I have seen a hilarious large number of people claim that sokai is “rushed” and “made unnecessarily romance focused” and “thrown in our faces too much” while SIMULTANEOUSLY complaining that sokai never kisses or does anything explicitly romantic and is shoved to the side constantly and never gets development. And this is hilarious to me. Like. Guys come on. Pick a side. OR commit fully. Stop hating my ship inaccurately and Admit that it is pretty iconic and hilarious that they manage to be too obnoxiously romantic and unnecessarily plot relevant while also having a glaring lack of canon romance and no plot relevence. Like. I know i cant make people like my characters and my ships but can you at least start admitting how funny your complaints about them are. I love you kingdom hearts relationships you’re so everything all the time. <3

the truth is I have ,,, sooo many mixed feelings about transformers. like. it's part of a much bigger universe filled with lore and it's like. star wars or dc comics-sized. and I simply do not have room in my brain for ANOTHER comics-sized media because that would be. too much. so I just forced myself through the worst movie franchise in history to cherry-pick things that I liked from it and made up everything else. <3

but like. first of all my inner 8 year old goes absolutely buckwild for transformers. they're GIANT ROBOT SUPERHEROES!!! that can TURN INTO CARS!!!!!!! and sometimes they have SWORDDSSSS!!!!!!!!! and as much as I can't stand the movies, the cgi with the transformations is soooooo <3333333333333333 and the transformer designs are all soooo cool too !!!!!!!

and the thing that really gets me about the transformers movies is that they have SO MUCH POTENTIAL to not only make inner 8 year old me the happiest guy on the planet but to also tell a very compelling story!!!! the autobots were forced from their home planet and most of their race was killed by the war that tore their planet apart!!!! all that's left of this once powerful race of incredibly powerful beings is a small handful of exhausted soldiers who are hiding out on earth because they're being hunted all over the galaxy!!!! and even after losing everything, they all still decide to fight for earth and protect humanity from the same fate that took their families, their people, and their entire planet away from them!!!!!!! I'm literally biting !!!!! and after setting up that premise michael bay just. didn't follow through. and the movies are filled with utter bullshit storylines and every autobot's personality gets completely rewritten every single movie because the entire plot revolves around michael's bland self insert characters. the movies are soooooooooo bad but they could be sooooo good and that's my entire mental illness about transformers summed up in a single sentence.

but anyway. I don't know anything about the director of the new movie or if they're any good, but the only way they could be worse than bay is if they let a toddler keysmash on a typewriter <3 I'd even argue that'd be a BETTER alternative than michael bay's directing <33 but anyway. I don't like how optimus looks in the trailer because like I said, the transformer designs in the bay movies are, unfortunately, really really cool. and the new movie seems to have taken optimus' original design like in the toys and old cartoons, which is FINE but also ,,, I miss catboy optimus :(

like. say what you will about the og movies but they sure could design an autobot !!!!!!!! optimus just looks so ,, boxy in the trailer. and I definitely prefer his other design. but honestly I'd rather have a shittier-looking optimus without bay than a badass-looking optimus with him. so.

I'm overall very very happy with how bumblebee looks though <3333 but to be fair he's my silly little guy skrunkle gal pal so whatever he does will always have me giggling and twirling my hair <333 he has never done anything wrong in his life <33333333

short answer: I’M ENJOYING THIS SERIES SO MUCH! ⭐️✨ i really appreciate the mature approach they’re taking with it 🥰. there’s no need for a lengthy recap of the their history/timeline, or flashbacks that would take us out of the mood (lol since they’re all available on the same platform). we’re just pulling forward, and i’m totally pleased with being taken along on the journey. visually, i really like the aesthetics of hopping through the decades; wanda & co are dressed and portrayed soooooo lovingly! tbh i think this is the first time we get to clearly see her personality: even if she is (possibly) manipulating our vision. ba-dum-tssssss. lol it’s so visually and emotionally vibrant and is not pulling any punches, by any stretch. it’s a delicious blend of drama, romance, horror and suspense. i sooooooo appreciate this portrayal of a female ‘hero’ wanting romance, wanting normalcy, and wanting a ‘home––’ without compromising anything lol. it’s just her dream. i’m glad that there is a place for stories like this. i’m looking forward to a new episode each week! it’s a wonderful addition to the MCU, and i can’t wait for what the year will bring us!! 🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈

long answer: i’ll be honest with ya, wanda was never my favorite character in the MCU. [to me] she always had a lot of potential, but they way portrayed her just turned me off is so many ways (age of ultron, civil war)....... .. ...  . initially, i didn’t like how they treated her as a kid/child, when her age seemed ambiguously young adult to me (especially after they introduced peter parker). i’m like, pls speak to her like she’s an adult, guide her like an adult. i understood that she was a character who has gone through unbelievable amounts of trauma, BUT they never showed us the extent of her grief or any moments of relief for her. [[female characters don’t need to be shown crying or anything, but i feel like they highlighted characters GIVING her sympathy, rather than her receiving it and reflecting on it]]. even though she drove a lot of the spotlight in Ultron, i never felt like the story was hers. in Civil War, i was just surprised at how willing she was to use lethal force on ‘the other side.’ her intentions in that movie felt so unclear to me, and she like, never gets closure lol (maybe that’s like her thing though). personally, i didn’t see her character gain much footing until Infinity War. DUDE. i love, LOVE, the moments in the beginning where wanda and vision just stole moments together. that was when i felt like, ‘ah, so this is what she wants.’ it’s been two years, and we’ve come to understand that she’s on the run, but still makes a point to visit vision. all she wants is: safety, companionship, quiet, normalcy, compassion. that moment grounded the movie so much for me (this is what’s at stake ya’ll!!). from there, i could see and feel her grief and desire. also they stopped holding back her powers lmao, that was pretty cool too. and i appreciated that they stopped giving her those leather booby outfits–– just didn’t seem like something she would choose for herself idk. (there’s nothing wrong with cleavage in costumes, but that’s another story for another day). but yeah! i like that her storyline is about family and romance. i love that they’re not holding her back from her desires in WandaVision. everytime we see them looking at each other lovingly my heart breaks! also it’s cool that she’s kinda an anti-hero hahah

TL;DR: we get to see a more fleshed out wanda (and vision) . she gets to have nuance and struggles and wins and losses. it’s pretty awesome to see~

wildflower - calum hood

a/n: i’ve had this storyline sitting in the works for days soooooo.... its gonna be a couple of parts so lets see where this takes us ya? full of dialogue and unnecessary descriptions. 

summary: after a nasty breakup, Karla Rivera finds herself working as one of the new producers/songwriter for 5SOS. She had no intention to fall in love right now, but one conversation struck a chord with her. In between producing a smashing album and writing hit singles, Karla finds herself entangled in the arms of a man who she never thought she’d end up with.

“Alright boys, as much as I love working with you guys, I think it’s time I bring in someone new.” Andrew says as he shuffles around the kitchen of the Malibu beach house. The boys had rented this place out for a month to work on their new album, as well as to take a short break from tour. They had only arrived yesterday, but things were already starting to bloom and they had a few songs on their hand they thought would fit the album.

“What do you mean? Are you leaving us?” Luke sat up in his seat. All the boys were sprawled in different corners of the kitchen, munching on their breakfast before the day of writing began.

“I’m not leaving, just bringing someone new in.”

“Who? And why do we need someone new?” Andrew could only roll his eyes at the question, downing the last bit of his coffee before throwing it into the sink.

“You’ll know her when she gets here. She’s talented, and I think she could provide something fresh.” He looks at the time on his phone, “She should be here soon, just play nice”

The boys all gave each other looks. They haven’t really stepped out of their circle of people when it came to music, so working with someone new and not to mention a female songwriter, could really give them a whole new perspective on things.

Karla finds herself sitting in the car for way too long. She was parked outside a gorgeous beach house on the quiet side of Malibu and she was dressed in an old concert T-shirt she had stolen from her brother, along with a pair of shorts and sneakers. She takes three deep breaths and gives herself a small pep talk before climbing out of her car. This is your job she reminds herself, it’s something you love to do.

When Karla first received the phone call from Andrew, she was reluctant to move even an inch off the bed in the guest bedroom of her brother’s apartment. All she wanted to do was shove down another pint of ice cream and watch old re-runs of Real Housewives. She knew her brother was the culprit behind the phone call, filling Andrew in about her breakup with her boyfriend of three years. Andrew had blown up her phone afterwards, calling Karla every single day until she finally agreed to come write with him for a week. Though it was a good intention, trying to get Karla out of the house, Andrew knew it was also her prime time. The overwhelming emotions she felt more often than not would be translated into the most beautiful words, and she would produce sounds unheard of. So here she was, standing in front of the door of the house. She had her water bottle and duffel in hand, notebook, phone and iPad in the other. The white door swings open, and Andrew pulled her into his arms immediately,

“There you are!” She returns the hug, a genuine smile on her face after finally him in the flesh. Andrews pulls away, hands clasped to her upper arm and he takes a good look at her. Karla thanks god for the Benefit concealer she’s slathered under her eyes or she’d be getting an earful from him. He grins at her and pulls her into the house, down the hallway to the living room where she spots the four boys with their heads buried in some form of instrument or notebook. They don’t take notice of their presence at first until Andrew clears his throat, and the boys look up at him.

“Boys, this is Karla Rivera, she’ll be working with us for the week!” Andrew says a little too enthusiastically. Karla gives them a small wave, and she notices the look that the boys give each other. They were unsure of her that was for sure, having not met her before. Ashton stood up first, Karla reaching her hand out but the boy pulled her into a single arm hug. She laughed when she was caught off guard by him, which set the boys smiling as well. Calum, Michael and Luke followed after, and they were settled down at the couch so they could show her what they had been working on.

“This is good… maybe we can add a bum bum bum.” She hummed a tune the boys had never heard before, and Andrew scrambled to play it on his guitar.

“And then for the lyrics maybe we could do - killin’ me slow with the words you wrote, the heart you broke…” Karla paused to scribble words onto her notebook before singing out, “calling my name, I don’t wanna stay but I’m wide awake, I’m wide awake.” Everyone in the room was in shock at how naturally the words flowed for her, this being the second song that was almost done and definitely had potential in being on the album. There was a lot of humming and words being muttered under their breath, until Calum shot up from his chair.

“How about - just one more taste of you my love. Then we repeat the first two lines? This could be the chorus!” Luke was already by the piano, playing out the melody and singing to the lyrics they had just written down.

“Thin white lies”

“What was that, K?”

“Add the line of thin white lies after that line that Calum just said, have someone sing it in the background or something.” Andrew looked to the boys who followed suit, their eyes widening when they heard themselves perform it. Karla had a wide grin on her face when she heard it unfold, her eyes meeting Calum’s who looked equally as satisfied. They still had a long way to go with empty verses that needed to be filled, but this was a small victory worth celebrating.

“Holy shit.” Ashton mumbled after hearing the small part.

“I told you she was good.”

“Didn’t tell me she was that good.” Andrew smirked at him before working to compile all the components of the chorus together. After the chorus came together, everything else in the song fell into place easily. All four boys worked on the lyrics with Karla, who made the words fall out of their mouths. They had almost the entire song written from top to bottom, the melodies and layering all in place, and they were just missing a bridge and outro.

“We could just stray away from the conventional structure” Michael suggested, but Ashton shook his head.

“No, it feels like something is missing.”

“How about…” Karla had her head in her notebook, flipping through the worn out pages of it. She often dug through the words she had written before but never used, and they would often be essential in a situation like this. Her finger ran across the page that was filled with her scrawly handwriting just a week after her breakup, and that’s when she found the exact words.

“I don't think I like me anymore. Can someone tell me who I was before? We can repeat this twice, I think it fits.” Calum writes it down on the paper that they had the lyrics on, and Luke proceeds to sing it out. Those words definitely fit. They all cheer, high-fives thrown among each other. Karla smiles softly, celebrating with the boys. They take a fifteen minute break for Andrew to record everything down, and Karla took this chance to step outside on the balcony. This was her favourite kind of view - watching the sea crash into the sand, the sun shining above the horizon and a few people laying on the beach having a good time. She thinks about all the time she’s spent at the beach in her three year relationship. How they’d spend every important date in their lives celebrating in the salty water, getting sand so far up their ass they’d shit sandcastles for days. She laughs to herself then shakes her head out of those thoughts. It’s been a whole month since that faithful day, she’s got to get over it. Just as she was about to go back inside, Calum startles her with his voice and she jumps.

“Jeezus, you couldn’t be any stealthier huh.” He chuckles, and Karla notices how his eyes crinkle.

“Sorry, didn’t mean to scare you.” She gives him her middle finger, and he stands next to her, admiring the view as well.

“What you did in there, those words were really cool y’know?”

“Thank you.” She says shyly. It’s been nearly five years since she started working as a songwriter, and she still couldn’t handle compliments well.

“Those words came from somewhere?” Karla knew where this conversation was going, but she wasn’t ready for it yet. She nods to Calum, then shrugs her shoulders. He understands and doesn’t push the boundaries.

They worked on a couple more songs before they called it a day. The boys had all agreed that Karla brought something different to the table, and pushed them to a whole new level they never knew existed. The lyrics were definitely more vulnerable and honest, and they were enjoying every single moment of it. Food and beer was strewn all over the table, the boys chatting about the next leg of the tour and what not. Karla was the first to notice that Calum wasn’t in the room with them, and she looks around only to find him on the balcony, a cigarette in his hand.

“You know, one too many of those and you could die.” It was his turn to jump, and Karla smiles at him when he dramatically raises his hand to his chest.

“I’d die of a cardiac arrest first.” She playfully shoves him, then moves to take her place on the outdoor sofa. Calum joins her and the pair stay quiet for awhile, just watching as the waves crashed harder on the sand.

“Beautiful, isn’t it?” Karla hums in response, her eyes closed as a cool breeze passes by. Calum places his hand on her knee, squeezing it slightly to get her attention. Her eyes flutter open and she looks at him, brown eyes and all, just staring at her.

“It just reminds me of my ex.” She sighs, leaning her head back on the chair.

“What does? The ocean?”

“That, and everything else. It’s like I wake up and all I can think about is how awful I feel without him by my side.” His heart scrunches up at her words. He’s finding the right response to her statement, racking his brain for the exact words. But is there a correct response to such a statement? Her voice gets him out of his head, and he’s listening intently again.

“He cheated y’know? I wasn’t in town and he fucking cheated. Had sex with a girl on our bed.”

“A fucker.” Calum seethes. He hears her chuckle and it confuses him for a moment before she speaks up, “that’s an understatement.” Karla leans on his shoulder, a soft sigh escaping her lips. She felt a sense of relief admitting this to someone other than her brother or her best friend. And it felt good to finally get her emotions out on to paper and into a song.

Calum felt his heart race at a dangerous speed when her head came into contact with his shoulders. It was unlike any other feelings that he’s had before. He finds himself being curious, wanting to get to know more of her, and so desperately wanting to feel her touch against his skin. They sit like this for a long time, the sound of the waves and soft music in the background. He leans his head onto hers, humming a soft tune every now and then.

honestly that clip was just...so cool ? i feel it’s the first time in SKAM that we really see a community like this. Like of course we have some characters with marginalized identities but it mostly revolves around them in their friend group and because of that they can end up feeling very isolated (I would have just loooooved so much to see a clip of idk Lucas at Pride or Imane at the mosque). But it feels like this season fully recognizes the importance of having a community of people who can understand you and for a French show that’s sort of groundbreaking (since they’re usually obsessed with fighting against ‘communautarism’). I feel like I’m learning so much this season and it’s so interesting.  

Of course a lot of the stories shared are pretty sad. But I feel like this subject is just soooooo important and this idea that a lot of D/deaf/HoH people are faced with misunderstandings from their loved ones and society in general feels very important to notice. Of course Arthur just had his friends accept him this morning and that’s amazing but...in practice, it probably won’t always be this simple. And Noée’s reaction, telling him that it’s not sure that his friends will always understand him...you can feel that there is real pain there and even though she comes over as a little tactless, it makes her a deeper and more interesting character. 

I feel like there is a lot of potential storylines here (and non love triangle related drama which i am sooooo for) 

- the girl talking about her father not accepting her deafness is probably foreshadowing problems with Arthur’s father

- the guy saying at some point he just decided to go over to sign language fully because hearing aids were too confusing to him : maybe Arthur will be faced with a similar choice ? Or at least he won’t be able to rely entirely on his hearing aids?

- I feel like Arthur’s friends are definitely going to try their best, but they might mess up - maybe by acting like nothing happened, which is not the case - and they will also have to learn and educate themselves. I think this would be incredible because it shows that people with disabilities/different abilities (and people who are generally different) shouldn’t be the only ones to make efforts? That it shouldn’t be adapting to the norm but more people learning to care about each other for how they are ? So it’s a reciprocal growth that happens ? I feel there was already a bit of that in previous seasons (but not enough, esp in s4) and i would loooove if it was highlighted here

- Noée obviously had bad experiences with hearing people and i think it will be interesting to learn more about that but also for her to see Arthur’s friends actually trying and maybe become her friends ??? 

- on a side note I do think that Noée and Arthur have some sort of chemistry, but I love Alexia and Arthur too so I am sort of weirdly polyshipping all of them now ugh but this whole set up is stil weeeird

- I still think a key theme this season will be Arthur coming into his own and developing his self confidence and learning to make his own choices and it would be so cool to have his hearing loss be a sort of catalyst for that because yeah, so often the narratives around disabilities are focused on the loss aspect and sadness blablabla but we are learning so much about Deaf culture and I’ve read about ‘Deaf gain’ and it could be such a cool way to illustrate that and flip the script !

They're deeper than they seem: At first I worried she was going to be entirely naive and she was in some ways but boy did she make up for it in others. Always surprising me with her insight.

didnt get enough screen time/wasted potential: Not to say I didn't enjoy what we got, but she is on my short list of characters I'd love to see return in DA4. Also I don't think I ever finished her personal storyline so that's probably why I feel like her narrative is a little truncated (tho I felt that way about a lot of DA2, probably because of the short production time).

if they were real i would be afraid of them: She's a little too free with the blood magic for my tastes. I've read Lovecraft, I know if you mess around with that stuff too much you accidentally summon an elder god!

I met Virginia, or Ginni as she is called, a few months back through some author friends. I didn’t know anything about her or her books but I was joining a group she was a part of and decided I needed to read one of her books. I picked Soulless Nights and was totally blown away. First it was a tad bit darker than I am used to but the storyline was something I had not read before and the twists were like, WOW! Any who, we began talking and I quickly decided that this chick was one of the funniest most irreverent people I’d met in a long time. She may also sleep less than me and be one of the hardest working people in the book world. Not only does she PA, Write, work a day job and she’s a mom, but she is also one of the first people to lend a hand to support others. The long and short of it, I became a fan of not only her writing but of the person behind the pen as well.

Q. First things first, if we’re meeting somewhere to conduct this interview, where would it be? (A park, bar, restaurant, your home, my home) A. Your hot tub, filled with ice… cause it’s hot as fuck where you live.

Q. What would be your drink of choice? I’m a vodka or Jameson gal myself. A. Mike’s Black Cherry Lemonade. I don’t drink often so buying a bottle would age. Not just age, my great grand kids would ask to use it for a history class artifact. (But when she does drink, bahaha. Let’s just say I have seen video!)

Q. If there’s food involved, what type would it be? A. Steak. No, boiled peanuts. And chocolate, not dark. The aftertaste is awful.

Q. Why do you write? What inspired you? A. Honestly, I wrote my first book because I spent an hour of time, that I’ll never get back, reading a book. I thought the plot was good, characters had potential but the execution was piss-poor to say it nicely. My inspiration was friends that were indie authors.

Q. Why did you start writing in the genre you chose? A. I love me a dark read. There is nothing like diving head first into a world that you want to believe doesn’t exist, with characters that couldn’t get away with their actions and twists that make you second guess humanity. I knew I belonged there – dark anything.

Q. How did becoming a published author change you or your life? A. I’ve made the best friends, traveled and have been able to share my imagination with the world. I mean, that’s kinda cool.

Q. Your books tend to lean towards the dark side (yes I’m being polite). What inspires you to write about the topics you do? A. Reality and reflection. The reality is that the world is dark. Bad things happen all of the time. Reflection on what would you do about it, if given the chance? I wrote that story.

Q. In Souless Nights you deal with the topic of Sex trafficking/slavery. Where did that idea come from? A. I couldn’t, for the life of me, figure out why he was homeless. Cardboard sign and all, begging for money, I couldn’t get him out of my mind. In short, I decided that he was a detective, searching for the love of his life that he had met 5 years earlier, while homeless. This inadvertently brought me to sex trafficking and the real existence of it. Save the girl or lose everything.

Q. What are you working on now? A. My priority is Secondary Silence, a paranormal romance. I really wanted to avoid the stigma of paranormal but a vampire was necessary. Don’t worry, no glittery facade or super speed. Lol. Like, really? Anyways… Ashley is a ghost, assigned to assist Thad (the vamp). I know it’s pnr, but I’ve graphically killed soooooo many people already, it may need to find itself in a horror genre. We shall see😉

Q. Which of your books/series was your most fun to write? A. F*CK, SH*T and M**ST Is this even a for real question? Maybe this isn’t a for real answer. Lol. They were fun to write tho. Kepler: Humanity’s Arc was another fun one. My co author kept me on my toes and the edge of my seat with every chapter. Twas fun!

Q. Is there a recurring theme that runs through your books? Why is this important to your writing? A. My female characters grow into their strengths through the story. Aspen is my only character that was a badass to begin with, a force to be reckoned with. Vindicate showcased the inner beauty of a strong woman that knew what she wanted. Vindicate was a very easy book to write.

Q. If you were interviewing your favorite character from your book what’s the one question you would like to ask them? What would the answer be? A. To Ethan from Vindicate and Expiate – Me : “Will you die already?” Him : “No.”

Q. What genre would you love to write but don’t think that you would do it justice? A. Contemporary Romance. Lol. I tried. It was painful to bang out Bound by an Echo.i love the book, readers LOVE the book. Writing a romance was exhausting. I can’t do it.

Q. What is the one thing you would like readers to know about you? A. All of my characters are a piece of myself, my friends and my fans. No character is an unknown entity, developed from pixie dust and suddenly appears. Someone in my life created a character, without knowing it.

Q. What is your writing process? Do you have scheduled times you sit down and just start writing? Or is it more like when inspiration strikes you pick up a pen or keyboard? A. Inspiration strikes. 9/10 I stare at the screen until I realize I’ve typed enough random words to make a sentence. It’s bad.

Q. Do you write longhand or do you prefer a computer? A. Always my computer. I’m lazy AF. Doing the same job twice would be the death of me.

Q. If you could only read one book for the rest of your life, what book would you pick. A. Thoughtless by SC Stephens.

Q. Can you share a fun/funny story about being a writer? Maybe an interaction with a fan or a mishap while writing? A. Eh… I fell asleep on my keyboard once. Had 48 pages of k’s. I wrote a book with Kyle Perkins. It’s about the planet, Kepler. Mind you, we have been talking about this book for a year when we started writing it in full force. Finally, one day near chapter 7 or so, he tells me, “You know the sky would be more red than blue, right?” I reply with, “Does it matter? We’re writing a book.” I was so pissed when I found out KEPLER IS A REAL PLANET! I had rules to follow. He thought it was hilarious and that I was an idiot, but still. It was pretty funny.

Q. Why did you decide to self published, instead of reaching out to traditional publishers? A. I don’t follow rules well. I kill to many people, thrust into someone too many times, blood splatter was too wide… yeah, I had a character use a (removed) cock as a paintbrush. I am not the publishers dream candidate. Maybe someday.

Q. What is the hardest part about being an author? A. Conformity. I’ll never be like everyone else. I’ve tried the things that work for others and they don’t work for me. It’s hard to be yourself in this world.

Q. Have you ever thought about giving up writing? If so why? A. Yes. Why? Sometimes you want to disappear as if your story has been told. Then, as if they were stalking you, a fan or fellow author sends that much needed message, asking for the rest of a story. That’s when I know my story is just beginning.

Q. We often hear the writers barely break even on their books. If this is true, why do it? A. It’s absolutely true. No question. Being an indie author isn’t a money making gig. It’s not a get rich fast technique and the fact that people think we have spending money from this, blows my mind. This is why indie authors are disappointed in those that don’t take the art seriously. Few of us are lucky enough to have a cover designer, editor, graphic designer, formatter and marketing on call. All of that costs a fortune. No joke. Hundreds of dollars before you buy it for $0.99. In short, we need you sell 1500 copies at $0.99 to break even at a $500 cost. Unfortunately, most indie authors sell 5-10 books in a good week. Why do I do it? I do it for me. I’m proud of accomplishing something that I had never dreamed of. I look at a finished book and think, I did this. Just as quickly I think, What’s next? It’s a vicious circle that has little monetary gain.

Q. Which of your books would you like to be real so you could live in it? And why? A. Kepler: Humanity’s Ark – wouldn’t it be cool as fuck to live on another planet that is capable of sustaining human life? I wanna see that. The world Kyle developed and created in the book sounds beautiful.

Q. I know you have a male writing partner, would you ever consider writing a M/F HEA with him? A. Kepler was written M/F. We had discussed, soon after Kepler released, possibly doing an Urban Fantasy. That might be capable of a HEA. Who knows. He’s more capable of writing it than I am. Although, he doesn’t have many HEA’s either.
