P.S. : Lol. I got this idea today like literally today and then thought of getting started but now I am kinda confused about something whether I should continue this one from buaji's POV only or I should write from all the characters' POV's. Let me know. And also ket me know ki yeh kuch samajh mein aaya bhi ki ekdum kachra kar diya hai maine. Lol :') Ok so I should have added this bit in the beginning but nvrmnd *shrugs* So I have considered double 'a' for आ sound, double 'o' for ऊ sound, double 'e' for इ sound and single 'a' is for अ sound, rest if you find any kind of confusion, please feel free to ask for help, considering this is not regular Hindi so :) Ok. Circuit error prompts Medtronic to recall 157k dual-chamber pacers
Medtronic (NYSE:MDT) is suspending distribution and selectively recalling approximately 156,957 of its Adapta, Versa and Sensia dual-chamber pacers over circuit error issues that could affect overall device functionality, according to an urgent release from the company.
The issue occurs when the devices are programmed to a dual chamber mode with atrial-sensing, the Fridley, Minn.-based company said, and can leave the device unable to provide pacing until a ventricular-sensed event is detecting.
“Once a VS is detected, normal pacing functionality is restored immediately. If a VS is not detected, the device will withhold both atrial and ventricular pacing,” Medtronic said in its release. Until a VS is detected, the company added, the device will also be unable to initiate a session with a device programmer, a CareLink remote monitor, and will not respond to a magnet.
The company said that it has received four reported occurrences of the error which occurred in two patients, both of whom experienced a pause in pacing therapy that “was clinically apparent due to this circuit error.”
“These reported events occurred in three (3) devices from a total of 156,957 devices sold worldwide. No deaths have been reported as a result of this issue,” Medtronic said in its release.
The company said it estimates that a device in a susceptible pacing mode has a 2.8% chance per month of experiencing a pacing pause of 1.5 seconds or longer.
“Risk is minimized in patients who have an escape rhythm adequate to prevent syncope during a loss of ventricular pacing, since a VS restores full device functionality. No risk of a pause due to this circuit error exists for patients programmed to a non-susceptible pacing mode,” Medtronic said.
The cause of the issue is related to a design change to an integrated circuit in a small group of devices distributed between March 10, 2017 and January 7, 2019, the company said.
Medtronic clarified that single chamber and dual chamber pacing modes that do not sense atrial activity were not susceptible to the error.
The company said that the modes susceptible to the circuit error include DDD, DDR, DDI, DDIR, VDD, ADI, ADIR, VDI, VDIR, ODO, OAO and MVP, but only when operating in DDD, DDR, DDI or DDIR mode.
Medtronic said that the modes not susceptible to the error include VVI, VVIR, DVI, DVIR, AAI, AAIR, VOO, VOOR, AOO, AOOR, DOO, DOOR, OVO, VVT and AAT.
Medtronic added that it is currently developing a software update to correct the issue, and that it hopes to have submitted the update to regulatory bodies during the second half of this year. The company added that it will notify its customers with updates as they become available.
The company provided a list of patient management recommendations to limit the vulnerability of patients with affected devices from experiencing the error. The company recommended programming devices “to a non-susceptible pacing mode as the primary mitigation for patients implanted with an affected device until the software update has been installed.”
For patients unable to change to a non-affected mode, Medtronic recommended either clinical monitoring for the issue or possible device replacement.
“The estimated per patient mortality risk due to this issue is 0.021% when programmed to a susceptible pacing mode over the estimated time until the software update becomes available. This risk is comparable to the Medtronic estimated per-patient mortality risk associated with a device replacement (0.027%),” Medtronic said in its release.
The company also advised any patients in a susceptible mode to seek immediate attention if they experience new or unexpected systems consistent with pacing issues. Other than the shift to a non-susceptible mode, Medtronic said that “no additional programming options have been identified to mitigate the issue.”
Last week, Medtronic said that it launched its MyCareLink Heart mobile application intended to connect users’ smartphone devices directly to the company’s portfolio of connected pacemakers, touting it as the first such mobile application of its kind.

Hello everyone!
Gear up Kerbonauts, engineers are required for some in situ reassembling! Stack up your inventory with parts and tools in order to prepare for any contingencies. With a reimagining of the game’s inventory system and the introduction of a new EVA construction mode, KSP is here with new content for everyone! 
Kerbal Space Program 1.11: Some Reassembly Required is the game’s latest major free update and with it, we’re adding some significant and game changing elements that give players added flexibility and a more immersive KSP experience. Pack an inventory for your missions and modify your crafts or even assemble a new vehicle on the spot with the help of your engineers, or bring an EVA Science Experiment Kit and have your Kerbals undertake fun animated experiments. In addition to some new parts, visual enhancements, and some bug-fixing, Some Reassembly Required continues to enrich the KSP experience.
Let’s go through some of the update’s highlights below:
EVA Construction Mode
This mode gives your engineers tools similar to what you find in the VAB/SPH to manipulate parts in their inventory or within their range while on EVA in any location. Need to make some adjustments to your Vallerian SSTO, or build an improvised Munar rover in situ? Now you can!

Inventory System Changes
This update expands upon the inventory system and gives it deeper meaning and functionality! These changes include the option to carry and stack various parts in your craft’s inventory and adds to the ability of Kerbals to carry an inventory of their own. All while making it easier to get access to and  manage all of the inventories on a craft. Just remember to think wisely on what you want to bring with you on a mission…

New Lights and RCSs
Some Reassembly Required adds new lights parts to the game, including some smaller, physics-less lights as well as a couple of deployable lights that work without the need for an attached craft or EC power source. And not only that, two new smaller Reaction Control Systems are being added to the part repertoire!  These smaller RCS are perfect to make your probes, drones or smaller crafts more mobile and versatile.

Joolian Moons’ Visual Improvements
With this update, we will continue with the overhauling of the rest of the Joolian satellite system with Bop, Vall and Tylo. These moons have been popular destinations for intrepid space explorers and now they will look better than ever before, with high-quality texture and graphic shaders.

Kerbal Space Program 1.7: “Room to Maneuver” is now available!

Hello everyone!
A new technology has arrived to the KSC and with it, Kerbals will only get more Room to Maneuver! We’re excited to release, Kerbal Space Program 1.7: Room to Maneuver, our newest  content-filled update that will give players new features and wide variety of improvements to help Kerbals explore farther than ever before!
This update includes two new useful navigation upgrades, the revamp of all of the small maneuvering motors, including new variants for the Twitch, Ant and Spider, as well as a brand new galaxy texture map to have our astronauts mesmerized by the beauty of the celestial vault. A great deal of bug fixes have also been packed into this update, not two mention a new 3.75 meter nose cone and a 5m one for those extra-large fuel tanks in the Making History Expansion!
Let’s go through some of this update’s highlights:
Maneuver Mode
Probably the most impactful feature within this update, the Maneuver Mode is a new navigation tool that gives you access to useful orbital information in both Flight and Map mode that will also allow you to precisely and easily adjust maneuvers nodes, all to help you fine tune your interplanetary transfers.

Altimeter mode toggle
A long-requested quality-of-life feature that will allow you to toggle the altitude mode from Above Sea Level (ASL) to Above Ground Level (AGL) by simply clicking on the new icon to the altimeter. Hopefully this will improve the KSC’s survival rates…

Part revamps
This time around, small maneuvering engines were the focus of our revamping efforts. The Ant, Twitch, Puff, Place-Anywhere 7, RV-105 Thruster Block, and Vernor Engines now look better than ever, plus the Twitch, Ant and Spider include new stunning variants. On top of that, we’ve added new tuning values on some of those engines.

Galaxy Texture Map Update
The game’s galaxy cubemap has been updated in Room to Maneuver. This environment map has been carefully crafted to reflect a nicer color palette and more defined celestial objects. With double the resolution, it will be impossible not to enjoy the view while exploring Kerbin’s star system.

Scrollable PAW
Another small quality-of-life feature we’re adding to the game is the addition of a scrollbar to the Part-Action-Window. This will keep the PAW within the bounds of the screen when they get too big, something that might come in handy for players who use mods and fill those up
