This is Myra, the White or "Light" Kalar.

White Kalars are a subset of Kalars that grew from a man and a Kalar separating from the main branch of the community and settling in a small village. They are most commonly identified by their dark skin and white hair that changes a specific color when in the light.

These colors are often red, yellow, green, or blue and can manifest different types of powers based on their respective colors.

The gems in the middle of their foreheads are black, unlike their paler counterparts blue/red gems, which many assume means they are null of power. Since the community doesn't have a strong social presence, hunters don't show any interest in their gems to sell on the market.

Like I'm glad Alicesoft made all of their early catalog be freeware so that bootlickers can feel morally okay reworking it so you can actually play it on modern hardware (even if it's just Linux), but damn these games are rough.
