I, J’ferrhin Nunh - merchant and official citizen of Ul’dah hereby write to the overseeing Flames a document of witness and victimization.

Idle occupation of the Quicksand quickly hailed demonstration of brute strength and terrorism through a man named Jean. I am not aware of his last name. He is a Hyur of orange hair, lacking an eye, and enjoys wielding swords at my spine when I am clearly unarmed. He came to myself and my brother J’serin under the suspicion of us harming his husband, Qa. An Au Ra cannibal that sells meat on the market and partakes of drugs, drugs that I have previously banned from my business when it was brought to my attention that my younger sibling, J’serin, was dealing in the Pearl Lane. You may ask bystanders of this claim, the lizard clearly demonstrates no subtle mannerism.

I was accosted, as was my brother, by Jean. Another man intervened, I do not have his name, who defended us and disarmed a spineless creature by the name of Azrat, a Miqo’te, who intervened on behalf of Jean. I’m afraid I don’t know how they know each other.

The backing information of the reason why Jean attacked us is because he assumed to be upset about his husband who has suffered injuries upon previously igniting my ire. I will not sugar coat this for documentation. He kidnapped my brother, and while I could have come to the Flames for aid, Qa contacted me directly through a linkpearl and  told me I had little time to act.

I could not waste time. We were limited.

Emotions got the better of me, as it would with anyone who has their only family taken from them.

You may seek reprimand, and I am willing to pay a fine.

Please find this document to be of honest and wholesome fact. I will be willing to provide further information if required. I do not request anything other than an unbiased viewpoint.

The call out post over Azrat is WELL beyond overdue, and seeing “prominent” people attaching their commentary to call out this particular abuser is the most hypocritical and laughable shit I’ve seen. He’s been doing this for years? He did this to me with other people from a particular FC? And no one listened cause I wasn’t “popular” or in a “prestigious” RP FC, so if and when I said anything, it would be me, a random player, making “drama and being toxic”; because speaking out on Balmung is against the status quo. Y’all can shove it. I’m glad, In retrospec, that he and his fuckboy friends got my account banned so that I had a real reason to never be on that shithole server again. I was trying to track down your fic the Dark Prince and came across your post saying that you would be taking it down :( Would it still be alright to request the sketch/ending that you mentioned? For some reason I've thinking about that story a lot and would love to know what you had planned to finish the story. Its been so long but I still remember how it struck a cord with me!

Hi! Man, talk about a blast from the past. Don’t take this the wrong way, I’m not offended or anything, but I’m kinda embarrassed that THAT’S the story that struck a chord with you, haha. (Sorry, I really...uh, don’t have positive feelings about it anymore).

The actual ending sketch is located on another computer that I don’t have access to anymore, so I don’t remember most of the details. What I believe happens after the point I deleted the story is this: Okay, so Ranir just saved Azrat from a falling chandelier and now he’s imprisoned. Azrat teams up with Lekkou and Bellweather to rescue him. Lost and Malashka and the others may still be hanging around too, but IDK why on earth they’d agree to help. Ranir gets rescued, but Irion is pissed and attacks Ranir with lethal magic.

Ranir is alive, but just barely. Bellwether convinces everyone to go to the land of the fae because they have magic/technology (forget which) that can save Ranir’s life. So field trip to another land, yay. I have no idea why all these people are still hanging out together and not wanting to kill each other, but I forgot a lot, sorry. Um, so the Queen of the Fae, Starlight (do you remember her?)  saves Ranir’s life, and Ranir explores the land of the fae for a while. And also becomes BFFs with Starlight.

But Lost still wants to kill him, don’t know why he didn’t do it earlier. Lost attacks Ranir and the rest gets really blurry at this point...I don’t think I ever had a clear idea how the story was actually going to end. All I knew was a few things were going to happen: Lost uses some dark magic to trap Ranir in another dimension or something, Lekkou and Malashka have a knife fight, Lekkou finally confesses that yeah he likes Ranir, and Bellwether is the one who actually saves Ranir by sacrificing his life. But not after sharing a first (and only) kiss with Ranir. I think I actually always shipped Bellwether/Ranir more than Lekkou/Ranir even though all my readers felt the opposite.

Anyway, he dies, maybe Lost dies, I don’t know, who the hell knows what happens to Azrat and his crew, and Ranir makes Lekkou his consort and they live happily ever after.

If I ever dig up the actual file, I may be able to find more details, but like I said I don’t think I ever mapped it out too well. Hope this manages to bring you some closure, though. And sorry for my snarky tone but I just can’t take that story seriously anymore. =/

Obaidullah Barekzai, a politician from southern Uruzgan province, said the attack by the Islamic State group and other similar assaults, especially in the capital, are very concerning.
