down.”
“Until we know what happened,” Second said, crossing his arms, “we won’t build it again.”
Hello?
Chosen jumped, and Dark squirmed.
“Sorry, Dark,” Chosen said quickly, patting his arm. “It’s okay. I just got startled.”
Did you need something?
Second cleared the text box, then quickly typed back.
Purple’s back from the Nether, but he was really hurt.
He was? What happened?
We don’t know yet. But we wanted to know if you saw anything.
No, I didn’t….sorry.
That’s okay. Wanted to ask just in case.
You took the portal down?
Yeah. Until we figure out what happened.
Probably for the best.
Dark stared upward and glanced around the desktop.
“What are you looking for, Dark?” Chosen asked.
Dark pointed a finger upward, and Chosen looked in the direction he was indicating, but didn’t see anything.
“Sorry, Dark,” he said, “I don’t know what you’re looking at.”
“Wonder what he wants,” Red said, crossing his arms.
Dark frowned and reached out his other hand, making insistent, frustrated sounds.
“I have an idea,” Second said. “He might want to see Alan’s cursor. But we could distract him if you don’t want him to.”
Chosen let out a frustrated huff, then sighed.
“Fine,” Chosen said. “He probably just wants to play.”
Everything okay?
Yeah, everything’s fine. Could you bring the cursor down here?
Okay.
The arrow appeared and slowly approached Second.
Should I do something?
Chosen thinks Dark wants to play with you.
Really?
Second nodded, and Dark turned his head, smiling at the arrow, then reached for it. Hesitantly, Chosen set Dark down, and the little Stick wobbled to his feet and began walking towards the cursor.
Is he walking? Has he done that before?
Chosen shook his head in surprise, then glanced around as Green walked towards them.
“What’s going on?” he asked. “Is uh…is Dark walking?”
“Yeah, that’s what Alan said,” Red laughed.
Dark laughed and kept walking towards the cursor, with Chosen following behind. The cursor stayed where it was.
Dark suddenly stumbled and began to fall, but the cursor moved forward to steady him, and Chosen quickly got Dark back on his feet. The cursor retreated a bit.
Sorry.
“You okay?” Chosen asked, and Dark nodded, then started forward again.
He still looks really small to me…but has he grown a little?
Yeah. Apparently Stick babies grow fast.
Dark put his arms around the cursor and beamed, then began to climb up.
“Uh, Dark, wait!” Chosen exclaimed.
I got it.
The arrow slowly turned and lay flat against the ground before Dark could climb much further.
Chosen sat next to Dark with a faint sigh, and Dark glanced curiously at him.
“Choo…’kay?”
“Yeah, I’m okay,” Chosen said with a smile, patting Dark on the head.
What’d he say?
Second glanced at Chosen questioningly.
“Go ahead and tell him,” Chosen said.
Dark just asked if Chosen was okay.
He’s talking already?
Yeah. And uh…he doesn’t call him Chosen. He uses a nickname.
What is it?
Second looked at Chosen for one last confirmation. Chosen sighed and nodded.
Choo-Choo.
A few seconds passed before Alan started typing.
That’s…nice!
Dark stared at the text box, then reached his hands out for it, making insistent grunts.
Chosen watched him for a moment, then smiled.
Hey, Alan, could Dark type something to you?
Sure.
Second pulled the text box and small keyboard down towards Dark.
“This is the keyboard,” Second explained. “You just type the letters you want and write a message.”
Dark watched Second curiously as he talked. Chosen gently took Dark’s hands, then placed them on the keyboard.
“Just pick whatever letters you want,” Chosen said, “and Alan will see it.”
Dark stared at the keyboard for a second, then poked a couple keys.
Hjf
“That’s good!” Chosen said, trying not to laugh. Dark looked at him and smiled, then began typing again.
Givksjrjt
Second put a hand to his mouth, but Chosen could tell he was smiling.
Hjsjsfjakvufjf
Good job, Dark…keep practicing!
“Heh. He’s already good at keysmashing,” Vic chuckled.
“Okay!” Red exclaimed, looking nervously around. “Please tell me you heard that.”
“Yeah, I heard,” Second said, and Chosen felt a jolt of surprise as the orange Stick looked at him. “Did you hear it too?”
Chosen glanced at Red.
“The voice,” Red clarified. “We all hear it every now and then. Haven’t you?”
“I…I don’t know,” Chosen said nervously.
“It’s…okay,” Vic sighed. “I knew they’d find out eventually.”
“I…I’m sorry,” Chosen muttered. “It’s…it’s my friend, Vic.”
“But…nobody else is here,” Second said, while Red looked nervously around.
“You sure he’s not just an imaginary friend?” Green asked suspiciously, his arms crossed.
“That wouldn’t explain the voice we’ve all heard,” Red noted.
“He’s a…ghost,” Chosen sighed. “You can only see him at night, or really early in the morning.”
“Ghost?” Red repeated, his eyes widening.
“Where was he when Yellow checked on you after you got Weakness?” Green asked, bewildered.
“I just hid,” Vic said.
“And your name’s Vic?” Second asked, staring in Vic’s direction.
“Vic!” Dark exclaimed happily, pointing.
“Hey, little guy,” Vic said, and Chosen heard a smile in his voice. “I’m here.”
What’s going on?
Second pulled the text box over.
Alan…do you know anybody named Vic?
A minute passed, and Alan hadn’t typed back.
Alan?
Sorry, I just….do you mean Victim?
“Don’t call me that.”
Chosen felt a painful chill.
Lately we’ve been hearing someone talking, but haven’t seen anybody.
Second looked at Chosen uncomfortably.
“Sometimes we heard you talking to yourself,” he said, “or so we thought.”
“Yeah, that was me,” Vic muttered.
The text box suddenly jerked away from Second, causing him to jump.
Alan. It’s me. Vic.
“You aren’t somehow doing that, are you, Second?” Red asked, edging closer to him.
“No, that’s not me…”
Vict…Vic? You’re here? How did you get off my old computer before…
I followed Dark and Chosen before it blue-screened. Anyway. I’m going to stay here from now on.
Red, Second and Green and stared at each other, wide-eyed.
Technically this means your computer’s haunted. But I won’t do anything bad. I just want to help Chosen and Dark.
Yeah…no…that’s fine…
Good.
Listen, Vic…I just…
There was a pause, and then Alan cleared the text box.
If there’s…anything I can do…
I can take care of myself. I’m a ghost, after all. I don’t need much.
Alright….well…
Thanks, by the way, for letting Chosen and Dark stay here.
Yeah…no problem.
“You were talking to a ghost this whole time?” Green asked incredulously. Chosen nodded anxiously. “I wish you’d told us! We thought everybody was going crazy!”
“And why are you a ghost?” Red burst out. “What happened to you?”
“I died. Or more accurately, I was deleted.”
Red looked back at Green and Second in confusion. Green shook his head, but Second clenched his fists and stared at the ground.
“Alan…” Second growled, and his eyes began to glow a faint green.
“Sec, what’s wrong?!” Red yelped.
Green strode over and took Second’s hands gently.
“Sec, bud…” he murmured, “take some deep breaths, alright? It’s gonna be okay…just focus on me.”
Second?
“How…long…?” Second muttered.
Chosen picked up Dark and stepped back nervously.
“Chosen, what should we do?!” Red cried, holding his head in panic.
Chosen grit his teeth, then held out Dark to Red.
“I’ll try to calm him down,” Chosen said.
Red took Dark and watched wide-eyed when suddenly Green yelped in pain and staggered away from Second.
“Green!” Red yelled frantically, steadying him with one arm.
“It’s okay,” Green hissed, tucking his arms in. “I’m okay.”
“Get inside!” Chosen told them urgently. “It’ll be alright! Take care of Dark!”
The two hesitated, their eyes flicking to Second.
“It’ll be alright!” Chosen urged them again. “I’ll try talking to him!”
Red and Green hesitated a moment longer, then nodded and ran inside the house.
“Second, listen,” Chosen said, slowly approaching, “Alan’s better now, isn’t he?”
“He ended my friends,” Second said in a low growl.
“I know!” Chosen exclaimed, putting his hands on Second’s shoulders. “I’m sorry. I know. It happened twice. I can’t imagine what that feels like. And…part of it was because of me.”
Second’s glowing eyes narrowed, and he slowly turned his head towards the house.
“Dark…”
Green fire flared around Second’s fists.
“No!” Chosen yelled, gripping Second’s shoulders tighter. “He’s gone! That’s not him anymore!”
Chosen felt a scalding pain start to creep up his arms.
“Second…” Chosen hissed, gritting his teeth in pain. “Take this out on me, but don’t hurt him! He can’t do anything to you anymore…I swear. The Stick you’re mad at is gone! And Alan…he’s…”
Second’s head jerked around towards Chosen, and his glowing eyes narrowed. The searing pain increased, and Chosen shut his eyes tightly. His arms began to shake, but he didn’t release his grip.
“Let me go,” Second growled, gripping Chosen’s arms and whirling swiftly before slamming him to the ground.
Chosen lay stunned for a moment, then forced his eyes open halfway to see Alan’s cursor in front of him.
Second, please! Whatever’s wrong, we can talk!
Second raised a hand, and the text box was burned away. Then he raised a hand towards the cursor.
“Second!” Yellow burst out from the house. “NO!”
The Stick’s glowing green eyes suddenly shifted to yellow, and he slumped forward. The flames began to flicker out.
“…Vic?” Chosen wheezed.
The yellow glow in Second’s eyes suddenly flickered back to green, and flames flared up around his fists again.
“Chosen!” Yellow shouted.
“Stay there!” Chosen yelled back. “Just wait!”
Second’s green eyes shifted to yellow again, but Chosen could still see faint sparks of green.
Then the glow in Second’s eyes abruptly faded as he closed his eyes and fell to the ground.
Chosen watched him for a moment, his heart thumping hard, and his chest hurting with every breath.
“It’s…okay…” Vic murmured. “He’s asleep now.”
Chosen slumped down, closing his eyes. There was a painful ringing in his head.
“Second!” Yellow cried.
Chosen felt a soft touch on his back.
“Chosen, are you okay?” Red gasped.
Chosen opened his eyes and saw Red’s blurred figure crouched over him.
“Chosen, I’m…I swear I didn’t mean for that to happen…” Vic said, and Chosen could faintly see his glowing yellow eyes.
“I know,” Chosen mumbled with a grimace. He let his head drop back onto his arms. “D-Dark….”
“He’s fine,” Yellow said. “Blue and Green are watching him.”
“Th…thank you…” Chosen sighed, closing his eyes.
Chosen felt something touch his back, and dimly felt himself being lifted as he blacked out.
