turns out i am likely deficient in vitamin b12. im gonna be both very happy and very mad if it fixing that fixes my nearly constant fatigue and brainfog
#also i definitely shouldnt be bc i do eat meat regularly enough which means smth else might be going on#anyway my b12 itself was just within normal but a different blood value was high#and that value indicates b12 deficiency and apparently about 10% of people with my b12 value have a deficiency?#also if its an absorbtion issue this could explain my stomach issues!!!!!!!!! gahh im so mad none of my other doctors caught this???#man i remember reblogging a post like 'i hope a doctor finds im deficient in some rare vitamin and they give me it and im fixed'#apollos dodgeball fr#sams ramblings
