decided i will be resigning next month just in time for when i leave for overseas πππ
#in our team meeting this morning the team leader spoke to us all about how the office has not been great at doing case notes#and scolded us for being unprofessional. then said now that someone has left (ie been bullied out by her)#that these negative conversations will end and that she can already feel more positivity in the office this week#lol bye!!!#ive lost all respect for her as a person a therapist a leader etc i refuse to work with her#and i get the feeling the company will not fire her but just educate her instead#im not going to be that bitch who asks the company to fire her so im going to leave myself :)#im the only person in my role in this office so you know what? suffer.
