I think the only reason I never went full anti-sjw (when that was a thing) despite being a pointless, edgy contrarian was because almost every "anti-sjw" was either just racist or sexist or bigoted in some way.

So when I saw these idiots make comments about my race or religion, I kept distancing myself away from those kinds of people/posts. It was hurtful that people can be like that.

i think the most insane thing about those blogs was how some people i knew went on a deep dive to find the identities of the most popular of those blogs (traingirls-vs-trigglypuffs and etc) and figured out through interviews of them and their ex-friends that some of the biggest blogs in that era were all run by the same group of like 5 people who kindated danganronpa characters and got fascism callouts. it was like finding remnants of a drug trafficking ring within old nonsensical tumblr discourse
