FINALLY, AFTER A TON OF SKETCHES and procastinating

My designs of Apollo and Hermes are finally complete!! Their designs were highly inspired by Wolfythewitch, Aniflamma ans Gigizets (i don't wanna ping them for this hajsva) and I am VERY proud of them, i didn't imagine myself to make designs like these and woah! I actually did manage to make banger designs!! :DDD

Disney Live Action remake / Netflix Avatar-style retelling of Epic the Musical

Eurylochus is an active antagonist the whole time, purposefully plots to betray Ody

Polythemus' encounter is mostly the same except he's More Evil the whole time

Aeolis tries to save them when the wind bag opens

Poseidon is very sad while he kills the crew. Very angry but very full of regret. He doesn't wanna kill people he just wants his son to be okay :(

Circe is just Like That, and she was very very sad while turning men into pigs :(

She never tries to seduce Ody

They add Hades to the Underworld just cuz it would be cool :]

The Prophet's encounter is pretty much the same except the writers misinterpret it as him purposefully tripping Ody up only to turn around a put a hand on his shoulder like "sorry it's gotta be like this man :/"

Ody sings Monster as it's presented in the OG musical, except he clings to Polites' headband even tighter now

Suffering is the same, but they cut out Different Beast and replaced it with Ody gloating that he tricked the sirens, and then they just leave

Ody didn't know Scylla would do that :(

Eurylochus nooooooo why are you mutinying against Odyyyyy he's done nothing wrongggggg

Eurylochus is just a villain now basically

Zeus shows up and just kills him and the rest without offering Ody a choice, then banishes Ody to an island cuz He Is A Bad Guy

The suitors aren't evil they're just annoying

Athena is so so so so sad about what happened with her and Ody and she 100% blames herself cuz Ody can do nothing wrong. He's so perfect and good and she fucked it up so bad

Also she tells Telemachus about him because people really reeeeally wanted her to online. This bears no effects or consequences on the plot or characters.

Calypso was being purposefully manipulative because she's Evil now

They make Charbdis(?) an entire episode cuz people complained about it being too short. Also it eats all of Ody's supplies cuz clearly it wasn't important so let's make it more important. Also Ody doesn't outsmart it he just kills it.

Ody asks Poseidon pretty please if he'll lift the storm and he says yes :) no torture needed!

Ody kills the main suitor and the rest bow down to him in respect

Family reunion! :D

Happy ending where Athena introduces herself to Penelope and P thanks her for all her help (Athena hasn't done like anything this whole time except get mad at Ody) and they welcome her into the family. Cuz thats how you handle a relationship with a god

Here are some details I added in case anyone's interested!

Telemachus bracelet and Ody's shoulder tunic have an owl on them! (A shitty owl but I swear it's one)

Polites headband obv, I was going to make one where Telemachus makes Odysseus remember Polites with how cheerful he is

Odysseus eyes are the colour of Telemachus tunic and Vice-Versa (they wear matching dad-son outfits, your honour)

Telemachus hair is lighter at the tips bcs of Sun exposure during his dyplomatic mission

In the 5th panel, I made it so the red made it look like Odysseus scar was bleeding. Also red eyes bcs he's the monster rawr rawr rawr

I think it's obv but Telemachus does not blame or resent Odysseus, but Odysseus feels like it anyways bcs want it or not Telemachus has a bunch of reasons to feel like it

There was gonna be a panel where Odysseus picks Telemachus up when he's sleeping, saddly it had to be scratched because time management

I Accidentally made Odysseus too thick in the 2nd panel

Was going to remake the second panel

Friend convinced me to keep it because it's "Homer Accurte"
