Flawless and natural looking make up with @becoyote Make up. Today i played around with mixing the Loose mineral foundation with the Liquid Magic to make a liquid foundation. The Liquid magic is a blend of nourishing oils and essential oils that you can use on your skin, nails and hair or add a few drops to the mineral foundation to make a liquid foundation. It mixed really well and gave a deeper coverage on my skin. Used on top of the mineral primer my make was long lasting, smooth and flawless. Very happy with the results. I must say i am obsessed with the primer as it gives baby smooth skin and really makes the make up hold on your face. . I’ve noticed these changes particularly under my eyes and on my cheeks where I apply concealer and foundation. Well my lips have been totally kissable lately with this range from @burmesedreamau . The long lasting Matte lipsticks have been giving me so much joy. With the super saturated colour, velvety & kiss proof finish while being long wearing. They glide on super easy like a lip gloss and dry to matte without leaving lips dry or tacky. I have loved how my lips feel wearing these & so happy I don’t need to keep checking my lipstick. . Next I tried the Lip nourishing oils in Gold Digger & Babe. These are a luxurious oil on a Almond oil base giving your lips maximum moisture and leaving them soft and hydrated. The gold digger gives that beautiful sparkle to your lips while the Babe gives that plush juiciness. These will be serving me well this winter as i do suffer from dry lips. I love how they make my lips stand out without lipstick. . I also tried out the Game Changer make up remover pads, these worked wonderful and were super soft on my face. A great switch from disposal make up pads. . Totally wrapped with this Australian range and definitely want to try more colors. Overpriced and Over It.

At the moment there is only one drugstore brand i'm loving, and that's Rimmel. Besides the fact that Rimmel have been releasing great products recently (most of which have been raved about online) i personally believe they are one of the only decently priced drugstore makeup brands in Australia. 

Although Maybelline, Covergirl and L'oreal have similar prices i do think that they are overpriced but i must admit they're all very cheap compared to the big high end brands. I was especially surprised at how expensive Maybelline lipsticks were the other day at the chemist, which is so disappointing because i really love their new range of Colour Senational Vivid Lipsticks. 

But i have saved the worst for last and i'm not happy to admit that the most overpriced drugstore makeup brand in Australia is Revlon. I think people would agree that it is ridiculous. I think Revlon is a fantastic brand and i do believe they produce great products but the price is shocking. I've been so anxious to try Revlon Colourstay Foundation, any beauty addict would know how much it is RAVED about online and it has made me really excited to try the product. But, to my disappointment, Revlon Colourstay Foundation ranges from $30 - $40. That is a price i am not willing to pay, half the hype about the foundation is its incredible quality for an incredible price. Here in Australia there is nothing incredible about the price, I have started to walk past the Revlon stand at the stores. 

One Revlon product i really love at the moment are their Colourburst Lipbutters (i'm waiting for Maybelline Whispers to hit the shelves, super excited!!) I've been using them to death in the past month but they're $18 + ! I was lucky to buy them on sale for buy one get one free. Overall i think Revlons prices are very disappointing and i truly believe that if they reduced their prices that their sales would increase. There are so many Revlon products that i'm dying to try but they are just not in my price range and i'd much rather settle on a cheaper alternative. 

Anyways, sorry about my little rant but that is what i'm absolutely tired of at the moment - OVERPRICED DRUGSTORE MAKEUP!!
