#diary#personal#drugs tw#i woke up today and could tell everything wore off. but i still feel awful#suicidal ideation#sometimes. like now. i just feel fucking insane. i honeslty feel so out of it all the time lately. i have no clue whats happening#haha. it was like my burnout caused depression and thar caused me to lose interest in everything which cased adhd hell and depression#...in otherwords life sucks now so i bought a bunch of games *jazz hands*#arent i amazing? i know exaclty how to solve my problems. escape into fantasy! dont deal with anything!#i say that but i rly do plan to do something. but rly rn those r the only things holding me together.#hahaha. ive stiched myself together again using weed and entertainment as the thread.#...ill probably return to normal again at somepoint. it just takes a really long while when i have a mental break like this#its like. was originally caused by myself anyways. haaaah. i really do feel like im going insane.#i wonder if other ppl would be in a mental hospital by now lmao
