I have done nearly no work at all in the last week because I cannot focus for the life of me and it’s baaaaaaaaaad.
My period has gone completely off the rails and my hormones are all over the map. I’m overwhelmingly depressed and crying at the drop of a hat and just I can’t function.
#but I’m the only woman at this company and I don’t feel comfortable saying anything#my boss is the kind of person who overshares everything#I know about all of his children’s afflictions for no real reason#I’m a naturally private person especially when it comes to medical issues#I don’t want to have to explain that I’m bleeding every other week and getting mood swings and dealing with worse migraines than usual#and fatigue and aches abs pains and an inability to focus and and and#I need to take a half day next week for an ultrasound to get screened for cancer again and it’s a lot of mental strain#I have to tell him something so I get the time off but how???#he’s gonna ask what the appointment is for and I’ll have to say a simple procedure because he’s getting frustrated with how many times#I’ve left it at ‘routine check up’#he’s a nice guy and he asks out of honest concern but also because he’s the kind of person who just needs to know everything#just like he needs to share everything#and it’s so much stress on top of the hormonal stress and I can’t handle this right now#erin wont shut up#personal#just ignore me
