just finished the two towers and I am getting such massive perelyan vibes from gimli and legolas omg

their Just Some Guy vibes are off the CHARTS they have nothing to do with the main plot no dramatic emotional journeys they're just there helping out doin their own thing having their own chill relationship

PLUS short, dramatic, really kind, often-being-teased blacksmith having good natured banter with a tall, laid back,barely-any-personality-except-when-they're-around-the-other-guy with near supernatural talent at killing people dude-
