Me rapid-fucking-firing between my two (2) interests I have at increasingly rapid rates.
#diary#personal#its splatoon and neurodivergency. just splatoon rly. and neurofivergency.#i mean i also read inbetween. but like. thats for the dopamine baby.#whereas splatoon. splatoon is love. splatoon is life. i will live die eat and breath splatoon.#and like. the neurodivergency intrest... need i even explain?#on a random side note my fucking mental health absolutely tanked the last week or so. but ive had like. 3 days off. and i feel okay again.#...that is untill i start working probably on monday.#seriously im so fucking tired man. always exhausted.#its been super distressing bc i sure as shit dont have the energy to even make food tbh.#so like. ive been getting up. thinking about making buttered bread for a meal (yes a meal) and sitting back down#bc its too much work. IT IS TOO MUCH WORK TOO TAKE OUT BREAD. BUTTER IT. SIT DOWN. EAT WASH HANDS. AND GO BACK TO NORMAL#i have been suffering. its not fun. like. a lot of my meals lately have just been power bars.#idk. im just strugging with assembling things. muchless cooking them.#idk why its been so hard to do. i just like. think about it and it seems exhausting so i dont. and then i repeat that#and it keeps going till im distressed and yeh. its hell rly.#disordered eating
