So about that "journalist" Ashley Reese...
I'm so shocked she so OPENLY hates Miles. That's really unprofessional of her. And what this unreasonable hatred for? He seems to be the only unproblematic person in this circle. I don't get this.
Also can you imagine Alex's reaction to this? To be honest, sometimes I wish he had SM, because then he would have seen all this shit and would have been more cautious in choosing to whom give interviews.
Oh and the fact that Louise had a conversation with her? I'm so sure she knows about her tweets because, you know, once a stalker always a stalker. Can you imagine talking to a person who spreads this toxic shit online about your boyfriend's best friend? And taking photos with that person? I would just turn around and never talk to her again.
Oh and this
This made me laugh, because Louise is literally obsessed with Alexa and constantly cosplays her. Hell, she even had pinboards dedicated to "the one and only Alexa Chung" and had pins of Alex and Alexa's pictures. Louise is veeeery loud about Alexa stuff.
What can I say? Another leach and toxic person in this circle. A journalist? I think it would be more correct to call her another obsessive fan.
You guys are very welcome to share your lovely opinions on the said woman.

if any of you are still feeling weird about that infamous interview, here is what alex said about it (and why that ashley girl doesn't like him). i really want to point out that what alex says here is the exact same thing us, miles fans have been saying since forever. so, if you are a fan of alex, but throw shit at miles, just remember that your favourite also supports him. and maybe think twice before starting arguments with miles fans and keep in mind that alex has the same opinion about it all.
Alongside Arctic Monkeys, Turner has a long-term side-project called The Last Shadow Puppets with his best friend, the Birkenhead singer-songwriter Miles Kane. During the promotion for their last album, the two did an interview with a female journalist from the music webzine Spin. Turner was being his usual unforthcoming self, so Kane attempted to break the ice with some groan-inducing banter. This included inviting the journalist up to his hotel room when she asked what he was doing after the interview, which, in hindsight, was pretty stupid (he realised as much the next day and emailed her to say sorry). The result, though, was a lengthy op-ed calling out Kane’s unprofessionalism and the misogyny of the music industry at large. Personally, I found some of her complaints against him a tad flimsy — holding eye contact for too long, high-fiving her, “yanking” her in “for a not entirely consensual kiss on the cheek” as she said goodbye, and not least the idea that interviewing a rock star is ever supposed to be an exercise in professionalism.
What did Turner make of it all?
He sighs. “I think he made a joke he shouldn’t have made and realised he had misjudged the situation.”
I thought it was a bit OTT, I tell him.
“Yeah, I’m not sure it was deserving of that response honestly, but you just can’t make a joke like that.”

Posting a excerpt from my Mass Effect project featuring Kaidan Alenko and Kori Reese (my OC). This story will chronicle their relationship through the entire trilogy. While similar in theme and characterization to my original story 'Broken Road', this one will deal with an alternate take on what happened between them during the Mass Effect games.
This section is set during the Luna VI mission in Mass Effect 1 and features Commander Shepard's horrible driving skills and the crew's (specifically Kori's) reactions to it.
~ ~ ~
“Damn it, Shepard! I didn’t decide to stay on the Normandy just so I could be killed by our own defenses!” Reese exclaimed as the Mako sailed through the air once more as the Commander narrowly avoided another missile from the testing grounds’ defense turrets.
Shepard huffed as he parked the Mako behind a hill just beyond the range of the auto-defenses. He turned behind him as they waited for the shields to regenerate. “I suppose you wanna drive then?”
“As a matter of fact, I do,” she snapped. “My score on the certification test you made everyone take is damn near perfect. Yours? Not so much.”
“Near perfect?” he echoed as Williams and Alenko watched the exchange in muted amusement. “So, you missed something?”
“Yeah,” she quipped. “I can’t parallel park it.”
“Oh, for crying out loud, Reese,” the Commander groaned as he moved out of the driver’s seat. “Get your ass up here and show us how to really drive the Mako.”
“Yes, sir,” the L3 replied cheerfully as she scrambled into the seat.
“Oh, thank god,” the Canadian marine mumbled as Shepard shot him a look.
“What was that, Lt.?”
“Oh, nothing,” Alenko said quickly unable to hide the grin on his face.
Ashley chuckled as she said, “The shields are back to full strength. We can give if another go. Maybe without actually damaging the Mako this time.”
“Hey, that can be fixed and its not that bad,” Shepard protested.
“You aren’t the one who has to fix it,” Reese muttered as she kicked the tank into gear and swung around for another approach. “This thing has thrusters and boosters that can work in tandem if you know what you’re doing, Commander. It will keep it from being hit.”
“That’s all fine and well for sims, Lt., but this is a live fire situation,” Shepard pointed out.
“Yep, and this is where this particular Mako was tested, sir.”
“You’re shitting me.”
“It’s an experimental Mako, sir, designed to go specifically with the Normandy,” she explained as she drove up the hill towards the nearest bunker. “And no, I am not shitting you. It can take a hit, yes. But it doesn’t have to. It’s maneuverable enough not to.”
“Only if you’re some sort of genius,” Shepard muttered.
Reese grinned. “Thanks, Commander.”
“Thanks for what?”
“This situation is one I programmed for the Mako to undergo testing for,” she said. “I made it out without so much as a scratch.”
“Wait! You tested it?”
“Yup.”
“You could have said that earlier.”
“I wanted to see your fantastic driving skills for myself.”
“That’s sarcasm. I know sarcasm when I hear it, Lt.”
“Good to know, sir.”
“Turret defenses destroyed,” Ash called out.
Shepard growled. “You still—”
“Just one cannon left,” Alenko called out.
“Seriously?” Shepard said. “How—”
“I’m not driving like a madman.”
“We are being shot at.”
“So?”
“The Mako can take it!”
“But it doesn’t have to,” Reese noted. “Work smarter, not harder, sir.”
“Last turret destroyed,” Williams said happily.
“See, sir?”
“So, help me, Reese, if you ‘sir’ me one more time—”
“Uh, shouldn’t we be focusing on the VI now? We need to disable the cores in each bunker,” Alenko interjected.
Shepard shot the ops officer a look as he said, “Suit up. We’re going outside. Head to the nearest bunker.”
“Sure thing…Shepard.”
