ok fine since you asked for it. let’s break down @felikatze ‘s lactose tolerance/intolerance headcanon list from forever ago

sora and riku: native island kids, have never had contact with the outside world, dairy is not part of their diet, they cannot handle this foreign poison. please help these kids

kairi: from radiant garden. lucky genes. loves dairy and does not understand why sora and riku don’t

lea: from radiant garden but unlucky genes (he eats poison ice cream every day, yes. the things you do for friendship. also he’s chaotic.)

roxas: inherited sora’s lactose intolerance. (yes he also eats poison ice cream every day. he and axel really just started bonding over something neither of them were supposed to have. but nobody bodies are also weird)

naminé: also inherited sora’s lactose intolerance, but not as badly. but she doesn’t like dairy anyway

xion and repliku: replicas that were genetically engineered in a lab. they may be kinda messed up otherwise but they can have dairy soooo. (‘a power the real riku does not have’ refers to lactose tolerance lol)

ventus and vanitas: ven got the lactose tolerance in the split lol. eraqus makes all his students drink their milk so they’ll grow up big and strong but why does ven seem to enjoy it. he just chugs straight up milk. what’s wrong with him. vani thinks he’s disgusting for this

terra: lactose tolerant but doesn’t like milk that much (he loves cheese though). however he thinks it’s funny to chug milk in front of aqua because she thinks it’s gross

aqua: please help her. she likes baking a lot because milk that’s been cooked into something is tolerable. ven and terra drive her insane on purpose with milk chugging contests right in front of her (for ven it started out innocent but then terra convinced him it was funny). eraqus does not know she can’t have milk and she doesn’t know how to tell him

He follows me everywhere I swear, shows up in kh2 yeah ok, 358/2, sure fine still hate him from that fight, shows up in BBS and I haft to fight him as terra and aqua, those fights are a pain in the ass but I just hate the command deck, dream drop distance, pissing me off, I've been thrashed three times prior, shows up in kh3 I felt bad till the epilogue.

Eventually private from penguins of fucking Madagascar is voiced by the same person, he also voices one eyed walley from amphibia.

Riku

He's not only impressed by your ability with magic, but incredibly thankful for it. You're more talented at healing spells than he'll ever be, so your constantly having to patch him up after a fight.

He's definitely gonna want some tips, so magic lessons can be a fun bonding activity for you both! Just be ready with a water spell for when something inevitably catches fire.

If you've been wrapped up in research for a while or trying to innovate new ways to use magic, he's gonna make you take care of yourself. Riku will make you take breaks, eat, drink, and sleep. He's impressed with your capabilities, but that's no excuse not to take care of yourself!

Riku is a bit of a hypocrite however, and you've caught him practicing his own magic late at night instead of sleeping. In his defense, he really wants to impress you! Please make sure he goes to bed though.

Surprisingly he's the most chill about you experimenting with darkness. He's definitely anxious don't get me wrong, but his journey taught him not to cower because darkness. He's kind of glad your taking it head on instead of waiting for it to consume you. Just be careful, ok?

Aqua

You two are quite the power couple, as Aqua is very talented with magic herself. Heartless stand no chance against you, so you often finish missions early if you're paired together.

She will definitely ask for tips when it comes to fire magic, though she is a little bit embarrassed. Despite being the "easiest spell" she could never get the hang of it. Reassuring her that she's doing great is a wonderful confidence boost.

She will be so excited if you have a move that's flashy like spell weaver. You two can combine attacks and be super op lol

Aqua also loves if you can make intricate patterns with your magic. Sometimes at night you'll both shoot designs into the sky, it's like your own mini firework show!

Loves to spar with you too, and constantly tells you that she's proud of each new achievement. She's impressed you can keep up with her so easily!

She is extremely wary of you doing anything with the darkness. You might give the poor girl a heart attack. Aqua trusts you though, she might just ask to be present incase something goes wrong.

Terra

Terra's fighting style relies more on brute strength, so in a way you help to complete him. Expect to patch him up after fights much like with Riku.

He's so impressed with you and is not shy about it. Like if he could announce how cool he thinks you are to the entire universe he would.

Ven joins in on your training sessions together sometimes, and Terra would love it if you'd help teach him magic. Terra is very protective of Ven, so he's glad to see the two of you getting along. The way to Terra's heart is through being good with his little brother.

He actually tried to help with your research! He'll run field tests, help you organize your spell books, anything you want him to help with! He may not understand it all but he wants to support you in anyway he can.

Please do not try anything involving darkness around him, although I think that goes without saying. If he ever finds out you're experimenting with it he'd be terrafied. (Sorry)

ok so i finished bbs so time for thoughts!!!!

god this game has. issues. its my least favorite so far and im not saying its BAD im just saying it could be. better

i realize i was supposed to play terra > ven > aqua but i went in order of who i was least excited about to most so i did terra > aqua > ven. also i was super underlevel as terra and aqua so when i got to ven i grinded to level 10 the moment i was able to and then breezed through the whole game

i dont wanna say that i think the game should be shorter but i do think that its not very enjoyable for like 80% of the runtime. like i think most the worlds are boring idk. im not a very big disney person but usually the worlds are pretty interesting but this time around it simply Did not hit and i think it couldve been better? idk man. a few worlds were really good like all of hollow bastion as ven is super fun like i love seeing the org cast theyre just endlessly fun. seeing ansem tw in the ending did make me very angry though i hate that guy

this whole game is a downer and i knew that going in but still like. holy shit its depressing.

i love the main trio they are such a fucked up family i love their dynamic its honestly the best part of the game. also vanitas is a joy but also he is a total fucking wimp i could beat him up in real life. also fuck terranort! that about sums up my thoughts

hate the command system id honestly rather be doing coms card game at least that required some level of thought. i hate how the game can just rip the command i just made right out of my hands that is SO rude. also ima be real i still dont know how to play command board i never read the rules

honestly the game isnt that fun i didnt really enjoy it it kinda felt like a chore to play a lot of the time. i tend to be chronically underlevel in games and tgis is the game where i felt it the hardest so every once and a while i had to just set aside a couple hours to grind and like. i enjoy a challenge so i dont mind being underlevel but this was just painful i simple Could Not. also FUCK terra if i ever have to play as him again ill throw up and die.

the opening is my second favorite so far and the story is pretty good when i know whats going on

decent game. 6.9/10 if they axed the whole command system id give it a 7.5. i think it works better in concept than in execution and replaying the exact same worlds 3 times over gets stale pretty quickly. i wish they cut out some worlds as other characters like you cannot tell me deep space ventus was necessary. solid game though

ok im thinking. this is MY PERSONAL assignments of kh pokemon types... im not entirely sure if this is the kind of pokemon theyd have on their team or if its what types theyd be if they Were pokémon so its up to intepretation i guess.

sora - dont hate me but Normal... i think it fits with him not being the chosen keyblade wielder and whatnot. maybe hed have a subtype after kh2 but i havent quite decided what yet. fighting comes to mind. i guess i just dont associate him with any specific elements? flying would work (sora meaning sky) . idk ill have to rhink abt this one more

riku - dark. no real explanation needed

kairi - water/fairy dual type, due to her characters connection w/ water & just the fact that shes cute and pink:-)

naminé - flying/psychic dual type. flying because i associate nami with birds, psychic because of her power over memories. i want nami, roxas and xion to all have dual types for Symbolism

roxas - ok i think im biased because i named my pawmot after him, but i think electric/dark fits him . dual type because its roxas.

xion - ice/ghost .. this is entirely based on my own headcanons i just think xion would love snow and that it would be a cute way for her to retain her connection with kairi and naminé while also having her own identity . i picked ghost because i think it fits how she haunts the story after days

axel - fire. no explanation needed

ventus - grass, i dont really have a reason aside for the fact that ventus = green. although i suppose flying would work with his elemental theme

aqua - water, because of the elemental theme

terra - ground . like aqua, fits his elemental theme. which means terranort would be ground/dark type
