man, rejection-sensitive dysphoria (RSD) sounds so compellingly true of a thing, but I am so fed up with tumblr insisting a) it's Officially a Thing and b) it's Officially & Exclusively an ADHD thing; guys I fucking researched when I first heard of it - this is something posited by ONE DUDE, which got reported as Fact (note: with no source, by the by) by an online community-run ADHD site/mag and then got reposted fucking everywhere with either no source or linking to the article which in turn had no source, and I am not usually the one saying this but ffs please double-check your sources, come on

like I would not be surprised if this was a Thing, although I would be very surprised to discover it exclusive to ADHD individuals, and ffs gatekeeping a term as general as 'rejection-sensitive dysphoria' is ridiculous and makes you look ridiculous, please stop
