Out this week: Cereal (Ahoy Comics, $17.99):
Sugary cereal has never been scarier than when it’s in the hands of writer/satirist Mark Russell and artist Peter Snejbjerg. Their “Cereal” serial, which first appeared in the Edgar Allan Poe’s Snifter of… series of miniseries, gets collected in this new edition from Ahoy. Meet the Quaker, Beau Berrie, The Brute and the vampiric Marquis de Cocoa, as well as other horror-fied versions of your favorite cereal mascots.

Second Coming, 1 through 6, 2019 to 2020 by Writer: Mark Russell, Art: by Richard Pace. From Ahoy Comics.
Fishes and Loafs out of water story of Jesus Christ returning to Earth and having a difficult time dealing with the world as it is today.
Things are complicated due to God being very upset about what went on 2000 years ago and declaring that if he’s hurt again, this time, he will end all life on Earth.
J.C., however, finds a friend in the Earth’s only super-powered Superhero, Sunstar (basically Superman)
Lucifer also becomes involved.
Sort of a comic book cross between Good Omens and The Tick.
Containing a number of interesting events and thoughts, but at only six issues, while entertaining, I thought it kind of came to a resolution rather quickly.
Also, there is bowling.

Ishiro introducing Mark and Madison to Godzilla and Mothra in their humanoid forms.
It goes as well as anyone expected tbh.
This is an AU of mine where the majority, cause not all of them like/are able to turn into something so very very small, of Titian’s are able to shift into a humanoid version of themselves.
Godzilla was the first to show his humanoid self after the events of Hong Kong, not willingly tho, then Kong and after that was straight chaos for a few months. Monarch had lots of questions and so did the rest of the World which will be explored later on.
((Ishiro was the first to actually see Godzilla in his humanoid form when he went to detonate the nuclear bomb. He was shocked to say the least, and while he had many questions he knew he didn’t have much time. Ishiro knelt down to Godzilla, explaining to him what his intentions were, and said goodbye as he was fully ready to die to save him, except Godzilla wasn’t one who would go in debt to someone who saved him only to die right after so while in pain and disoriented he transformed back into himself and scoops Ishiro into his mouth right as the bomb exploded, saving him right on time.))
I’ll explain more of this AU and how certain events and characters changed because of it later on.
Hope u enjoy!
