Every First, Every Last (Part 1)
"No, it's in the left patch in the front," Saram chuckled as Dong Kyung searched for the car key with both of her hands, deliberately lingering inside his back pockets.
She was grinning while looking up at him as she slid one hand inside the front patch of his jeans, as he instructed.
"Yeogi?" She asked playfully.
"My left, not your left."
"Yeogi?"
"Eoh," Saram nodded, wishing he had a free hand. "Having fun yet?"
Dong Kyung's smile only widened as she tried to feel the key, while Saram tipped his head backwards as he held his breath.
Not that he was complaining, but why was his wife so frisky this morning?
But he was carrying a couple of huge paper bags that were filled with clothes and some shoes, which they were to drop at a charity event that was arranged by Joo Ik's company. And since he didn't have any free hands, his wife volunteered to get the car keys from his pocket. And she was surely taking her sweet time doing just that, just as they were about to step out of the house.
When finally, Dong Kyung fished out the keys, she scrunched up her nose then tiptoed and gave Saram a quick kiss on the mouth.
"Found it," she giggled then turned around to march towards the door.
But Saram was hot having it. How could she stir him up like that and not expect him to retaliate?
So before she could take another step, Saram dropped the paper bags on the floor and lightly grabbed her wrist as he hinged one arm around her stomach and spun her gently so she was facing him.
"Eodigaseyo?" He asked with an impish grin while he pushed the door behind her.

"Outside," she squinted, trying to stifle a grin, but hugging him like a baby panda on a bamboo culm.
"You think it will make things less dangerous?"
"Eoh. It's very dangerous to be in an enclosed space with you."
"Then why did you kiss me like that, if you weren't looking for danger?"
Dong Kyung cleared her throat and turned her gaze on her husband's forehead. She was kidding herself if she thought she could look at him squarely for that long.
"Ya, we're going to be late. We only have 30 minutes to get there," Dong Kyung attempted to deflect the topic.
"Oh trust me. At this rate we won't need 30 minutes," Saram snickered, brushing the tip of his nose against hers.
"Ya! Stop fooling --"
Saram cut her off by swiftly covering her lips with his mouth and her arms automatically folded around his shoulders as she tiptoed to reach him better. But instead of bending down, Saram scooped her up and carried her to the living room.
"We haven't done it here yet, have we?" He asked in jest between butterfly kisses as he sat down on the leather couch, with Dong Kyung on his lap.
"Does the floor count?" Dong Kyung retorted with a giggle, while kissing him playfully.
Saram halted for a moment, pretending to try and recall. "Oh that's right. We didn't make it to the couch."
"Ya!"
"What?"
"You don't have to be too specific with those things," she blushed.
"How do you still get flustered when I talk like this while you kiss me randomly all the time?"
"I don't do that."
"Get flustered or kiss me randomly?"
"Kiss you randomly."
"You just did it at the doorway," Saram scoffed. "Now stop fibbing. You can't distract me out of this."
He then pulled her closer and proceeded to kiss her once more with a restrained haste, but failing miserably at holding back his eagerness with a breathless grunt.
He hiked up her skirt then ran his hands up and down her thighs. How Dong Kyung ran her fingers through his hair as she straddled him didn't help his already crumbling self control. That and her minty breath, and her warmth, and her soft skin, and her curves, and her faint groans and...
Then her mobile phone started ringing. .
He tried to ignore it and kept himself busy with his wife's mouth, hoping every flick of his tongue would be enough to distract her. But she started tapping on his shoulders, signaling him to halt.
"My phone," she murmured against his mouth, their teeth barely clashing as he kept diving back in. "My phone is ringing."
Saram paused regretfully, heaving from the sudden interruption.
"Do you have to answer that?" He protested as he gasped for air.
Dong Kyung bit her lip and nodded then went for one more peck. She then dismounted from his lap and moved to his side, while he watched her frantically take out her mobile phone from her purse.
"Yeoboseo?" She answered promptly. "Ah, Eonnie."
Saram took a deep sigh, swallowing puffs of air to placate his heartbeats that were still ringing in his ears. How could his wife come down from the haze so fast while he could barely catch his breath?
He then stood up and walked awkwardly to the kitchen, leaving his wife on the phone with what sounded like Na JiNa, so she could talk freely without him gawking at her like a hungry puppy.
When he reached the kitchen, he took a bottle of water from the fridge then leaned on the counter as he downed the entire thing in one go. He was getting self-conscious as he hadn't completely calmed down yet. A part of him was still a little stiff from need.
He could overhear DongKyung's side of her conversation with Na JiNa and he could tell that she was being reprimanded for being late to the charity event.
So a few minutes later, he walked back to the living room just as DongKyung ended the call. He then sat beside her as he handed her an already opened bottle of water which she took lazily with a pout.
"Gwenchana?"
"Hm," she nodded while swilling her water. "We really have to go now."
"Arraseo. Finish your water first," he agreed with a slight nod and a close mouthed smile.
The disruption of what supposed to be a brisk intimate moment between the newlyweds surely made for an interesting car ride.
Tumblr media
Dong Kyung couldn't stop teasing her husband while Saram took all the mocking with grace by not pointing out how his wife was the one who started all the frisking.
"By the way, I've been meaning to ask," Dong Kyung suddenly changed her tone and the topic. Or so Saram thought. "I'm surely not your first, am I?"
Saram nearly beat the red light when instead of the brakes, he stepped on the gas by mistake in surprise. But he was able to carefully bring the car to a halt right before the intersection.
"What?" He asked in bewilderment as he turned to her.
"I'm just curious. I mean, you…always seem to know...what you're doing," Dong Kyung stammered. She could feel the warmth quickly sweeping across her face. Why did she start asking about this subject again?
Saram briefly looked straight into the traffic ahead as he licked his lips, then followed it up with a smirk.
"You are without a doubt every first this body has ever experienced," he muttered as he looked at her squarely with a mischievous grin.
Dong Kyung squirmed in her seat, also with a stupid grin on her face."Jeongmal?"
"Eoh," he nodded with a small smile, hoping his wife wouldn't fixate on the subject.
A moment later, the light turned green and he drove the car forward, while Dong Kyung turned her eyes to the window. Her sudden silence was making him nervous because it always meant she was ruminating on something that bothered her.
Tumblr media
"Jamkamman," she blurted out, eyes widening and squinting almost simultaneously as she shifted in her seat to turn to her husband. "Ya! What do you mean by 'this body'?"
I knew it, he panicked internally, struggling to keep his eyes on the road. "Mwo? Wae?"
"You said 'this body'," Dong Kyung gestured to all of him. "This is a new human body. What about your old body as MyulMang?"
Here we go, he thought to himself. He could never get away with technicalities with this tiny human being he called his wife. So he resorted to the oldest trick in the book: correlation. "In my old form as Doom, I was responsible for the things that disappeared or got destroyed. And didn't I tell you that most of the things that disappeared were beautiful?"
"Ne."
He then took her left hand and took his eyes off of the road for a moment to look at her. "Innocence was one of them."
Dong Kyung held his gaze for a few moments, not saying anything. And as they reached another intersection and Saram brought the car to a halt, she started shifting in her seat again and her eyes began to wander aimlessly, obviously dumbfounded by what he just said.
You suspected that you weren't his first, why are you so shocked right now? She reprimanded herself in her head.
"Are you mad?" Saram asked, tentatively. He then planted a kiss at the back of her left hand which he was still holding.
"Ani," she responded without looking at him. "I don't know how I feel."
"Shocked?"
"Kind of. But not really."
"Disgusted?"
"Mwo?"
"Do you hate me?"
"What are you talking about?" Dong Kyung turned to him with a worried expression. "Ya, I presumed this. That was my question earlier. That I surely wasn't your first, right?"
"I'm sorry," Saram apologized then kissed her hand again.
"Why are you apologizing?"
"Because you look upset."
Dong Kyung felt a sudden tug in her chest. Her husband was really getting better at being human especially when it comes to reading her. She was both impressed and touched by his observation.
"I'm not upset. I'm just --"
"Jealous?"
Am I? Of whom? She wondered. "Maybe? This feeling is new to me. I've never felt this way this before. At least not because of you. So maybe I will just call it that."
The rest of the car ride was just filled with comfortable silence, and handholding, and affectionate gazes, and occasional hand kissing. But even though Dong Kyung didn't say anything else about the subject, Saram could tell that it wouldn't be the last time she would bring it up.
Tumblr media
They reached the venue 15 minutes later and Na JiNa was the first to greet them at the entrance.
"Tak!" She called out to Dong Kyung beside a makeshift pillar that held a few pieces of ornamental plants.
"Eonnie!" Dong Kyung greeted her back as she rushed to hug her. Jin-a then walked her to the table near the stage.
Saram trailed behind them, carrying some huge paper bags of shoes and clothes with both of his hands. Cha Joo Ik welcomed him with a beer bottle and took care of the donations they brought. He then came back a minute later with more drinks for the two ladies who were now ignoring them at the table.
"Why were you guys late?" Joo Ik asked Saram then took a swig of beer from his bottle.
"My wife took some time finding the keys," Saram nearly snickered, because he wasn't exactly lying.
"I see. Thanks for your donation by the way. JiNa told me that other than in kind, you donated cash."
"It's for a good cause. It's a nice gesture from your company."
"Thank you. It was Jin-a's idea. She says it's good to give back to the community every once in a while. Especially since the company has been gaining traction in the market," Joo Ik explained proudly.
"I agree with her. I have never participated in a fundraiser for the homeless before. Dong Kyung is really passionate about this."
"Are you guys talking about us?" Jin-a interrupted humorously with a squint.
Joo Ik chuckled as he reached for Jin-a's hand. "Ne. I was telling Saram that this fundraiser was your idea."
"Aissh, you don't have to go telling everybody that,'' she rolled her eyes in jest. "Tak, look at him. He's really in love with me, isn't he?" She suddenly involved Dong Kyung in the conversation.
Dong Kyung played along and narrowed her eyes at Joo Ik, pretending to observe him. "Yes. I think he's madly in love with you," she agreed playfully.
Joo Ik was all smiles even though the two ladies made him the subject of ridicule. "I tell you that all the time. Why did you still have to ask Dong Kyung?"
Jin-a looked at Dong Kyung and laughed hysterically. "Ya, we have to stop. If we keep this up, I will not hear the end of it."
"Aissh, Joo Ik the boyfriend is just like Joo Ik the CEO," Dong Kyung laughed, too.
"What do you mean by that?" Joo Ik asked, looking like he was taking offence.
"She means you unnece--"
Saram didn't get to finish his statement as Dong Kyung covered his mouth with her hand. She then cackled awkwardly while Saram just looked at her with a bemused expression.
"I was just kidding," she chuckled.
Saram understood then that he wasn't supposed to say out loud what he had in mind - that Joo Ik was unnecessarily quibbling about trivial things, as Dong Kyung told him a few days ago, when he picked her up from work. So he decided to speak nothing of it, if that was what his wife wanted.
As the fundraiser progressed, more and more people arrived at the venue to give their donations. Most of them were authors, while others were interested parties from different industries.
Jin-a had to leave their table to supervise the program while Joo Ik hosted the fundraising, leaving Dong Kyung and Saram alone at the table.
Tumblr media
“Who’s that?” Saram asked as he leaned closer to his wife.
“Ah. A new author we pirated from another publisher.”
“Who's that?”
“Oh, that, too. Also that girl beside him. They're kind of a package deal,” Dong Kyung giggled while her husband pointed at every unfamiliar face in the event hall. Who knew they would be playing Name That Barnyard Animal at a charity event?
“How about him?”
“Him?” Dong Kyung followed his gaze when she noticed how his eyes narrowed. “Of course you know him. That’s Young Prince, the author.”
“I know. But why is he here?” He grunted.
The young author probably noticed how Saram’s eyes were fixed on him, because he then started waving his hand at Dong Kyung.
“Ya, of course he was invited. He's one of our authors and we’ve been working together for quite some time now. He’s practically family,” Dong Kyung retorted with a contrived smile as she waved back to Young Prince.
Saram only snorted in response. That brat just had to be there to annoy him, didn't he?
Even in his old immortal form, he had always detested this young man. Maybe because he could hear his thoughts and how they refuted his actions towards Dong Kyung. How he acted indifferently, while in his heart he was completely smitten by her.

“PRINCE HYUK HAS BEEN REPORTEDLY MISSING FOR TWO MONTHS! IF YOU SEE OR HEAR ANYTHING PLEASE LET THE KING AND QUEEN KNOW! HE NEEDS TO RETURN TO THE CASTLE SO THAT HE MAY MARRY!”
How long has it been? I can’t wake up from this never ending dream. It’s killing me. I heard the door open and close. “…Prince Hyuk. It’s been two months. Can you wake up any faster? I don’t want to rush your healing, then again if you don’t want to be hurt even more I need you to wake up for me. Please, for me?” I wanted to answer, but I couldn’t.
I just reached out for her hand. I felt her grab it and pull it up to her cheek. “You’re very handsome sleeping but I know you’re way better looking awake. Please wake up, Prince Hyuk. You need to marry someone.”
How does she know about that? The tone in her voice was a little bad. It sounded as if she was heartbroken over something. Maybe she’s still upset in this dream that I can’t wake up from.
I know she’s worried about me. But I’m worried about her. H-Has it, really been two months since I’ve been in the dream. Mother and father are probably worried sick about me!
I’ve never been missing from the kingdom this long. Who knows what they’ll do? I’ve only ever been missing for no more than a few days. But two months? They have no other child! They cannot give away the kingdom! I must wake up, now! I have no more time left.
“Prince Hyuk, wake up. If not for me, wake up for the kingdom. Your kingdom. The one you’ll run one day better than anyone has. Hyuk, please wake up.”
She referred to me as Hyuk and not Prince Hyuk. Though I am the Prince, I’ve always wanted someone to refer to me as just my name. No title in the front. The way it rolled off her tongue.
It was sweet. It was different from when we first met. Her voice was strong. She was confident. Of course she was breath taking as well. But right now, this moment she was different. She was soft spoken. Was she normally like this when she wasn’t around other people?
I wish I could see her like this, but I didn’t know how to wake myself up. I didn’t know if I would even wake up since I’ve been asleep so long. But now she different. Very soft, sweet and kind. Was this a different persona? I heard her sigh deeply. “It would be amazing if those legends were real. You know the ones where all you have to do is kiss and everything was okay. But they aren’t. Please wake up, Hyuk. I’m sorry for being so informal in a time like this, but I’m worried. Please awake from your sleep.” I could feel my mouth again! I could open it! Could I speak? I opened my mouth and words began to fall off my tongue.
“If I wake up, will you never disappear again?”
“You can hear?! Can you feel?! Can you see? Hyuk, tell me! Is there anything I can make better?” She asked. I don’t know if she’s doing out of fear or if she actually cares, but it was sweet. "I only need you." I requested. My eyes slowly began to open. Usually when my eyes would open, I would see a white ceiling. This was different, and very pleasure. Better than the usual thing.
My eyes spotted her. I could see her looking a little worried. I could feel a involuntary smile attaching itself to my face. “How can you smile at a time like this? You’ve been asleep for two months.”
“That’s because I just woke up to your face.” I commented.
I tried to sit up but she pushed me back down. “What are you doing, Prince Hyuk? You can’t sit up too fast. I don’t need you to get hurt again.”
“It’s not like I’m jumping off a cliff again. Don’t worry.” I reassured her trying to sit up again. She backed off a little and looked around the room as if something was there. “Is something wrong?” I asked.
“Stay here. Don’t move at all. Do you understand me?” And there came the other persona. The strong one.
Se rushed out of the room. Is something there? I disobeyed and followed her. She ran outside with a sharp knife. How could she hear something I didn’t? Does she has some sort magic for hearing as well?
“Peasant! Have you seen Prince Hyuk around here or anything of him?”
Haesol? Oh no! I can’t go out there! She told me to stay in here!
Y/N’s POV
His voice seemed familiar.
“PRINCE HYUK! PRINCE HYUK?! WHERE ARE YOU?!”
His caregiver! How did he find the cabin? I took a deep breath. “I haven’t. I’m sorry.” “I don’t believe you. You are a peasant woman. What are you doing in clothes like those and not rags.”
I scoffed and looked to the side. I couldn’t kill him, though he was alone. “Not all peasant women are the same, sir.”
“I suppose. If you see him, report it! Don’t hide anything. Do you understand peasant?”
I rolled my eyes. “I understand completely. I’m not an idiot.”
“You have a smart mouth. I’ll be leaving now.”
He got back on his horse. It was silent, but there were sounds in the distance. Footsteps. The crunching of leaves in groups. It was fall, of course leaves were falling from the trees. There was many footsteps. In all different directions. Most likely there was at least three people. This area usually is where Royals get robbed by thugs.
He shouldn’t be here. “Sir! Do you have a weapon?” I asked.
“Why do you ask?” He questioned pulling out a very sharp blade. I grabbed it and aimed it out at nothing.
“Leave this area! This is my Royal! And I kill you and everyone you love if you come near this Royal. Get out of here!” I shouted at the people. The footsteps got louder, they were coming this way.
“Hardheaded huh? Fight me!” I yelled.
Hyuk’s POV
I was what she was doing. I heard the footsteps finally. I didn’t have the time look for a weapon. They were getting closer and closer. Haesol had no weapon. The blade was his only weapon but Y/N took it. I ran outside and jumped into front of her. I made eye contact with three thugs. “You heard her! Leave this place or I’ll have you beheaded!”
“You think we’re afraid of some prince who doesn’t know the way of these parts of the forest. Why don’t rob you and your friend here?” The one in the middle spoke up.
Y/N, pushed me out of the way. “That will not happen. After all you I believe you know who owns these lands, Joon Kyung. Nice to see you three again. Sungbin, Dong Gab.” She greeted with a smirk. How does she know them?
“You could always come back, Y/N.” The one named Dong Gab chimed in.
“When I left, I left far and square. Now go! Go before I do something I’ll never forgive myself for.” She responded.
The three rushed off into another part of the forest. What did he mean she could always come back? Was it something bad?
She put her hand through her hair and gave Haesol back the blade. “There’s the Prince. Take him back with you.” She said as if she had given up on me. Did she?
It’s been a long time since I posted one of these. It’s a little short. But I really hope you enjoy. This is for those who have waited awhile for one of these bad boys to come out. I promise I’ll do better next time. Sorry for any mistakes. Thanks for reading.

Questions tag
I was tagged by @belladonna2017 and @amoulaseojoonmadridista and decided to answer all of the questions in this one post. It’s a little late. But that’s keeping with the theme of my life. (Answers under the cut)
My questions:
If you could change one thing about one drama, what would it be?
Who is a popular actor that you can’t seem to get into?
What’s a popular drama that you didn’t like/dropped?
Underrated favourite drama?
An actor/actress you wish would do dramas more often?
A guilty pleasure drama?
What drama would you say has the best ending?
If you could crossover two (or more) dramas, what would they be?
Who is a female character that the fandom hated, but you loved?
What’s your favourite fictional found family?
tagging (no pressure, we all know i’m terrible at doing these tag things): @belladonna2017, @amoulaseojoonmadridista, @saranghaekoreandramas, @islandgirlbabble, @overthinkingkdrama, @theflowergirl, @swordsandparasols, @the-feminine-grotesque, @secondratedramablog as well as anyone who wants to do this!
Top 5 OSTS?
Should I Say I Love You Again by Kim Dong Ryul (Reply 1994)
Though I Loved You by Kim Kwang Seok (Reply 1994)
(Listen, I like pain okay.)
You Are My Garden by Jeong Eun Ji (Strong Woman Do Bong Soon)
Because of You by Kim Tae Woo (Jealousy Incarnate)
Flower by Seo In Guk (Tomorrow With You)
Top 5 Actors (males and females)?
Chae Soo Bin
Lee Bo Young
Lee Min Jung
Jo Jung Seok
Jung Kyung Ho
Note: I’m 110% more loyal to my female faves over my males. I can watch just about anything for my lady loves (except rape #still bitter), but if my male faves don’t hook me with the plot/chemistry with their partner, I’ll drop the drama like a hot potato.
First Girl Crush?
Wow, it’s been a while since I started accumulating these. If I’m remembering correctly, it would have to be Kim Tae Hee. Stairway To Heaven. ‘nuff said. She’s so hot.
First K DRAMA you watched?
Stairway to Heaven, probably? As far as I can remember, anyway.
IF YOU CAN MEET ONLY ONE OF YOUR IDOLS (BIASES) WHO WOULD YOU CHOOSE?
This is probably a bad idea. I’d probably just faint dead away. But if I had to choose: Chae Soo Bin. She’s just so sweet and talented and gorgeous. It’s one of my life’s goals to see her perform onstage.
IF YOU WERE TO RE-WRITE JUST ONE DRAMA WHICH ONE WOULD IT BE?
Reply 1994. Which I’m still currently doing, btw hahaha. It’ll get done this year. Sometime. I’m hoping. Anyways, Sung Na Jeong deserved better, and I won’t have peace until I’ve given her stories that are worthy of her.
Ultimate K DRAMA otp?
Don’t even have to think about this one: Na Jeong/Chilbong (Go Ara/Yoo Yeon Seok) from Reply 1994. Broke my heart into 1000000000000000 pieces and changed the way I watch kdramas. I’ve written essays for these two, I started to write fic seriously for these two. Sung Na Jeong remains one of the greatest loves of my life. I can 100% guarantee you that no one has loved her or thought about her (no matter the ship) the way I have and still do, to this day.
#JusticeForSungNaJeong till the day I die, probably. haters can fight me.
RUNNING MAN OR 2 DAYS 1 NIGHT?
Running Man. I like Yoon Shi Yoon, but there’s no women cast members on that show. And I love Song Ji Hyo in a way I love few others. Also, I just love the main cast’s interactions on Running Man.
AN ARTIST YOU THINK DESERVES MUCH MORE THAN WHAT THEY ARE GETTING, SOMEONE YOU BELIEVE IN AND YOU WANT THE WHOLE WORLD TO KNOW AND APPRECIATE?
Jo Bo Ah. Oh my god, she broke me in Flower Boy Band, charmed me in Surplus Princess, and I don’t think I’ve been able to watch her in anything since. I should probably watch Missing Noir M, but I don’t know. I always
Honourable mention: Im Joo Eun. Holy shit, she’s still playing second lead to idols? Listen, I know female idol actresses get a lot more shit than male idol actors and wrongfully so, since as a class they’re way better than male idol actors. Still, someone with half as much experience as her shouldn’t be booking leading roles ahead of her. Let the actresses do their work, this is their livelihood!!!!!!!
Wow, I didn’t mean to get mad. Sorry.
FINALLY? A DRAMA/A COMEBACK YOU ARE LOOKING FORWARD TO IN 2017?
Listen. There’s a jinx. Anytime I think something’s gonna be good, it sucks. Anytime I think something’s gonna be bad, it’s spectacular. So Third Rate My Way is going to be the Worst!!! I’m going to HATE it!!!!!!!!!!!
Favorite Period Film/s
This is hard, I can’t remember the last time I watched a period film. But I would have to say Atonement (2007) with Kiera Knightley and James McAvoy. If we want to get into dramas, then I’d of course say Rebel: Thief.
Favorite Web Drama/s
I don’t know if 1% of Something counts as a web drama? I mean it wasn’t on any of the usual drama networks. Anyways, it was sweet and cute and I enjoyed it a lot.
Favorite Short Film/s
I...can’t remember the last time I watched one. Wow, I’m terrible at this lolol.
Favorite Book-to-Movie Adaptations
From my childhood: Bridge to Terabithia. There’s also the Shadowhunters television series which is actually better than the books.
Drama/Movie where you cried BUCKETS!
Reply 1988 had me sobbing every episode. I’ve gotten really emotional over Rebel, too. And of course, finales make me cry all the damn time. Even Jealousy Incarnate’s lovely end. There’s also the final heartbreaking but super satisfying arc in Tomorrow With You.
Drama/Movie that you looked forward to but disappointed you in the end.
Strong Woman Do Bong Soon. I wanted to love this, I did. But there was just a few too many things wrong with it for me to not drop it. The cute looked cute, and I’m a shipper first and foremost, but if the rest is that bad, I can’t deal with it.
Imagine your bias—what role do you want him/her to have for his/her next Movie/Drama?
Chae Soo Bin in a campus drama, where she plays a recent entrant into the Judicial Research and Training Institute, and is on her way to becoming a high-powered attorney. Shenanigans ensue when she finds herself sharing a house with her fellow trainees.
(This is prompted by Hye Kyung and Joong Won’s frequent trips down memory lane to the good old days of the Judicial Training Institute.)
Imagine your bias—to whom do you want him/her to be partnered with in his/her next Movie/Drama
Listen, I’ll ask for a Go Ara/Yoo Yeon Seok reunion until the day I actually get it. That kind of romantic chemistry should never be wasted. I feel like this is a theme for this entire post haha.
Imagine yourself in a K-Drama story—which one would it be and why?
If I inserted myself into a kdrama story, it’d probably be as an assassin so that I could kill my enemies. In Hwarang: Ah Ro’s shittastic dad. In The Good Wife: Tae Joon. There’s a pretty long list of characters I want to assassinate, so let’s leave it at that.
Favorite Drama/Movie quote/s
“The reason I miss that time and that street isn’t only because I miss my younger self. It is because my parents’ youth, my friends’ youth – the youth of everything I loved was in that place. I regret not bidding a final farewell to the surrounding of my youth that can never be brought back together again. To the things that’ve already gone, to the time I can’t return to… I bid my belated farewell. Goodbye, my youth. Goodbye, Ssangmun-dong”  -- Sung Deok Sun, Reply 1988
I can’t think about that closing scene without getting teary.
Favorite Drama/Movie Trope/s
Does cohabitation count? It’s my favourite thing ever. But otherwise: friends to lovers, enemies to friends to lovers, fake relationship turning real, FRIENDS WITH BENEFITS. Also mutual pining.
Thanks so much for tagging me, you two! I had a lot of fun answering these questions, though it’s turned out a bit late.
