S: What's a headcanon you have?Oooh, you didn’t specify what kind, so I can just do any headcanon? How about...Raine is, at least during the journey and after it, if not before, a maternal figure for Colette. (Not Lloyd so much, because she’s very much his teacher, but a little bit Genis even though she’s first and foremost his older sister) I like to think that if/when Colette ever got married, she would turn to Raine for advice and comfort and Raine would be the one to talk down her nerves right before the wedding. I guess also during the journey Raine was trying to help Colette with her troubles re: becoming an angel. (Was Raine told or did she figure it out? I’ve never been sure)

W: 5 favorite characters from 5 different fandoms?(I’m going to count series as like, one fandom so they’re all different...)

In no particular order:

1. Colette - Tales of Symphonia

This shouldn’t need much explanation...I think I’ve gushed about how much I love Colette on numerous occasions. She’s so cute and sweet and learns so much and she is such a role model for me.

2. Agent Carolina - Red vs Blue

Honestly part of the reason Carolina is one of my favs is just because she’s one  of the few girls in the series, but she’s also really cool? I could watch all of her fight scenes for like hours. But also she’s sassy and complicated and such an interesting character.

3. Nana Alba - +Anima

Nana is just very cute? I love that her +anima conflicts with her personality and she just...doesn’t like it. But she’s also flowers and sewing and just very domestic, but it doesn’t feel out of place. Also her fears make sense and they’re always brought up when they’re relevant and they’re discussed and wow I love +Anima a lot haha.

4. Sumia - Fire Emblem Awakening

Wow, yet another cute and sweet girl...I dunno, I’ve always liked Sumia. I like her support with Robin (with the books and the escapism and such) and I’m very glad I played enough to marry her haha.

5. Mulan - Mulan

I only really started liking Mulan after I got her on a personality quiz at Disneyland? But I like her a lot. She’s clever and the movie does a really good job of showing it without flat out saying it.

You know what, that was fun enough that people should totally send me more of these haha

The other day I was eating lunch at work and I tried to tell someone what my executive position is at SEC

In truth she's not even crying because she's scared, no. It's a tactic, a ploy. Whoever the hell this is, hunting her or her parents or whoever, they managed to knock her gun away before she could strike and then move themselves away before she could strike. 

She's crying to draw them closer. Make them underestimate her. Thanks папа. You taught me well. 

Before she can even convince the man to come closer, she sees Austin. Every cell in her body objects because the man does have a gun and if the man sees Austin...

Before she can worry about that any longer, she has to worry about the fact that Austin has picked up her gun. Has to worry about the fact that he's a privileged rich kid who probably doesn't even know how to turn off the safety. 

It doesn't matter, because she'd turned off the safety before it had been knocked away and when Austin pulls the trigger, the hunter goes down. 

Austin just killed someone. And while that certainly doesn't bother her, she can tell that it most certainly does bother him. And she can also tell that she heard this man going on about her. He'd been a monologuer. A deluded monologuer at that. 

You and your kind are uncontrollable monsters. I may not be much, but I'm enough to kill some beasts. You and your parents and even some of your siblings aren't even human. I've been tracking your family for a couple weeks now. 

She knows she heard that. And she knows that while she hasn't hidden that there may be more to her than reaches the eye, she'd certainly never explained slayers or monster hunting or anything like that to him. So he really has no clue what to believe. 

For now though, he's a privileged rich kid who just pulled the trigger of a gun and killed someone.

Vera's really happy that he doesn't shy away from her touch.

whatever a snailchimera is it needs to be able to skitter and burrow because I do those two things a lot
