In the canon verse, I can see like PBG still dating Luna at the time and being JJD's fan, and as they got close she decides to present her gf to her. Then here can be either Luna was an ass and simply got over PBG to get with JJD, or when Luna broke up with her she ended up finding JJD not too long after the breakup and decided to get with her since "aw no more attention :("

On the Cult Leader AU, maybe Luna wanted to get some satisfaction from JJD for taking PBG, pretending to be approaching in a friendly way to attack later on, but they ended up getting together somehow and she gave up.

Luna keeps trying to kill Teivel to see if she replaces him fully (since not that many people hang out with JJD anyways) and it just. FAILS. He's full of bruises and shit, maybe Luna is also full of bruises and shit because he counterattacks, but one way or another no one dies for real. And meanwhile JJD is watching like a show.

Teivel also finds it hilarious but sometimes gets annoyed, like if he's busy eating, he groans and goes:

“Come back later dolly, the real princess here is having her royalty meal!”

I think if angel feathers was real Luna would try to secretly kill Teivel because he keeps trying to get JJD back to hanging out with him because Luna is pulling the isolation card

like I feel like Luna is using her freaky cursed doll powers to just spy on him to see what his routine is so he can just kill him without directly being there

I have decided to go back to my TumblrClan version. I have gathered my notes and compiled my ideas here. Next I'll work on the character refs

I do not have names for all the characters yet, so suggestions would be appreciated. Same goes for titles (to make them more tumblr-esque) :

Leader : Evilmariostar (a male cat who looks like Mario, but evil) (based on Evilmario666)

Deputy : Blogclaw (a dark blue female cat with a "t" shaped spot on her forehead)

Medicine cat : Blorboheart (calico female cat with heart-shaped spots)

Apprentice medicine cat : Colortheory (a white and red male cat with an obsession with positivity). He was named like this because red has mostly positive meanings.

Girlbloggers (Hunters) : Since Tumblrclan is such a large clan, girlbloggers are often put together in factions called "fandoms" (short for "faction of the kingdom"). These fandoms are composed of a minimum of two girlbloggers. However, there is no limit as of a fandom size, which means that some fandoms, such as the Homestuck fandom, can grow quite large. There is a special fandom called the Sexymen fandom. They are the elite of Tumblrclan, and only few of them are accepted in.

Hellish shopping! 

Hellmart is a standard supermarket, besides the fact that it’s in well, Hell. Charlie Gao is its newest employee, and she knows that she’s not supposed to be here, but she tried to keep her head down and plan her escape quietly. Step One of her plan - break into the supervisor’s office and find the paperwork that shows the mistake. But on the day of her first plan, she gets caught by her manager and fellow employees, and they get sucked into a journey that takes them beyond the confines of Hellmart. 

CAST:

Olivia Sui as Charlotte "Charlie" Gao Charlie is the newest hire at Hellmart. Still adjusting to her tragic (and frankly, embarrassing) death, she endures the training process at Hellmart. After some even more embarrassing attempts to escape, Charlie decides that she’ll see what Hell has to offer - though in the back of her head, she plots to leave, because she knows she’s not supposed to be here. 

Martin Short as JOHN DOE  John is a mystery. Nobody knows his real name, how he died, or even how long he’s been here - just that he’s Hellmart’s longest-tenured employee, and that he’s the supervisor at Hellmart. He’s nice, but in one of those unsettling ways where he might just stab you instead of shaking your hand. People rarely see him, and it’s rumored that you don’t want to - when employees go into his office, they don’t seem to ever come back out… 

Supervisor John chases the crew throughout the movie when he catches them all in his office, desperate to "retire" them. We find out that he knew Charlie was not supposed to be there, but covered it up.

Shah Rukh Khan as NICKY IBLIS  The janitor at Hellmart. He’s obscenely kind - to the customers, and employees alike. A great listener, but nobody knows a whole lot about him, just that he’s happy to clean up the blood and keep his head down. By the end of the movie, it’s revealed that Nicky is the Devil, who’s been bored in Hell and wanted to join in on the fun. 

Oliver Stark as HENRY ELLE  The manager at Hellmart, Henry is annoyingly chipper and always on everyone’s ass. A grunt worker who’s worked his way up to the ranks, Henry has dedicated his entire afterlife to Hellmart. Behind his chipper exterior, however, is a man who remembers where he started from, and Henry is desperate not to ever go back. 

Elizabeth Reaser as GINA TERESA FRANKLIN-OFFERMAN  Gina’s not supposed to be here. No really, she’s not. Gina was a church-going, everyday American woman. She belongs in Heaven, and she’s loud about it. 

Danielle Pinnock as HOPE ANGELFEATHER   Hope will be the first to admit the name is a little on the nose, but really, she’s supposed to be here, and she’s proud of it. Hope straight up sucks and she owns it.

Notes:

Scented candles are a commonly used prop in the movie. Charlie initially tries to burn the store down with the candles, which don’t work properly and simply leave a mild scent of lemon cleaner that disappears after 5 minutes. Charlie’s cause of death is also due to scented candles. She tried lighting one in her home and her hair caught on fire. 

The supervisor’s office is a simple small room with a locked door - a door that seems to change constantly. Only the supervisor (and later, as it turns out, Nicky) can control where the door goes. Throughout the movie, the characters continue getting lost through these doors until Nicky gets bored and snaps them back into the supervisor’s office. 

The names in the movie are mostly all puns. Gina’s initials are GTFO, as she desperately wants to leave, Hope’s name as a contradictory name, John Doe's as an unidentified body, Henry’s name tag gets shortened to H.ELLE, and Nicky’s full name are two different words for the Devil. Charlie’s name is the only one without a pun, as she’s the only one who legitimately doesn’t belong there. 

Throughout the movie, Charlie and Henry are the ones mainly getting the group to each door, and Charlie guides the group around. Charlie admits that her life was boring to her, and that she doesn’t belong in Hell, but that she doesn’t know that she did a lot in life in general to begin with. Throughout the movie, Charlie gets more and more confident with the group and by the end, she’s offered a transfer out of Hell and rejects it, instead becoming the new manager (while Henry becomes the new supervisor). 

Charlie offers Gina the new transfer instead, which Gina happily takes. In a scrolling credits epilogue, we see Judi Dench appears. Gina, who has gotten her transfer to Heaven, wakes up in a bright white room. She smiles at Judi Dench - until she notices the cheesy inspirational posters behind Judi’s character. Judi Dench’s character smiles back and tells her “Welcome to WELLMART! Let’s begin your training.” Gina says “son of a b-“ which is cut off as the credits resume playing.
