Amazon Revealed Its Newest Delivery Drone

Amazon has revealed the latest version of its Prime Air delivery drone, a hybrid aircraft that's able of vertical takeoff and landing as well as continuing forward flight. Jeff Wilke’s recent statement

Wilke stated that the new Amazon Prime Air drone will take off straight to the customer’s home to deliver their package. However, he didn’t provide any location or date for the deliveries.

Jeff also added that in order to get the final approval the Amazon Air is serving multiple agencies. The company is expecting to get it done within a few months.

Kesteloo is the main editor of the news website named DroneDJ. He noted various obstacles to daily transportation by drone. One month ago, Google’s Wing Aviation obtained a green signal to begin drone transportation in the secluded parts of the nation.
