Forever lamenting that the popularity of the LOTR movies with people who haven't read the books, coupled with the negative reception of the Hobbit trilogy seems to lead to Bilbo being seen as nothing but a side-character to a lot of people.

He's such a great character (arguably my favorite of the whole legendarium) and is so much more interesting than he gets credit for.
