Overcome the shock of a language in disuse and sometimes difficult to understand, the book is interesting and a continuous succession of adventurous events, oppression and a bit of social criticism. There isn't a moment of pause between one event and another and it almost seems like the plot of a modern film in which nothing stops for a single second as if you were in a hurry to finish. There are funny moments and many others of pure drama. I don't understand why some call it a boring book, but I think it depends more on the language used than on the plot itself.
