Hm I want Leo to be more of an asshole but not intentionally. Maybe he doesn't actually fo anything for kieran because kieran wouldn't let him. Maybe Leo is an asshole but kieran needs him to be even more of one so when Leo offers something, kieran denies it and then in his head judges Leo as an asshole for not offering again. He decides Leo's just full of empty promises like other people are. Kieran's projecting a bit and making Leo who he wants him to be (someone he loves who also has the power to hurt him because this allows kieran to place the blame for everything on Leo in his head). Leo thinks it's sex, good sometimes rough sex where he bounces on Kieran's dick because sometimes Kieran's too sore to do the work. They trade what leo believes is friendly snark and kieran doesn't mind that Leo doesn't want a relationship. In another world, they could be something but in this one they're doomed. Kierans heart is as fragile as his body and Leo's the one to unintentionally shatter it.

fated and marked, soulmates are supposed to be your destiny. you are connected to him by his heart and him to yours. but despite the cosmic or even divine intervention, you felt that he is not wholly yours. why is destiny so cruel to you?

As you lay on your bed whilst pouting at your phone screen, a knock appeared on your door and soon Wooyoung's head, arm, and leg popped in. He had a childish yet charming grin on his face and even though he was only clad in a bomber jacket, black shirt, and jeans, you couldn't deny that he seems like a fashion model. He doesn't look like a nurse at all.

"Is this a bad time?" He asked, still not really entering the room, leaning against the door frame. You rolled your eyes at him and shrugged, "Me being here makes it a bad time," you joked at him. Wooyoung chuckled as he entered the room and then closing the door, "Well," he drawled as he walk closer to your bed, "The whole medical condition and sleeping arrangement sucks, but," he then plopped down on the chair closest to you, "The entertainment's free and it's top notch," he said with a big grin on his face. You couldn't help but chuckle at his reffering to himself as entertainment.

"I think the entertainment would be even better when you're paired with Beomgyu," you teased half jokingly because you have a strong suspicion that Wooyoung + Beomgyu = chaos.

Wooyoung raised an eyebrow as he leaned back on his chair, "You should hear about the antics beomgyu and i used to got ourselves into back in college. One time we pranked the varsity baseball team so bad, there was actually a bounty for our heads. Thank god they didn't know it was us," he laughed as he reminisced the best times of his youth. Seeing him so proud of his antics in the past made you shake your head slowly, "Guess you've been friends with Beomgyu, San, and Yeosang for a long while huh?" "I guess so, I'm surprised that they're still my friends even after I moved back here." He didn't know why he blurted out his insecurity, but you had just made him feel so comfortable.

"So, why do they not introduce us with each other back then? I've also known them around the same time."

That question struck Wooyoung out of the blue. He knew exactly why your shared three best friends never introduced you two back then. Also, he knew that you'll ask some day ever since you both knew each other. But he just didn't expect that you'd be asking it right now.

You noticed that he visibly stiffened at your question. "I-I'm sorry, you don't have to answer," you tried backtracking, not wanting Wooyoung to get uncomfortable.

Wooyoung smiled sadly, realizing that it was time to come clean.

"Because I was a complete and utter jerk," he said, surprising you this time.

Before you could as what he meant, he pulled the left side of his shirt to show you a mark on the left side of his chest. While yours look like a bumpy scar, his is only in the shape of a flower in black. "It's my soulmate mark," he said while smiling bitterly. You had a feeling, but you still couldn't help but be surprised. "It used to be a yellow carnation, the lines used to be red," he said as he fixed his shirt and readjusted himself in his seat, "rejection," he said, explaining the meaning of his mark.

You decided to stay silent, letting him take his time to continue. From the look in his eyes, you knew that it must be something big so you didn't want to push. But at the same time you wanted to pull him into a giant hug and let him know that everything will be okay. Although your relationship with him isn't as deep with the other guys, you still hate the way he look so sad so much.

"I was never a good soulmate to her. She was such a nice person but she was paired with me," he started off, sighing at the end as he thought of his past. "Did you know that I wasn't even a Nursing Student back then ?" Your eyes widened in shock and he seemed to be amused with the way you're surprised. "Yeah, that's why I graduated a lot later than everyone else. I got into Nursing School after what happened to her because she was a Nursing Student until she... died..."

Even by seeing his mark you knew that his soulmate must've died, but the how is the question. Thankfully, Wooyoung explained before you even asked.

"As I said, I was a complete and utter jerk, I used to be in the fence about having a soulmate and sadly we realized that we're each other's soulmate during a particularly bad time in my life. My parents were pressuring me about my life and I didn't know what I wanted to do, not to mention them constantly comparing me to my oh-so accomplished older brother while demanding my help in taking care of Kyungmin. I know, petty, right?" He scoffed at himself. As a reflect, you reached to grab his hand, "No, no, it's not petty at all. I understand how that can make you crazy," you smiled at him reassuringly which made him smiled back slightly.

"Anywho, almost two years in and I was still being a jerk to her. I don't know why, maybe it was the fact that I was already a jerk to her so I didn't know how to de-jerk myself, or maybe I was just that much of a trash. But she never stopped reaching out to me. I know some things about her like the fact that she came from a fairly well off family, her dad's some kind of an investor and her mom has her own business. Her older sister has a genetic condition which was why she wanted to be a nurse so she could help children who suffered similarly to her sister because she's so used to helping her sister any time at all for whatever it is she needed which apparently included giving off her organs. And by that, I do mean she's a designer baby. My Sister's Keepers kind of crap right there," he scoffed as he shook his head.

"The stress and the pain must've been so hard on her that it took a toll on her mental health. She'd often be in a depressed state and over time, her once bright self became dimmed and gloomy. I hate to admit this, but her gloomy occurences drove me further away from her because I just didn't want to deal with it and her," he then dropped his head in shame, "I'm a fucking monster," he groaned out in utter disappointment of himself. You didn't know what could help assure him that you genuinely don't think so, so you simply squeeze his hand gently.

He took a moment before lifting his head up and continuing with his story. "One day, she spammed called me a bunch of times and also leaving text messages and voice notes saying something about her parents pressuring her to give her sister a kidney. The thing is, she was already working on one kidney as she had already donated one when she was 15. She said that her parents convinced her that she'll be put on dialysis until they can find her a donor but she'd have to quit school and basically chain herself in their house in an isolated room so she won't be 'contaminated' if she has to 'help' her sister more after that," Wooyoung rolled his eyes at the thought of how inconsiderate his former soulmate's parents had been to her, he genuinely thought that they were one of the worst parents, even just people, to be alive for treating her like an organ bank for their favourite child.

Before he continued, you felt his grip on gour hand tightened and you had a feeling that he was preparing himself to say something that has a significant effect on him. "I... never returned her calls, never answered her texts. I spent the day playing games with Beomgyu, San, and Yeosang with my phone turned off. Turns out," he stopped to pull himself and his chair closer to yours. He seemed really nervous and you don't know what to do. Based on his whole demeanour, you could tell that it was bad and you could've sort of guessed what happens next.

"Turns out she killed herself that day. She left a note saying that what her parents asked were the same as death so she choose to die on her own terms." At that point, you saw that tears were already streaming down his face and he was choking up sobs. You saw how trully regretfull he was and how he has been kicking himself so much for something that he didn't even intentionally do. "At 11.31 pm, I felt as if the air was punched out of my chest, I dropped down to the floor and when Yeosang took my shirt off to get a better look of what might caused it, they saw the yellow draining from my mark and the lines turned black," he cried out, face pressed to the hospital bed as his shoulders shook from the intensity of his cries.

Seeing him like that brought tears to your eyes as well as the pain was THAT evident. "So you took up nursing because you wanted to do something for her?" You choked out. Wooyoung couldn't verbally answer but he nodded in affirmation. Your heart hurt for him. Now you trully understood why he's the person he is today. Why he hated Yunho with so much passion because once upon a time, he WAS Yunho. From his story, you were able to understood him even better and while you were glad that he told you, you felt bad that you made him relive his troubled past.

At this point, words itself wouldn't suffice. And even if it would, you don't know what to say to him about everything. So you tugged on his arm. You tug until he stood up and ushered him to sit on your bed in front of you.

That night started with Wooyoung bearing himself to you which included him crying his eyes out. But you were glad that he was able to tell you his past.

umm so the bunk bed thing was that hyunjin said on a show that aired a couple days before FOTM that they say "i love you" to each other all the time, and heejin didn't want to argue on the show so she waited until FOTM to clarify - they hadn't been saying those kinds of things since trainee days and each of them tried to deny they said ILY first. basically they used to share a bunkbed, and hyunjin remembered it as heejin randomly saying "i love you" randomly to her whilst in the bunkbed and then her saying it back, but heejin remembers it as HYUNJIN saying "i love you" randomly and then saying it back... neither of them wanted to admit they said it first lol

umm one time when hyunjin hadn't eaten properly at school, so heejin took her to a diner and sat her down to eat, and since she had already eaten she just watched and made sure hyunjin ate properly? and they kept trying to pay for each other...

heejin's first impression of hyunjin was "seriously so pretty!!" and hyunjin's first impression of heejin was "seriously just like a puppy!!" (which is why hyunjin calls her gangaji..)

heejin believes hyunjin has a sixth sense from knowing her for so long that she can detect whenever heejin is even ever so slightly upset, and always knows exactly how to comfort her. and they both agree that they know each other's hearts so well they don't need to say "i love you" to each other anymore because they already know it through actions :)
