calling all Scandinavian Hetalians~

I need help with my scandinavian names

I have som Ideas for names, but I want to run it through first. so Denmark I know (since I myself is Danish)

Denmark: Esben Ørnskjold Anderesen

Sweden: Berwald Oxenstierna (is Oxenstierna too rare, heart it was a noble name in sweden)

Norway : Lucas Falk (I changed his last name)

Iceland: Emil Gunnarsson (Since my research Steilsson doesn't show up for me as a valied Icelandic Surname... but Am I doing that worng? to my knowledge Icelandic surnames ends in -son for men and -dottir for females) Finland: Vieno Vainamoinen( called Tino by the rest. I am so unsure on Finland, since I don't understand Finnish at all and don't have anyone to help me understand. I just know Tino, might be Italian.)

Faroe Islands: Kasper Tórgarð (Kasper is mostly Danish I know)

Hey Denmark! I heard you're a beast when it comes to drinking... So, on a wild night out, which of your friends can keep up with you?

It depents on what we are drinking first of all. IF it's only beer France will cub out from the start.

with mix Alcohol nobody of my curred friends can take me. but there were a time in the past where even I had to go down fighting against Russia.

it's about 50/50 with Germany, depence when Octoberfest was last.

did Iceland cry a lot when everyone else left?

Like I said earlier. I don't think I have seen him Cry since he was around six or something.

But I think we all were affected by it.

in the end even I don't like crying infront of others.

((I believe that Iceland has severe anxiety because he is so use to people leaving him through his life. But he doesn't show it. he has be told all his life that crying solves nothing))

That is a though one...

I'm finally getting better and even thought it still hurt a bit. But at least I can draw now 😀

Den, what you think about disney's adaptation of the snow queen? ❄️

He loves both.. but in the endthe snow queen it probably what he would chose if he had to.

have you ever seen sweden cry? and if you have; what was the reason?

I have seen him cry when we where children...

but the last time I saw him show me emotion, he was pissed....

(for reference he is talking about the Stockholm bloodbath... which is were the Danish king ordered all the Swedish nobility dead to stop a revolution in 1520....)

denmark, you have spent a pretty big portion of your life with living with both norway and Iceland, was there any conflicts or fights between them while living under your roof?

He likes to forget hard times, so that he can remember the good.

He thinks Norway has a very good sense of what is best for himself, and even if he DIDN'T LIKE THE GUY Norway was dating, he would probably just talk 5o Norway about it..

denmark; what is your favorite h.c. Andersen fairytale and why? 📚✨

It's an amazing fairytale, it's about not judge a book by it's cover and a far you are willing to good with you greet. The princess that has everything, ends up with nothing because she is shallow, and rather kiss a pigs boy for toys, then marry a poor prince. Other fairytales I really love is "Elverhøj, de vildre svaner, Den lille Idas blomster and of course Den lille pige med svovlstikkerne"

he made so many, that it's hard to pick one. (mun's favorite is "Den Lille Idas blomster"

well....

I was going to work on asks today... already made some of the answers in Draft without pictures... but Then *dun dun dun* I fell down stairs yesterday, spend the afternoon at the hospital. I'm okay... just a sprained an ankle.. which is annyoing. but of course I also sprained my right shoulder.. which is my dominate hand. so I'm going to try, but not sure I can draw, since I can't lift my arm very well....

what do you think about sweden calling you "little brother"?

Denmark was founded way before Sweden. It just went under the name Dans mark, which means Dan's field.

((I would think they call us their little bother is a size thing, but I have never heard it before))

Long live king Frederik 10th!

(It's been a day infront of the television for me and my family, it is truely day of change in denmark! But I am hopeful for the future. Our new king is going to do just fine)
