Alpine A4810 Project, 2022 (2035), by IED. A project by Master in Transportation Design students at the Istituto Europeo di Design (IED) Design School in collaboration with Alpine. The car's name refers to the height of Mount Blanc, the tallest mountain in the Alps which sits between Italy (home of IED) and France (home of Alpine). The car itself is a hydrogen-powered hyper car that is a vision of an Alpine from 2035.

Hypercar mit Wasserstoffantrieb Alpine A4810 - das Konzept ist der Gipfel 21.03.2022, 11:36 Uhr Wie fast alle Sportwagenmarken steht auch die Renault-Tochter Alpine vor einem dramatischen Umbruch. Ob die Zukunft allerdings so aussehen wird, wie es das Konzeptauto A4810 suggeriert? Wenn ja, dann gäbe es bald ein mit Wasserstoffverbrenner angetriebenes Hypercar. Die für ausgefallene Konzeptautos bekannte Turiner Designhochschule IED hat mit dem Alpine A4810 eine neue Sportwagen-Vision für das Jahr 2035 vorgestellt. Es handelt sich um ein 5,09 Meter langes und nur knapp über einen Meter hohes Hypercar mit dramatisch inszeniertem Aerodynamik-Konzept und futuristisch wirkenden Leuchten. Der A4810 ist über fünf Meter lang, aber nur etwas mehr als einen Meter hoch. (Foto: Alpine) Das von Studierenden entworfene Designstück soll über einen Wasserstoffantrieb verfügen. Allerdings wird nicht verraten, ob es sich um einen mit Wasserstoff gefütterten Verbrennungsmotor oder um eine Brennstoffzellenlösung handelt. Angesichts der sechseckigen Öffnungen im Heck, die aussehen wie Auspuffendrohre, sollte man ersteres vermuten. Zwar ist die Zukunfts-Flunder offiziell als Alpine deklariert, doch als konkreter Ausblick auf ein künftiges Modell der sportlichen Renault-Tochter ist der A4810 nicht gedacht. Bei dem flachen Flitzer, der unter seiner riesigen Glaskuppel eine Fahrgastzelle mit Platz für maximal zwei Personen bietet, handelt es sich vielmehr um eine Fingerübung angehender Autodesigner. Interessant ist noch der Name A4810. Die vierstellige Zahl verweist auf die Höhe von Frankreichs bekanntestem Berg, dem Mont Blanc.
