Me personally m kinda weird about it I think so I think I miiiight can make a list. Everything that helps me regress are things from my childhood and aren’t inherently like, kiddie things, so heads up? I guess? But it also just kinda depends on like where I’m at in my head that day

- listening to 70’s/southern rock

- playing music but use a fender instead of a gibson or anythin that doesn’t have an s body

- any cartoon from the 80’s!! also Grease, Land of the Lost, scooby doo, n monster high movies

- carrying around one of my stuffies

- those Halloween Oreos with the orange filling (or any Halloween candy really)

- any retro candy but razzles n astropops!!!

- I like to swing a lot at the playground so I have a sensory swing in my room that I swing in

- coloring

- Barbie!! I lovveee vintage Barbie so much!

- video games but especially skylanders or animal crossing

- i like to skate >:)

- cg helps! tho I suck at listening in general if I’m regressed it’s just like opposite of normal for me
