"Ev, are you ready to go?" He nodded and walked up to me looking me up and down, "You look great babe." I smiled and kissed his cheek before walked to get in the car, "I'm nervous." I looked over at him from the passenger seat still smiling, "Why? I'm sure ma will love you." I turned on the radio to our favorite shared station as I set up the GPS to my mom's house, he sat beside me whilst driving and talking to himself rehearsing answers and questions. "Evan, calm down. Just be authentic and I swear she'll love you. Also she might cook my favorite meal Ev." He looked interested, "She's making hamburgers?" I laughed slightly looking down and ignoring that response by providing my own. "Chicken Adobo." He looked at me confused and kept driving before making a left turn, "What is that?" I smiled and gave him a pat on the shoulder, "It's a Filipino dish, it's just chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, pepper, and sometimes dried citrus. Nothing too strange. You might like it." He pulled up at a house I instantly recognized and I felt my excitement bubble up, "Come on babe!" I got out of the car extremely happy and ran around to his side to pull him out and drag him to the door, before I could knock I heard the door open and myself being yanked inside smothered with a hug and a scent I've relished in since I was young. "Mama!" I heard her soft laugh as she stroked my hair and kissed the crown of my head, "My baby has come home! Is this the young man you've told me about?" I nodded excitedly and pulled him close giving him time to introduce himself, "I'm Evan Mrs. (her last name)" She smiled and gave him the same hug she gave me, "Call me mom sweetheart." His face heated up red as she practically suffocated him. "Ma, I'm hungry I wanna eat." She smiled and pulled me by my hand before seating me at the table and bringing out three plates of food. One for me, one for Evan, and then one for her. Evan looked nervous as he got a little bit with his fork and taking a little tasting bite, I watched anxiously as he swallowed the chicken, his eyes lighting up at the taste of the different seasoning coating both his chicken and now his taste buds. He looked at me in amazement before taking another bite, "Wait what is this?" I smiled at him and his excitement my mom answering before I could, "It's Chicken Adobo. I'll give (Your name) the recipe sweet boy." He smiled and continued eating. After having spent over 5 hours at her house and having some drinks we decided on staying the night, we walked into my old room and he looked around and see drawing and awards from when I was six and older. At some point he seen an old school photo and chuckled. "So you HAVE always been this pretty huh?" I turned around and snatched it from him. "Shhh you weren't supposed to see that." He smiled and laid down on the small bed, "I got super lucky." I followed up his sentence with a kiss before laying by him, "Go to sleep Ev." "Goodnight (name) I love you." I smiled and snuggled into him mumbling a soft "I love you too" before lulling to sleep.

9x09 and 9x10 They really start to like each other and become friends. It's so funny to watch them compare childhood traumas and then con people together.

9x14 Where they work together and then Jo brings him donuts and we can see that he's falling in love with her! 🥰

9x17 Jo tries to talk to Meredith about Alex and I can start to see that she has feelings for him. 

9x19 Alex starts to look at her fondly while he helps her with a patient, it's super cute.

9x21 Alex acts all nice to Jo and her boyfriend and then admits he loves her to Cristina. It makes the whole episode worth my own

9x24 Where they get together! Alex finally admits his feelings and they kiss.

10x01 They're finally together and they both just wanna make out but they keep getting distracted/pulled away. 

10x03 They're both so horny for each other and they want to sleep together, but they're not sure if it's too soon and the interns are all hanging out at his house. Then Jo greets him with an empty house and this little speech for him, but he just hoists her over his shoulders and takes her to bed!

10x04 A great one because Jo doesn't let him push her away even though he acts like an ass.

10x12 April’s wedding where Alex has this big speech and says that he loves her and he wants to be with her and wants them to be a family and it's so cute. 

10x14 The non-fraternization policy where they fake a break-up and then sneak around together! 

11x06 Where Jo has a hard case that brings up her past and she’s worried about her and Alex's relationship. Alex just reassures her that she's got him and I love the line, “I'm not going anywhere except home with you.”

11x08 But only the scene at the end where they're arguing and then they kiss. Then Jo makes him chase after her and he does and he slaps her ass 😉

11x12 They tease Arizona together the entire episode! Then he watches her walk away after she walks in naked on him and Mer talking as he just looks at her and says “I'm going to marry that girl.” and he did 😀

11x24 They were kind of fighting most of the episode, but it's still good and I love how they make up the end. Jo surprises Alex with the loft and tells him that she loves him for the first time and she wants to be with him. 

There isn’t a lot in season 12 because they fight through most of it as Alex prioritizes Meredith and Jo get’s nervous and I hate it! And when they do have good parts it’s like one scene an episode!

12x03 One of my favorites, (honestly they should have had a real pregnancy scare in this one, but at least they tease it.) Then in the last scene, Alex pulls down his pants and says he wants to make a baby with her and Jo just laughs. (again they should have made a baby!!)

12x20 This one has a really good scene at the end where Jo explains why she has a gun, and why she got it, then why she's giving it up now and he just holds her! 🥺

12x24 I know they're fighting through most of the episode, I like the angstyness okay. But Jo says she's ready to have a baby with him! Then she gets drunk which is hilarious. Alex comes home because he realizes he wants her no matter what….. and then he punches Deluca. 

13x06 They have a few interactions together but I like Alex's storyline on his own. It’s also the start of Waffle Sundays!

13x09 Is a really good one because Jo finally tells him about her past and there's just this really intimate scene between them. Alex decides to face the consequences of what he's done and protect Jo. I feel like everything he does going forward from this is to protect Jo.

13x10 Again a really good Jo episode and a really good over episode overall and then she finds out about Alex 😭

13x12 Just at the end when Jo finds out Alex is not in prison and goes and just hugs him! 🥺

When we're into season 14: they're golden era.

14x02 Starting off with Jo sleeping with Schmitt and then he makes fun of her for it. But Ben tells Alex why she's hesitant to get back together with him and they talk. He promises her he's never going to hurt her and she kisses him. 

14x03 Where they're finally back together and kissing in elevators again and Jo asks him to come home.

14x07 is a really good episode for both of them, but they only really have a scene together at the end. Jo says she's going to divorce Paul and he asks if she’s sure? She says she is, then she kisses him. Then she tells him he smells like fish because he’s been cutting fish and was on a boat all day.

14x9 and 14x10 are other really good episodes for Jo specifically and Alex is just there to support her through all of it and it's really sweet to her. I love the hurt/comfort we get. Then Jo stands up for herself and Paul dies and she's free. 

14x15 Another one of my favorites where they work a case together and Jo proposes to him!!!!

14x19 where Alex works so hard to save this patient, but then she can't be saved so she leaves. Then they have a scene together at the end where Jo says she wants to take his last name and that she wants to have his babies 🥰

14x22 Alex goes to see his mom and Jo just supports him the entire time and when he gets angry Jo gives him a good outlet for his anger and talks to him. 

14x24 Their wedding episode!!! The whole thing is absolutely hilarious. It’s so cute, I can't believe they get locked in the shed trying to have sex on their wedding day next to a corpse, but then they get married on ferry boats and it’s so cute.🥰

Then season 15 part one is their silver era of marriage.

15x01 Alex just wants to enjoy his honeymoon and make babies with her, but Jo has this big idea she's trying to pursue. So he lets her do what she loves and then brings her food as she shares her idea with him.

15x03 Drunk Jo and a sunburned Alex as they try to pitch her idea to Bailey for a fellowship.

15x4 with horny Jo just trying to get laid, but Alex has his mind on work. 

15x08 Where the electricity goes out in the Loft and they get stuck due to the windstorm. They have a second honeymoon featuring drunk Jo! 

15x12 Not necessarily a Jolex episode but it had Holiday jolex!! But it's kind of a sad one, but the scene where she tells him, she loves being married to him. Then she rests her head on his shoulder while their patients get married. 🥺

15x15 Where Alex’s mom shows up and Jo just supports him again.

15x16 With the baby hats! Helen knits baby hats for them and Alex says he wants babies, but Jo gets freaked out. Then she says she wants babies with him but after a DNA test. Also, Jo, Link, and Jackson are such a good trio. Then the rest of the season is just depressed Jo and we don't get any babies 😢

16x01 It has a lot of angst and hurt/comfort between them but they find their way back to each other and Alex proposes to her again and it’s super sweet. 

16x02 It's got a few scenes of them together, but basically. Alex offers her a job at his hospital, but then she gets a job at Gray-Sloan. Alex says “I feel used” and she's like “I know but I still love you.”

16x06 Where she dresses up for Halloween and follows him around at work because she wants to spend the day with him. Then they get officially legally married again!

and that's where Gray's Anatomy ends!

I went thru my folder with old hockey magazines I had saved from around 2011 to 2015 and came across this one and thought it could be a fun to make a post about now in hindsight.

This is Jääkiekko magazine from May 2012, they always have a section of "99 questions with ..." and in this issue they interviewed Teräväinen.

I’ve translated the questions I found interesting under the cut! It ended up being about half of the interview. (*) are my additions.

On the cover "seuraava superjokeri" means the next super joker, he played for Helsingin Jokerit so it's a word play from that. Under, on the blue print it says: "The 17-year-old forward will become a first round draft pick in the summer. The natural goal scorer can dominate in SM-Liiga as soon as next season."

In the 2nd photo the headline and lead paragraph goes:

"A post with dents* - A year ago Teuvo Teräväinen was known only within a small number of hockey insiders. Few passers-by recognize him now either but after a flashy rookie season the Jokerit sensation is on the radar of every NHL team and is a strong contender to become a first round draft pick. Next season with Jokerit the talented second line center will be one of the main talking points in the SM-Liiga."

3. You've been described as a magician, top scorer, wunderkind and a prodigy. What do you think of these descriptions?

TT: Heh, those are some descriptions yeah. What can I really say? Don't really wanna comment on them much.

4. How nervous are you about the Draft?

TT: I try not to be nervous as best as I can. In a way I don't have anything to be nervous about since I don't care which team picks me or at what number I go.

6. Which is stressing you more, English interviews or physical tests?

TT: Maybe both. Bench press (laughs) and English interviews can be tough.

12. How far along have you planned your career with, for example, your parents or your agent?

TT: Haven't really planned things with others but I've thought about them myself. I try to go step by step and not jump too far ahead.

14. How does it feel to be so young with all the star players in Jokerit?

TT: How to say it? I haven't felt like I was young but a part of the team instead. The team's been very good with me and they haven't been looking down at me like: "oh he's young". It's been fun to play in an experienced team.

15. Is there a generational gap between players?

TT: You can see the age difference, older players look older but we're all childish, at least with our topics.

17. What does a 17-year-old do in the sauna nights of the team?

TT: I actually haven't been in any yet. I've always been at national team's camps or something.

19. Did you get the number you wanted?

TT: I did, yeah. I could've taken #18 but Semir (Ben-Amor) has it. But i'm happy with #86, it's good.

23. What are your strengths as a player?

TT: Offensive play and with that playing with the puck, passing, IQ, power play and skill, just the usual skill - skill with hands.

24. And weaknesses?

TT: They are to do with defensive play, strength and physicality. Battles and such but I think I took a step forward last season. That's a good thing.

25. Have you ever been "pressed into a mold" or has your playing style gotten to develop naturally?

TT: As a kid the play was mostly offensive/attacking, I didn't have to think about playing defence. Up until 15 years old, I got to attack pretty freely. Playing defence became more important when I started to play in A-juniors a couple seasons ago.

26. On a scale from 1 to 10 how determined are you?

TT: Maybe 8, feels like an 8.

32. What kind of role are you planning to take with Jokerit next season?

TT: I think a pretty big one. I try to be a top player and not just take others' example but give others example myself too. So that someone in the team can take something out of the way I do things on the ice and off the ice.

35. If you could pick anyone, who would be your car driver?

TT: Nico Manelius for sure. He's been my driver this season. I've had others too, like Riku Hahl but he's not nearly at the same level. Nico’s clearly the best.

36. What are the most important qualifications to be a good driver?

TT: The car is obviously important. Hahl's car is totally awful, he takes a lot of heat for it from the guys too. I wouldn't dare driving with him. Manelius is a steady performer, never lets you down.

38. What sports did you play as a 10-year-old?

TT: Hockey and floorball, probably football (soccer) during the summers at the time too.

42. When did you decide to focus only on hockey?

TT: So when I stopped playing other sports? Three years ago, before that floorball was kind of a side thing, I played a couple of games in the regular season and playoffs.

45. Do you follow floorball or other sports? Go to games?

TT: I don't go to games but I like to watch floorball on TV, it's an interesting sport. Sometimes I watch football too but I don't follow it much. Feels like they never score there.

47. Have you ever played with a wooden stick?

TT: As a kid I did play with a wooden stick.

49. You won the hockey players' golf tournament last summer even though there were more experienced players too. Are you good with all stick games?

TT: Well, I've been pretty good in all of them. I've played golf for a long time and still play it.

50. How is your swing?

TT: Pretty bold, kind of a hockey swing. I don't really care where the ball goes - as long as it goes far.

52. What do you think of off-ice training?

TT: Let's just say it's more stupid than being on the ice but you still gotta do it to be better on the ice.

56. Which word describes your professional relationship (with his coach, Tomek Valtonen), tranquil or colorful?

TT: Colorful of course. At times we're joking around, other times it's more serious but the relationship is really good.

57. Coaching you has been described in many words: good, bad, worse. What are they?

TT: Heh, well... I won't tell them here. He (Tomek) keeps the discipline during practices but sometimes when things haven't gone to a plan I've had to jump on an exercise bike in the middle of a practice.

58. What have been the reasons?

TT: I'll quote Tomek: "when I haven't been present".

59. Have you ever tried to turn the resistance of the bike to zero?

TT: (Laughs) Of course I have and sometimes I've even succeeded.

60. Describe your diet in three words?

TT: Greasy, healthy and good!

64. Your first name is not common for people your age. How did your parents come up with it?

TT: I actually don't even know. Maybe they didn't want a usual Ville*....

(*very common name for men of all ages in Finland)

66. Which of these is the most important: skill, unexpectedness or courage?

TT: Skill!

68. Your longest video game stint?

TT: Six hours, at least. I've played a lot of War of Duty lately.

72. The dumbest thing that has made you upset in hockey?

TT: Probably if I didn't get an assist on a goal even though I should have. Or even worse is if I score and they mark it down for someone else.

79. Have you had any concussions?

TT: I haven't had any, I've managed to always dodge them.*

84. In 2011 Team Finland finished in the 5th place at the U-18 tournament. Why only as 5th?

TT: Because we lost to Team Russia in the quarter final, just as well we could have won that game too.

89. You didn't get to be on the ice to accept the SM-Liiga bronze medal (because of the U-18's). When and where did you get it?

TT: I actually still haven't received it, I don't know where it is.

93. What is the population of Helsinki?

TT: There's like 5 million people in Finland so maybe around 500k in Helsinki? (to be exact 596k) Did i really get it right...?

94. Who's the mayor of Helsinki?

TT: I don't know, I barely know the president.

95. Do you think the municipalities in the capital city area should merge?

TT: Luckily I don't have to decide but they probably shouldn't.

96. What do you check first in the news paper?

TT: The sports section.

97. Your favorite tv show?

TT: Putous* was pretty good, I liked a lot of the characters. The grandma was pretty good.

(*Finnish live improvisation comedy/sketch show (there are still new seasons, the latest just finished). Every actor comes up with a humor character with a catchy phrase and one of them wins. "The grandma" is Marja Tyrni and I just got such flashbacks from typing this sentence.)

98. Last book you read?

TT: I don't read many books. The last book was a study book, a Finnish book. I wrote an essay on Tiki (Esa) Tikkanen's biography. An eventful book, great career and a lot of chirps.

99. Who should we ask the 99 questions next?

TT: Riku Hahl could have good stories, he's also seen a lot of the world.

JIKOOK: ARE CONGRATULATIONS IN ORDER?

In my previous posts, I pointed out how this past year, from August 2019 to June 2020 has been a rollercoaster ride for Jikook. Their relationship has been all over the place with some even concluding they have broken up for good- you wish!

My inbox has been flooded with questions such as: Are they still broken up, are they good, are they married...

Y'all think I'd be here blogging at 1 AM for Tumblr if Jikook were married married?- Ok, I would. Lol

But No, Sis. Jikook aren't married. Not that I know of. But don't be sad though because THEY ARE BACK! Fully back to function. By that I mean Jimin mostly. Jk never left. Lol- I'll explain in a bit. But yes, I'm happy to report that they are Jikooking again!

I refrained from posting about their new moments especially this July moments because even though they've been back together after a long period of on and off again relationship during ON comeback through to festa season, and then May when JM finally asked for space in their relationship(see previous posts for details)

I've being unsure about Jimin. I've been anxious to know what the outcome of his asking for space to think things through would be.

Jikook have a push and pull relationship dynamic. We been known. Mostly when one steps back from their relationship for whatever reason, the other leans in to pull them back in.

Same thing has been happening from January where Jimin would be pulling one minute, the next he would be like meh and JK would be push to pull him back in.

That was the case in this (June-July) Japan comeback interviews. Jk was front center with expressing interest in JM pulling him whereas JM was like meh, I'm down for this baby but let's keep it professional for the group's sakes.

See what I mean? Now you may not notice at first but look at JM's demeanor and compare it to moments in past interviews whenever JK is talking about him or their relationship.

Jk was on his flirting game which he usually is when he wants to break the ice with Jimin if there's been tension between them or when someone around is making a pass at JM and he wants them to know what's up- he ain't slick. Lol

At times too he takes the initiative to flirt when he is feeling super confident and cocky and hella bold and just wants to. Trust me, when he flirts with Jimin, IT IS NOT FOR FANSERVICE. He means that shit.

Now compare JM's body language in that Japan interview moment this one right here: (photo of JM and Jk at the interview where JK said from now on together)

Jimin usually acts very coy, giddy and whipped even around JK when JK flirts with him but most importantly he seems to egg JK on in such moments. He enjoys being claimed openly by JK just as much as JK loves being claimed by JM publicly- which is why as nervous as that makes him he keeps going back for more.

Now this is gonna sound controversial but I have seen JM tell Suga off at times when Suga has tried to initiate skinship with him. I won't show you the picture but you can watch it for yourself during the On Come back where they wore Purple and black. It happened right at the moment Suga touched JMs back. JM mouthed 'Hajima' to Suga to stop touching him. That's all I'm gonna say y'all. Lmho. Don't want trouble.

My point is, these boys have a filter. If they don't want something done to them they won't hesitate to say it or show it. Much like when JK pushed Tae's hand away during a VLive- and he's pushed JM off sometimes too. He is assertive more so than all the members. If he doesn't want something he won't do it or allowed it.

Suga asked him not to get the tattoos when he first expressed interest in them way back in American Hustle life. But he told them if army loves him they would love everything he does and not try to limit him. Jk does as JK pleases.

So yea, if JK didn't like what Jimin has been doing with him he wouldn't be around him much less reciprocate those feelings and actions and initiating them on his own at times. Their interactions are MUTUAL.

And yes, that was shade.

Jimin understands the guts it takes JK to take such initiatives with him and so he kinds of encourages Jk to go on with it or acts in a way that boosts JK's ego. Like when JK shouted 'arrest me' in the middle of an interview. Jk... SMH.

So it was a bit unsettling to watch JM not even try to flirt back with JK in moments like this like he usually would. Dude wasn't even initiating their shtick during this period first of all nor was he responding to them in a way he usually would.

Not sure the aesthetics he was going for here but it screamed let's keep this professional on camera and get naughty when we get home. Or much like, dude I asked for space and I'm realizing I like you just as much but stop coming on too strong.

Which frankly, is what the members have been asking them to do since October last year when the hashtag to cancel Jikook in S.K trended. So JM wouldn't be wrong to take such a stand....

Given that the crux of their issue has been that Jikook is developing into a brand almost independent of BTS' brand and this in a way is affecting the dynamics of the group, a little discretion wouldn't hurt.

The cheers for Jikook moments are getting louder and louder each year even at events such as awards and not just on stage. Jikook is taking a lifeform of it's own. Its becoming a brand almost as powerful as BTS' brand. They are a power couple or becoming one. Like or not. Their fans are becoming loud and large too. So often, lately, it seems they tend to steal the show and direct attention away from the band. It's crazy.

Tae literally had the floor, delivering his speech at the MMA 2019 but people weren't even paying attention to that at all. They were more interested in Jikook and whatever they were doing and they went nuts the moment JK held Jimin and even wilder when he placed his head on Jimin which is what lead to infamous standoff with RM.

JM had literally bumped his butt against Hobi's crotch region moments before the Jikook moment but the crowd didn't lose it as much. Please go back and listen to the deafening sounds of the crowd for yourself.

As much as we love Jikook, there are some that don't and they can be very loud. I'll leave it there. Please support Jikook. Thank you.

BTS had a whole concert end of October 2019 and the hashtag that trended was 'cancel Jikook.' That took away from the hardwork of the band and reduced it to a few seconds of two boys fanboying over eachother. That's.... sigh.

When you see it this way, the RM separating them at Jingle bell red carpet, on stage or even BigHit trying to regulate their Vlives make sense.

Moving on. So yea I wasn't sure about JM all this past few months especially as I believe he had asked for space in their relationship. You might not think much of it but given as JM had said in the past how if he had a lover he would want to be with them all the time and Jikook do spend a lot of time around each other but suddenly hear them talk about spending time apart and enjoying it and what not....

But I think I can stop worrying now because HE IS BACK! There is a new Jimin in town and he is taking names! Good for him!

And I don't mean his new hairdo this August. I mean the new attitude. This attitude:

In this interview he says he would take JK to an island which smart decision. I would take JK too cos dude can do anything, cant he?! Bless him.

But thats beside the point. What I think is happening here is, Jimin finally took a stand. He made up his mind and he is not getting pushed around anymore. Because this Jimin hasn't showed up in a while now. Now he seems quite defiant most times if you've been paying attention to him, so rebellious, so sure of himself. Good for him. Spending time to himself has done him some good. It's given him room to reflect and sort out his priorities.

He loves his work, his band and he loves JK and it's hard when all of those start rubbing against eachother. But Fuck professionalism. He is in love with JK and that is professionalism too. Add loving JK till the end of time to his profession bishes!! :p

Sorry. I got carried away.

But seriously, he seems like his old self but it's also a new self because he hasn't been that self for a hot minute. This is JK's sweat tastes like holy water Jimin. This is I promised Jk I will go to the moon with him Jimin, this is I wanna go on a trip alone with JK Jimin- but badder. If you are a hardcore JM stand like I am you'd understand what I'm talking about.

HE IS BACK BABY! Our daddy is back!

The point of this post is to say, I believe JM finally figured out what he wants. So now hopefully the up and down should die down because quite frankly it's hard to keep up with those two I swear! We need a smooth sail Jikook. Make it happen!

I love it. I love where this is going and I can't wait to see more of their interactions so cheers to Jikookers and congratulations to Jimin for putting his shit together. We wanted rain. We about to be hit with a tsunami of Jikook moments.

The day you fell in love with Kuroo was a day like a dozen others in the small apartment you shared. Nothing particularly crazy happened and there were no groundbreaking moments of realization.

You repeat yourself, this time moving closer as you ask, “Where’s the new detergent?”

When you get to him there’s a blush on his cheeks and an apologetic look on his face.

“You didn’t get it,” you say, as you realize why he’s sorry.

“Sorry, I forgot. I’ll go get it now-”

“It’s okay, we’ll go after breakfast,” you say, shaking your head. “I’ll just wear something different for the meeting.”

“I’m really sorry-”

“It’s fine, You’re really good about these things but nobody’s perfect, Tets.’

“You’re too good to me,” he says teasingly as he drops a kiss to the top of your head.

It used to fluster you and make you into a stuttering mess but after months of sharing an apartment not too far from your job, you’ve become more accustomed to his friendly affection and easy touch.

“Okay but if you burn my pancakes I will have my revenge,” you say, pointing toward the stove where the slight burning smell is coming from.

“No,” you say, shaking your head before he can even ask.

“But look, it doesn’t even need anything!”

You turn to him and in a deadpan voice ask, “Does it need water?”

“Well that’s nothing though-”

“You know we both work too much to care for it, I just don’t want another casualty on my conscience,” you say, grabbing at his arm and pulling him further along the aisle.

“I’ll take care of it this time, I swear! It was just one time…”

“Rip SideshowBob,” you reply, trying to get him as far away from the living things section as possible.

Kuroo pouts but he doesn’t argue further and you promise yourself to do some research on succulents that apparently need little or no care to flourish.

“Okay I’ll be back around four,” you say, checking your hair in the mirror once again. You turn around to find a gaping Kuroo just staring.

“What? Do I have something on me?” you ask, going back to the mirror to check.

“No no- you um..you look nice,” he says, and is that...that’s a blush.

“Thanks,” you say, not knowing how to treat it.

“There’s a new expo at the museum...I think it’s based around the Greek Gods… you up for it tonight?”

“Sure, that sounds amazing.”

“I’ll get the tickets,” he says, and you nod.

“Okay, I’m off! See you later.”

When you get home a delightful scent surrounds you and you head toward the kitchen. You almost comment but your tongue goes a bit dry in your mouth when you see your roommate, your friend Kuroo standing at the stove in the most amazing maroon suit pants and a sleek black button down shirt with the sleeves rolled up to his elbows.

He looks...ungh, why are you doing this again.

‘Get it together girl,’ you say silently as you try to shake yourself out of the trance.

“Wow something smells good,” you say, and he grins up at you.

“Good you’re home, taste this for me and see if it needs more seasoning,” he says, blowing on the bite before holding it out to you.

You feel your face warm and it’s not just the closeness to the stove.

It tastes like heaven, there’s enough spice to make it feel rich and cultivated on your tongue but not so much to overwhelm your palette. He truly is a master in the kitchen.

“I-wow, that’s-thats amazing. What is that?”

“It’s a secret family recipe, no way am I sharing it with you...not til we’re married at least.”

“We-WHAT?!!” you squawked, backing away from him with wide eyes.

“Oh so you’re...you don’t feel the same way then?” he asks, a strangely vulnerable expression on his face.

“What way, Kuroo?” you ask, barely able to believe your ears.

“Oh it’s nothing, just joking darling..” he says, trying to play it off but you won’t let him get away that easily.

“Tets...what way?”

“Y’know, like love and shit.”

“Love and shit,” you say, unable to hold back your laugh.

“You are the worst at this!” you say… “I actually expected you to have better game but you’re just a big nerd aren’t you?”

He shrugs.

“I love you too Tets...and yeah, I’d really like to know all the family secrets one day. But for now I’m gonna grab another shower and get changed into the outfit I actually wanted to wear today.”

“Sure, your laundry is on your bed...those pink things are nice you should wear those,” he says, grinning wildly as you chuck a dish rag at his head.

You’re pretty sure there weren’t any pink underwear in your laundry but all the same it’s the least he deserves for teasing you.

“Dinner will be done in twenty so hurry your cute ass along. Don’t wanna be late for our first date do you?” he says down the hall making you feel hot all over again.

Ugh, he’s such a tease.

Still, you’re going on a date with the guy you love...

It could certainly be worse.

"Okay chicos y chica, vamos!" Arón yelled and came down the stairs, smiling happily. "Wait where are you going?" I asked confused while sitting on the sofa doing a project for uni for Monday as we needed the weekend for filming. "The club we talked about? Éstas listo?" The others were still upstairs, so I was alone with Arón in our apartment in Madrid where we just moved in after starting season 3 of Élite. Luke (a good friend and also an actor) had even been so nice and had enrolled me at uni in Madrid so I could continue my studies. I thought it was better that way, too.

"Arón I cant. I really need to do this right now." He came up to me, pulled me off the sofa and said: "Listen, y/n, its Friday, we're all in a good mood and we wanna celebrate. Dont be as boring as always." I ripped my arm free and asked in horror: "Youre kidding right? I am boring cause my education is more important to me than partying? No I'm not coming!"

He gave me a slightly pissed off look and said with a sharp tone: "Okay then. Stay here all by yourself, do your shitand be bored and we all go and celebrate." I opened my mouth being super pissed and looked at him.

" I dont know how to do this anymore." he shouted and distanced himself more and more from me.

"What?" I asked confusedly and looked him in the eyes. "Answer me one question. How are you part of this group? You´re in the show with us, thats it. We dont even know you, cause you always have something better to do than hanging out with us. When we're here together you're always in your room, alone! Do you wanna do this? Do you really wanna be part of this? Because I think we'd be better off without you!"

I kept looking at him and was just speechless. He had yelled at me for the first time. And he wanted me out. He had always been a little bit decisive, but I had never seen him so angry before. At that moment, when I was about to fall to the ground to cry, the others stormed down the stairs.

"Hey Que pasa?" Miguel asked and probably saw my pale face. "She's not gonna come with us. She got better to do." Arón yelled. The others also looked shocked to see him so aggressive, so they just stood there and watched him kill me (basically)

"You know what? Pack your things, we dont need you anymore. I'm done with you. We´ve always been better without you. Vete a la mierda!"

The last sentence killed me.

I ran past the other ones and Arón and ran as fast as I could to the roof terrace because they would never find me there anyway. Up there I sat down onto the ground and started to cry. I let everything out because I knew that nobody would hear me anyway.

It felt like that for an hour until I calmed down and pulled my cell phone out of my pocket. 4 missed calls from Miguel, 2 from Itzan and 7 from Omar.

Also some texts. "WHERE ARE YOU? PLEASE DONT DO ANYTHING STUPID!" ~ Omar.

"Come here y/n, we talk about everything." ~Miguel. And also by Miguel: "Arón is an asshole. He's gone."

I wiped away my tears and finally pulled my headphones out of my other pocket.

I just listened to music and lay on my back looking at the stars.

I must have fallen asleep, because when I woke up it was the middle of the night and the moon, which was still covered by clouds earlier, shone bright in my face.

I sat down upright, turned off the music and finally got up to go somewhere else, because it got super cold up there, and I was wearing only a crop top and sweatpants.

So I walked down to the lobby, hoping I could just talk to someone who wasn't Arón or Omar or anyone else. When I turned around the corner I saw Arón sitting at the bar, his cocktail in front of him and he seemed to be down as well.

But I immediately turned around and walked out of the hotel, whereupon I was wandering around Madrid being completely alone, freezing and tired.

The city itself was beautiful, brightly lit everywhere and there were still lots of people on the streets, but I just felt incredibly alone and sad.

At some point I sat down on a bench and just thought about everything while I was probably already freezing with blue lips and trembling thoughts.

The later it got, the less people staggered around and the later it got, the more tired I got.

It was around 1:30 and I didn't know what to do. I didn't want to go in there anymore. And I never wanted to see Arón again. I had sworn to myself that I would never let a guy break my heart! But that had happened! And of course the project wasn't the reason why I wouldn't have gone with them. Arón was the reason. I loved him. More than anything; more than acting. And I got nervous when I was close to him. But of course I was way too shy to tell him....

About half an hour later I was still cold and I wished for nothing more than to be able to cry on someone's shoulder.

When I was about to fall asleep on the park bench, I felt something being put around my shoulders. I opened my eyes slightly and saw Arón standing in front of me.

He had given me his jacket and held a starbucks cup out to me. I took it without hesitation and warmed my hands to it. Thereupon he sat down beside me in silence. Suddenly it just bubbled out of him:" I really dont know what got in my mind. I'm a dick and I know it. I fucked it up. I'm a terrible person. I hurt you so much and I didnt even mean what I've said. I want you here, i want you in our group, we all want you here, and I want you here with me. God I was just mad that you always blocked and I just wanted to spend time with you alone y/n. Thats the reason why I freaked out. This night should have been special! Maybe this sounds weird but tonight I just wanted to do it and finally kiss you, cause you mean so fucking much to me. But when you said no, my whole world was upside down, cause I cant hold it anymore. I need to kiss you or I explode. I only acted like an idiot cause you mean so much to me, puta.“

I looked deep into his eyes and breathed deeply. "And before you say anything, let me take you inside. Tienes frio." He pulled me by my hand, held me by the waist and we walked back to the hotel.

"Arón hold up" I said and stopped. I put the cup behind me on a bench and walked closer to him. "And before you say anything more... I'm okay, now. Now I know whats going on. And I'm happy you said all that stuff. I forgive you. And the reason why I never came with you was, that Im always nervous when I see you or when you talk to me... Lets forget about that... Its better for both of us."

He nodded, came closer and took my hands in his. "I like you. A lot...." he finally whispered and leaned his forehead against mine.

"You´re incredible.“

I smiled up to him and thats the moment i realised what this boy means to me.

"Te quiero."

Story about Weight Loss

Hiro: Anyway, this has no relation (to the acoustic session) whatsoever, but didn’t I get super thin?

Kid’z: You did! Tell us more! You really did lose weight! Nob too!

Hiro: We declared during Hall Tour that we’d lose weight within one month, but we couldn’t do it. We made a promise though, didn’t we? I did my very best, you know?? I seriously gave it all I got!!

Kid’z: I’ve been avoiding carbs for a long time, and even tried diligently apportioning my meals and stuff like that. But before I knew it, I was already eating curry!

Crowd: *laughs*

Fan: How much weight did you lose?

Hiro: I dropped 6 kg.

Crowd: Ohhh! *claps*

Kid’z: That’s a lot!

Hiro: Amazing, right? On the contrary, I’ve always been fat.

Kid’z: No, seriously.

Hiro: I lost weight so that I can get fat again. I want to get fat so I lose weight. When I’ve lost weight, I’ll gain weight again. It’s a never ending cycle.

Kid’z: Don’t leave it as it is!

Hiro: I get told that all the time. I mean, I’m gonna gain weight before METROCK again anyway.

Kid’z: Isn’t METROCK great though?

Hiro: Can I say this? Why do they hold festivals at such a season?

Kid’z: Because (the weather) is cool? I once thought Doraemon was the one singing.

Hiro: Who you calling 123 cm tall?

Kid’z: Nobita-kun.

Hiro: I’m not the blue geezer.

Kid’z: He isn’t a geezer!

Hiro: Generally, we release a CD around spring or summer. Then we start tour around autumn, right? From the beginning of fall, Hiroki starts losing weight. Little by little. Then, year end starts rolling in. By the end of the year, tour ends, it becomes production season, and eating Hiroki comes out. Hiroki enters hibernation, just like any other large mammal.

Kid’z: You need to stock up, right?

Hiro: Yep, so I can get through winter. Then it becomes spring again. METROCK is waiting for me, but I don’t want stocked-weight-from-hibernation-at-its-max Hiroki to be exposed there! Why do I keep getting told I got fatter or thinner every time?! Leave me alone!!!

Story about Poor Kid’z (figuratively and literally)

Kid’z: This story has no relation to anything we’ve talked about so far, but you (Hiro) started an IG account, right? During Hall Tour. Since then, you did a lot of things to me, like that game with the paper cups and the 10,000 yen you put inside one of them, which I played along with having good intentions in mind. I chose the right cup and you gave me the bill, but you revealed that there was 100,000 yen in the other cups.

Hiro: Yep.

Kid’z: ...I tried that with a friend. I was caught. 100,000 yen.

Hiro: Eh?? They made a winning move, huh.

Kid’z: I was like, “Oh no, what should I do?? Should I take it back?” I wanted to be able to fool someone, to get a taste of how it feels! So I started turning the cups around thinking I could do it like you did. When it was time for them to pick, my friend chose a different cup, and in my head I was all, “No no no, not that!!!” and eventually they got it...

Hiro: That person probably saw my IG post and thought you were an idiot.

Thoughts on Marriage

After Love Letter, Hiro and Kid'z talked about being excited yet nervous to play the next song, since it's been a while since they last played it.

Kid’z: Speaking of which, the person beside me seems to be nervous!!

Nob: *rubbing his palms on his pants*

Kid’z: Can I do a hand check? *touches Nob's palm* It's all sticky!

Hiro: Eh? You're scared of making a miss again? Like in Yokoari? Higedan. Ah! Speaking of which, Satoshi-kun got married! Congratulations!

Then, Hiro crouched down from his seat and kneeled, looked at Nob closely, and so did Kid’z. Nob stared back, aced the dududadududa intro and everybody clapped for him! However, Nob made a mistake towards the very end, playing the last string of notes twice. When they were walking back to the main stage, Hiro put his arm around Nob and teased in a mocking tone, "Hey, in LET IT DIE, in LET IT DIE, hey, during the acoustic set, hey, I was satisfied with the beginning, but in the middle of the song, hey, you made a mistake, right? Even if you were doing so well." When they got back to the main stage, Nob bowed down in apology.

Kid’z: I didn't learn that note.

Hiro: *emphasizes the difficult enunciation of a line from the song* Unbelievable, I had a hard time remembering it.

Kid’z: The instruments were tough, too. Even Nob was complaining, there were notes he had never seen before.

Hiro: I couldn't match the timing of the lyrics either. I had to enter at an exact time, 3 characters in one second!! If MFS were to do it, we'd go with a lower key.

Kid’z: You say MFS but it's your key, right? Your voice is hella loud you know.

Hiro: It's because if I'm alone, then it's not MFS.

Kid’z: Nah, we were able to match the key, but only you can sing it that high, right? (T/N: They seemed to have raised the key by 2 octaves)

Hiro: You guys thought the cover song was only Weight of my pride, didn't you? You're wrong! We did UVERworld but we received many other requests. There were a lot of PTP songs in the tags. Who else was it... Sheena Ringo, Oral, and King Gnu too.

Nob’s Redemption Arc

After their UVERworld cover, Hiro asked the audience what they should do next. The crowd started screaming different songs, to which Hiro said "I'm seriously fine with anything." Nob suddenly played the first three notes of LET IT DIE, to which Hiro said, "Ah, from earlier?" Kid'z said, "He made a mistake a while ago, so let's give him another chance." Then Nob started practicing. The crowd screamed, "You can do it!!!" then Nob walked towards the center stage and did a moonwalk. Hiro was all, "You can't do it, you're not Michael Jackson!" then sang a MJ line and howled his signature "Woo!"

Final MC

Hiro: Today was truly an amazing day, thank you all so much. We had such an intense gathering here at Kobe World Memorial Hall. The first Coming Kobe was also held here. We have so, so, so many memories here in this place. Right now, we're still on our way to reaching our dream. From hereon, we don't know if we could make such a big dream come true. We still have a long way there, but we're doing our best every year, making music for everyone and visiting various places as well. Next year, and the year after that, and even after 10 years, it would be nice if we could all make amazing memories together. Thank you so much! We're definitely coming back, Kobe!!

It's your fellow Greta-defender here :) It's just as well I didn't message you this past week--couldn't figure out how to word what I wanna tell you, particularly how deeply I relate to Benda, in a concise manner--b/c you were busy too. Anyway, should I assume that you won't be able to tag my suggestion for giffing a scene as perioddramaedit this time b/c you tagged the last scene as such? At least that's how I understood your explination re: labels. Please correct me if I'm

wrong; I want to understand & not be annoying. You're the only person I can talk to re: the show. I relate to Benda b/c I'm Jewish as well, on my mother's side. Her mother, my maternal grandma, barely survived Auschwitz in addition to several labor camps. Some of my great-aunts, a great-uncle, and my great-grandma, among others in the family, didn't make it. I feel terrible admitting that I'm a bit nervous telling you all this, simply b/c you're German. My discomfort is solely on me; it's your problem to grapple with or your responsibility to put me at ease. I know it's awful & stupid of me; I'm just trying to explain my POV & how I interact w/ the show. I was born & raised in a super small, super rural town in the Southeastern USA, where my family was one of 2 non-Christian families in the entire town. My only exposure to the German language was thru WW2 movies, so for many years--until BB came along, actually--hearing German made me nervous. (The food's pretty good though). My grandma's family is Hungarian, but she was born in what was then Czechoslovakia (now Southern Ukraine) near the mtns. So the cultures might overlap a little, at least in terms of food. This is SO long & I'm SO SORRY; I'll shut up soon; I got sidetracked. Anyway, my grandma became an atheist after the war, had little to say about much she'd experienced. I'd originally intended to tell you a lot of other things re: the show & Judaism, but I'll shut up now. Again, I'm really sorry.

I’ve tried to type a response to this a few times now and deleted it again because it wasn’t adequate. I’m so sorry that your family went through that - I don’t say that as a German only but I do say it as a German as well, people who go all “Germans don’t need to feel guilty anymore” “#notallGermans” rarara etc can miss me. I don’t feel personally guilty as I wasn’t alive but I do believe the German people as a people have a responsibility to keep memory alive and make sure something like the Holocaust doesn’t happen again and I do believe that many more Germans who were alive during WWII were guilty of a personal involvement with and furtherment of mass murder and genocide than some popular narratives at the moment would like to make you believe. These sometimes come from Americans who are tired of Nazi villains from Hollywood movies who are more like comicbook caricatures than real people but running in the opposite direction isn’t a good approximation of reality either.

I believe that Babylon Berlin - similar to other German literature and films on the topic - is doing a good job of showing the different sentiments and mechanisms that led to the rise of Nazism in Germany and I think it’s important that people realize how deeply rooted in society many of the ideas and ideologies already were that would later come to their most terrible fruition in the Holocaust. And that many people who did not approve privately still didn’t speak out and became guilty of being a Mitläufer, someone who just... went along with what was happening although they realized it was wrong (and many saw a lot and sensed a lot of what was wrong, even if they didn’t actively participate, though many did that as well; if there’s interest, I would be happy to put together a post with some literature excerpts on this topic).

One aspect that is often missing from German views on the time, and also German history lessons which are thorough otherwise, is a detailed look at Jewish life as it was back then in Germany and other European countries. I believe there is some trepidation to talk about it because there is a kind of audacity to it, to first attempt to completely extinguish Jewish life and then a few generations lecture others on how it used to be. Certainly, many Ashkenazi Jews like Benda were often assimilated to the point that they were barely distinct from other Germans, patriotic or otherwise, especially those who had fought in WWI. But there was already discrimination during the Weimarer Republic and anti-Semitism was widespread (as we see with characters like Seegers and Wendt) and I hope we will see more of regular Jewish life and experiences on the show just as we will probably see more and more of that discrimination and the beginning of pogroms in coming seasons.

It’s a heavy topic, there’s a lot more that I would like to say but I think I’ll stop here. To end on lighter note: Any favorite food? :) There are definitely some food overlaps in central/eastern Europe!

HERE WE GO AGAIN! i'm fresh off of ingary, but jay has magic powers and pulled me in to another season of a potential clown fiesta <3 but seriously, this already seems a lot more enticing and spicy because of the theme in itself and how the challenges and idol hunt are structured so i am very excited to play :) i learned a lot about my last game and i will improve on it (hopefully) by taking more risks and plays that WILL be appreciated by the jury, and not be overly attached to people, which would result to tunnel vision. the first challenges are already pretty great, and i cannot wait to play this game. Hoping I’m not behind, but it’s only day 2 right? Maybe I’ll try to put some feelers out with Amy. This is my first BvW confession! Idk about the other tribe, but the Mysa Tribe is super chill. Most of the conversations yesterday consisted of everyone saying hi and that they were busy and would be active later. Day 2 and the activity level is still the same, which is kind of a relief since I am much more of an introvert. I have been trying to be the first to reach out to people since I feel that is something I have struggled with in past ORGs I’ve played in. I’m usually the reserved/silently-strategic player, but I’m going to try and be more proactive for this game. Ive talked to Klied, Jared, Amy and Leanne a decent amount and have enjoyed our conversations. I know of Amy due to the games she has played with Sarah, so I am hoping that works in my favor. Amy did say that Sarah voted her out in the first game they played in, so that could work one of two ways for my game… like if it came down to a vote between me or Sarah later on?? but maybe it is too soon to think that far ahead? Lol Even though I’m an Art Teacher I chose to steer away from the Creative part to our first challenge. Tbh I’m so burnt out irl when it comes to being creative due to my job, so I’m okay with taking a step back from the creative challenges for now. I’ve enjoyed being a part of the Scavenger Hunt, even though it was a bit harder than expected. Honestly we are lucky Blue's quit disadvantage was only what it was bc they quit after 30 minutes apparently. All these advantages at play! And I'm sitting here with a disadvantage. I think I'm clearly doing the idol hunt wrong 😆 all I have is a disadvantage from poison feast food and a chipmunk named Wadsworth in my pocket. Well this is my first confessional of the game and oh my is this going to be an interesting game. Initial impressions of my tribe...... Sarah +Jodi- frenemies because they are so good at survivor Frank- I really like him. He seems like a cool dude Kenneth- Seems cool, I may want to work with him, but he seems to be playing harder than he should so early Brayden- Didn't get the best first impression, but that could change Shawn- Super quiet, then they started chatting so that helped Ava, J.G., Destiny- Really inactive so I don't really know- potential first vote I want to work with Sarah, Frank and maybe Kenneth. Jodi would be good to work with although who knows what she is thinking. Everyone else I will stay open to working with, but really don't care too much as of yet.

Well it is chaos now. Shawn has made an alliance with Sarah, Kenneth, and myself. I like the safety of that. Jodi, Sarah and myself also made a Subrosa alliance (we all knew that would happen) and I feel like this will keep me safe for a while at least. Jared and I are thrilled to play our second season together in the actual format of BvW, and we will be playing our own games. First challenge done. We rocked it! I don't really have any sort of alliance at this point but I seem to be getting along with everyone. Josh didn't seem to put too much effort into our creative set up but it still worked out OK. It was unfortunate I was on my trip at the time as I could have done so much more with. I've talked to Brayden and Kenneth as well a little bit less than the first three. Shawn and Ava, barely. Frank and Destiny not at all. The vote should be Destiny since we sadly lost. all those advantages last go I was SHOCKED. Then at the end of work I made it to thevpart where I was talking to the grumpy sad flower crown man and after falling on my weak ass on a ladder I picked the lock with a bobbypin and charisma's him to make me a flower crown which got me to the maypole which had me do a scavenger hunt and I got an idol. Writing this all out is absolutely hilarious. But yeah I have an idolllllllllllllllllllll which I don't want to use anytime soon. But I have a feeling I'm going to struggle to make merge. Anyway I got this idol like directly after the other tribe finishing tribal and I love a funny timing like that. I'm glad Ava survived weee! And wow they have some very vocal tribe members haha I'm sure Denara and Jodi are working together which tracks bc I've been closest to both of them individually in prior games early on. Curious if it will stick. So next was rock paper scissors for which I have a 10% disadvantage which apparently applies to the overall tribe score ☠️ . I won my game against Brayden who was at seemingly a raging Big Brother watch party. Sorry buddy. But we've been chatting like he asked how josh was and I said Josh is great and really stepped up to the plate for the creative challenge even though it wasn't what he wanted and also he loves tom holland so I instantly trust him. Then he said everyone likes ava bc she's just so cool and yes I get it I am personally intimidated by how cool Ava is and I have to be around that cool level every day honestly I don't know why she talks to me but she's a badass. Anyyywayyyy he doesn't seem keen on actually talking game and I need to figure out if I need to just tell my tribe I have a disadvantage rn or be like what the fuck the other tribe is so mean to give me a disadvantage 😭 Anyway excited to explore the hunt some more and this game is so fun. Not only did nehe go but he did NOT play his idol AND i got him to tell me where he found it. Its a long shot but if the host rehide it in the same coordinates im set. Now I just gotta make sure I dont get crucified for it.

Fuck! That just happened and it was great. Me working with Matt and Adrian was smart because they actually felt the same way I felt about Nehe. Like i really liked him but trusting him after he already backstabbed me!? Nahh. It is time to play this game.

The past two days have been the greatest days in survivor history for me and no matter what happens and even if I’m out next no one can take away my masterful Nehe blindside, my earning the trust of the people I voted against last tribal and finding an idol with my best girl Kait. Let’s keep this energy please.

I feel very fucking stupid. Have work and I am not able to talk to my tribe, I self-vote, and now I am considered inactive, rightfully so. I need to get that inactive label off my ass ASAP

Madison really is trying it. She is trying to get isolated because it's obvious there will be an advantage there. She is saying it would be nice for someone on our tribe to have it, but I don't trust her. I doubt she would let anyone know what the actual advantage is if there is one. But at the same time, people will assume she has something and that will make the target on her back so much greater. Also, it's a round of safety so no shit she wants it. I don't think I can outright say "oh no no no, i don't want you going" even though that is how I feel. I would rather send Matt because I trust him more than I trust Madison.

What's a guy gotta do to get voted into isolation? Positive or negative idc, if I'm forced into retrograde that helps my resume. Vote me Ma'an. How do these people not realize our vote doesn't matter aside from it being public, Ma'an is obviously going to vote together they have no reason not to especially with it being PUBLIC our vote is straight up how it will be perceived by people not deciding who goes to isolation.  For a bunch of smart guys they're being stupid.

It’s the next day after tribal last night. I need to talk to Stephen. We have played before and Ive been hosted by him so we have some history. We techically havent been working together but we have had some communication and we havent gone after each other. I need to talk and see if he’s willing to work with me in this game. This Moon twist is so weird and i dont know whats going to happen. We are going to all cote together and its between Cloe and Thomas. They feel that sending someone to exile gives hosts the perfect numbers to do a swap. Which would be bad but not too horrible. Just if there is I want to be in a tribe with Aidan, Madison, Matt S, Stephen, and perhaps Ian/Timmy.

It is coming close to 7 o’cock and im getting nervous to find out what happens. This moon twist could really mess things up or cause lots of trouble if person isolated gets an advantage or something.

So what people might be thinking right now is "wow Timmy is an idiot and went against his entire tribe" but with the way this game is set up WHO CARES. I haven't spoken to Madison or Chloe much so I know neither of them are going to tell me what happened in the Oasis. Madison had been pushing all day for her to go but also saying "it doesn't matter much I'll do whatever" but whenever someone tried to bring up another plan she would immediately shut it down and suggest herself. That was super sketchy to me so no way in hell was I going to be sending her there. I got to make the final decision and I am so happy about that because I got to do what I wanted, which was not send Madison. There is no real reason to stick to any tribal lines for this season since you don't go to tribal as a tribe. Yea it helps with keeping more people safe with immunity, but I've been doing a good job at that on my own. I'm very methodical with this game and everything I do has a reason that is thought out for it and this one was because Madison is sketchy and I wanted her to feel not safe because she was already basically gloating about going. She didn't need it, Chloe needed it more because she was already in danger so why not give her a break and she deserves some possible advantage. Madison didn't need it by any means, I needed it more than she did because I have been safe for so many rounds that if I go to tribal I am a threat so a little solace of a possible advantage would have been nice but I wasn't going to shove my name into the ring. I know this entire thing could be my downfall, but at the same time you have to take chances so that's what I did and I don't regret it for one second.

Basically what I was expecting happened and we had a tribe swap. Cloe is safe in isolation. Warzone is still a thing so no normal tribals yet. I want to win this immunity because i dont want to be at tribal while at disneyland. Or maybe if i am ill show u guys while im there.

Well. Hot diggity Dog huh? I’m kind of glad we swapped right before Ma’an literally imploded over who to isolate. I guess Chloe is there now which I feel bad about but I feel like I can work with her and whatever she’s got since we’ve voted together twice. I’m glad I have Madison here as an ally as well as Adrian, even tho he was giving me one word and emoji answers (suspicious!!! Emojis are never good). I hope he’s not afraid of me considering he literally spent last warzone going “I can’t believe how easily you got everyone to think Thomas was the vote you’re so good at this” like yes I am but don’t notice that! I have my idol which is nice and relieving and Kaits the only only person who knows about it, which might mean Kait may be a loose end for me. I love her to DEATH and really trust her but she kinda weirded me out during the isolation vote by being catty. If that’s how she is with that vote, does she go even harder during tribal? The thing with Kait and Owen is like they’re my best friends from high school or something. But going off to warzone with Maynor twice and Madison twice was like going to college and meeting new friends who you share insane experiences with and then go back to your high school friends and there’s a disconnect. I just hope me trying to be a friend to all doesn’t smush me in the middle. I’m not ready to be smushy.

It too me 41 minutes to do this challenge. I think i did okay but i could be totally off. I really hope i was able to get atleast enough of it correct for me to win safety. I dont really want to go to tribal but I have a decent allies that i might be safe. Matt told Kait to talk to me and we are getting along. Id be down to work with her in this game. I have to wait and see what happens with these tribal results later. I dont wanna be worrying about the vote while im in disneyland.

Fuck that challenge and fuck Arianna Grande. It's f17, I am not going to throw that much of my time away on a f17 challenge, that's just asinine. If anyone thinks those challenges are fun then there is something wrong with you. I'd rather burn my idol than subject myself to the torture that challenge was. Sort your own damn screenshots.

Whale, whale, whale. New tribes and shit. I have a save vote thing that I may keep if I decide to not vote at my next tribal council. Unfortunately, if I am in the warzone tonight, (and I believe I will be due to my slow performance) I don't believe I will get this power; with only 8 of us there and Chloe joining the tribe that loses a person, I don't see myself refraining from voting. I am intrigued by the other tribe voting Madison and i assume she volunteered. I don't know what is up w Timmy and he is now the single person I have yet to speak to. Regardless, I have taken the opportunity to bond w Kait and a bit with Thomas. I need to shield my own ass in case I'm in WZ. Kait seems scared of it, understandably, and a sympathetic new boi to her is not threatening and she may see me as an asset if we end up there together. I'm thankful for Ian on my tribe as he's the only person I feel comfortable with talking game with and long-term and short-term strategy. Wish I had Matt, Devon, Adrian or Owen on my team though.
