Cal vocal stimming vs Andre being annoyed but not saying anything until Cal let's out his stupid little laugh with a "Sorry." ...

They're in the car. It's quiet except for the road and whatever half-finished playlist of Cal's Andre’s got going, but Cal’s got that energy in him — that buzz he doesn’t know where to put. He’s vocal stimming again, half-humming, half-echoing some phrase under his breath like a skipping record.

Andre doesn't say anything at first. Just drums his fingers against the wheel, clenches and unclenches his jaw, shakes his head to the tune of the song. He lets it slide.

But then Cal lets out that stupid little giggle — too sudden, too loud, like he suddenly became aware of his own existence — followed by a deliberately casual: “Sorry, sorry.”

Andre doesn’t even look at him. Just throws out, deadpan, “Nah, dude, it’s alright. I wanted to hear you say that ten thousand more times, really.”

Cal smirks, bites the inside of his cheek, rolls his eyes, kicks his foot up on the dashboard. “Oh, shut up. Maybe if you had something interesting to say.”

Andre whips his head around like he’s offended. “I’m interesting! What are you talking about?”

Cal doesn’t even flinch. Just shrugs, fake-sweet: “I’m kidding, man. Relax.”

And five minutes later?

He’s right back at it. Same sound. Same laugh. Same rhythm.

Andre sighs, loud this time, but doesn’t tell him to stop. He just turns the music up a little, crinkles and rubs his nose, muttering under his breath,“I swear…”

But the corners of his mouth twitch. Just a little.

for those who were too lazy to watch through it all

initially andre wanted to play cal's character

andre's name should've been avery and cal's should've been thomas

andre says 'fuck' 39 times throughout zero day

cal wasn't meant to wear any printed shirts for the film as coccio was worried about copyright issues but did so anyway

andre keuck used to have a crush on rachel

initially ben coccio thought rachel's audition wasn't very good

calvin robertson didn't know anybody from the limo scene aside from rachel

the actors in the limo scene didn't know the kind of film they were going to be playing in

andre and cal record the collecting eggs from the basement scene inside of the same house they're about to egg

andre keuck believed that the burning swastika in the bonfire scene was out of place, disagreeing with it's inclusion

andre was obsessed with the idea of adding various easter eggs throughout the film

andre's bloody shirt from the shooting scene can be seen in the background of the pipe bomb making scene

coccio claimed for andre's strong suit to be taking was what written and delivering it as his own, and cal's strong suit to be improvisation

andre's brother chris in the film is coccio's brother in reality
