Stumbled upon your new YOI Yuri Katsuki pièce and your art is so amazing! You’re so very talented! I was wondering what type of materials do you use? Do you have any brand preferences? Thank you so much for the advice!

Oh~ Thank you, thank you! I use mainly St.Petersburg watercolors, also called ‘White Nights’, 36 colors… tho I’ve switched out some pans that came originally. Tbh, getting a bigger watercolor set is quite an investment so this was my first and sticked to it ever since.

For the linearts I use mainly Unipin and mix in a bit of Alphabrush or Winsor&Newton markers, usually a bit of bright yellow, light pink or blue. White lines are made with UniBall white gel pen and the white splatter is acrylics.

The paper… I’m not sure what brand it was, but thickness is around ~300gsm and brushes… well, I have my one fancy squirrel and a whole bunch of random plastic brushes hahaha~
