"I can't thank you enough, Alara. You deserve this," she said with a chuckle, offering a piece of champagne cake. One of her clients had recently gotten engaged and chose a hotel in Aurora Bay to celebrate the occasion. Unfortunately, the bride-to-be's dress was too tight. With her friend Alara on speed dial, she was able to save the day. Alara worked her magic and made Onya's dress fit her body perfectly. "I wonder how many other fires like this you've been able to put out," she said curiously.

evelyn watched as the customer walked out of black cat cafe. "its funny, y'know - you would think that people wouldn't be as surprised when they walk in here that there are actual cats. i mean, it's in the name," she rolled her eyes and laughed softly. she leaned forward by resting her hands against the counter. evelyn was definitely the split between an introvert and extrovert. she was able to turn it on when she needed to. and in this case, she was at work; a place where she needed the bubbliness of her personality the most. although some of it was forced, a majority of it was genuine with who she was.

"maybe i was too harsh?" she phrased rhetorically. "not your problem, anywho - what can i get you?" evelyns eyes were fixed on the woman across from her with a gentle smile.

“Here,” she said as she poured the other girl a glass of rosè. It was well deserved, Victoria thought after Alara had successfully hemmed some of her skirts even though it was the end of summer, she was looking forward to wearing them with her boots as soon as it got colder. “You deserve it, and we can get to your nails tomorrow. Did you have any inspo? We can make the most of spring with some cute flowers or something.”

Lia had just received her latest shipment from the latest run on the catwalk, there were a couple of pieces that she wasn’t so sure about, so she knew of a seamstress in town that she was sure could help. She knocked on the door, a smile on her face. “Alara?! I have some great pieces in need of help!”

"Occupied!" Tabitha called out as someone banged on her stall. Stood on the closed toilet lid, she huffed her weed smoke out the window in hopes to not trigger any smoke alarms. The last thing anyone needed was for this to turn into a wet tshirt contest.

The blonde had been hogging the stall while she sparked up and tried to calm her nerves. It took a lot of strength to not pack it up and head home, but this was a night of freedom. Something so rare that it needed to be enjoyed.

The weed she bought from some loser outside was shit, but it was doing the job. Another knock and Tabitha yelled back. "Unless you want a hit, you'll have to wait your turn!"

Izzy loved clothes and jewelry and anything with sparkles. Costumes were one of her favorite things about figure skating after all. Sometimes she liked to go into the shops in town and look for things for her and Clara or even just window shop, especially if she could do it with friends.

"I feel like these make me look like my mother." Izzy laughed as she tried on a pearl necklace.

Mila remarked, as she sat down at the table opposite Alara, placing the half-eaten packet onto the table. "Besides, it was just this old guy who'd somehow wandered down to the gift shop and bought two packets... I don't think he's going to find poison in a hospital." She paused, while her hand slid inside to grab another of the sweets. "Or maybe he would. Anyway, what's new with you?"

As Victoria sipped on her drink, her eyes caught sight of a group of people gathered around a makeshift photo booth, complete with cowboy hats, bandanas, and props aplenty. Intrigued by the laughter and excitement emanating from the booth, Victoria felt a surge of curiosity tug at her.

"Come on let's go get some cute pictures." Tori said to Alara, taking a sip of her drink. "I won't make you sing karaoke with me but I absolutely will make you take some photos for the memories."

"Long story short, I lost a fight with one of th'low hangin' mangroves. Weren't payin' attention 'n it jumped me from behind." He explained, not mentioning that his boat drifted into the bramble of branches. "Managed t'survive, but m'shirt wasn't so lucky. Heard through th'grape vine y'were good at patchin' stuff like this."
