QOTD: What does your workspace look like? ⁠ This is a shot of my art space (when it's clean for once) it's a bit of organized chaos most of the time but it works. In addition to my work space here which is a tiny corner of my very tiny bedroom I also have an office downstairs that has all my shop related stuff like packaging, my printer, and my cricut machine along with storage for my products. I have been doing streetart for many years. I started with Dadasaheb Phalke's biggest mural in Mumbai nearby c link bridge with @startindia foundation.Then a life took a turn. For family Sacrifice, hard work, perseverance, and most importantly the risk. Mostly when i travel and paint with the local signboard painters For those who really want to learn streetart takes poor artists and teaches them some techniques. Also, while working in public, there will be some messages, some hidden stories, some changes and some great people whose inspiration will be the people of today's young generation on the road. But while doing all this, the artist creates a picture without thinking about there familyers,leaving behind all these things in their own life, time in their career. Edited by curator Howie Chen, the book gathers archival material from the group’s wide-ranging activities, which included producing exhibitions and forums to social change advocacy surrounding institutional racism, the politics of representation, Western imperialism, the AIDS crisis and violence against Asian Americans. Tracy Kostenbader is a visual and social artist who co-founded AnySquared as an artist collaborative in 2010 to develop art projects with others in rejection of an elitist view of art and institutions. Functioning on the basic premise of mutual aid and cooperation, Tracy has also helped build a unique organization and space in Chicago where people come from all over the city to participate and build projects together.

She transformed her home studio to make space for other artists where people can interact and produce art together. Tracy has been hosting AnySquared’s studio days more than a decade and mentors emerging artists to expand their ideas about how to create their work.

In AnySquared, she spearheads collaborations with a network of artists and groups and brings people together. She leads visual arts projects where participants are included in the process of designing and producing them. She creates arts programming, curates exhibitions, and nurtures others to also become arts organizers and make more challenging arts projects.

Tracy’s philosophy is rooted in collaboration. Her history of work with social justice campaigns has a profound effect on her ideas as an artist. Working together is the underpinning of AnySquared.

While producing collaborative projects, Tracy has maintained her own art practice. She explores personal and political themes with paintings, drawings, and digital images.
