“And he only blushed a little this time,” Lance teases, which only serves to make Keith blush again while rolling his eyes. He slings his arm around Keith’s shoulders and grins. “I’m so proud.” 

The effect is instantaneous. Keith immediately leans into the touch and presses against his side, his elbow now resting on top of Lance’s knee, even as he grumbles something about “boyfriends” and “embarrassing.” Lance can’t be sure, because by then his brain has already stopped working.

Last night I read "we'll get there" and it had me teary... I love how you write their dynamic, how reserved keith is because of his past and how careful shiro is around him but eventually gets his trust. That's all I want for keith, someone caring who gives him love, and shiro is the perfect brother, so thank you for that 💛 I also read some of your short klance fics and I have to say, I love the scenes you create and how you write them!

ahhh wowowow thank you so much! “we’ll get there” has honestly been one of my favorite fics to write ever, i’ve been on board with broganes ever since i watched the first episode of vld and this was super fulfilling for me :’) also just ahhh thank you! it feels like i’ve been following you forever and i’ve always admired your art so much so this has made my day
