Two days!! One more day. I’m doing great!! I have weak stomach aka gastritis so I can’t drink coffee or tea or energy drinks which means I’m all water!! Smoking also really makes me super thirsty. Only calories I’m taking are from these vitamins. I’m taking B complex, vitamin c, and iron. I’m proud. But the challenge is not over yet
