IT IS TOO MUCH WORK TOO TAKE OUT BREAD. BUTTER IT. SIT DOWN. EAT WASH HANDS. AND GO BACK TO NORMAL#i have been suffering. its not fun. like. a lot of my meals lately have just been power bars.#idk. im just strugging with assembling things. muchless cooking them.#idk why its been so hard to do. i just like. think about it and it seems exhausting so i dont. and then i repeat that#and it keeps going till im distressed and yeh. its hell rly.#disordered eating
