Question. Wouldn’t accelerated healing mean you age FASTER than normal bc it’s through cell replication and failed cell replication that we age?
#marvel#rambles#like. guys#WHY would it prolong life if it heals you quicker#the way we heal is cell replication#and cell replication is imperfect so like. cells fail and get errors and issues#and then those failed cells replicate and thus our skin goes wrinkly#(we’re not super sure that’s how it works but I’m assuming bc we’re not clear on A LOT abt aging)#anyways if you replicate too fast you get cancer. so there’s that#maybe it’s perfect replication every time but this theoretically would just make you immortal to aging#not prolong your life#also your brain would still age bc neurons don’t replicate and break down over time due to glia failure#GUYS IM GOING CRAZY
