Sabe, não sei muito bem no que estou pensando ultimamente. Sei que quero fazer muitas coisas. Ter muitas coisas. Ser muitas coisas. Não quero ser definida por um cargo na empresa. Não quero ter que criar uma persona, fazer pose e coisa e tal só pra parecer aceita.

Semana passada fui ao evento da empresa e me senti a pessoa mais deslocada desse mundo. Não sei ser esse "lobo de Wall Street" das vendas e sinto que é isso que as pessoas esperam quando você diz que trabalha com vendas.
Enfim... Eu sei ser educada e gentil, mas não sei empurrar algo que as pessoas claramente não precisam. Eu sei que meu chefe acredita muito em venda consultiva, mas quando eu consulto o cliente e percebo que ele não precisa da gente agora, sei que ele vai dizer pra eu “contornar objeções”. E aí... parece que estou enfiando algo goela abaixo. Chega de venda forçada. Chega!
É difícil ser vendedora. Você lida com gente que precisa do seu produto, mas tem o concorrente, e o cliente quer o preço mais baixo. Começa aquele papo de "fulano de tal faz mais barato", e eu já penso: "Que pena que não conseguimos atender suas expectativas. Vendemos valor e qualidade, não preço. Se o outro atendeu melhor, fico feliz que você achou a solução que precisava. Tá duro? Dorme." — Eu respondo isso mentalmente, claro! Mas dá vontade de mandar a real.
Porque, olha... tem muita gente folgada no B2B! É tanta burocracia: falar com o decisor, esperar aprovação do financeiro... Etcétera, etcétera. Já vendi para B2C, e sinto que os clientes são mais receptivos, até mais rudes às vezes, mas o ciclo de vendas é pá-pum. Piscou, vendeu. Só que, óbvio, a comissão no B2C nem se compara com o B2B. Tudo tem seus prós e contras.
Mas, no fim, eu gosto. Gosto do dia a dia com os dois tipos de clientes. Gosto de conversar, de entender, de seguir processos. Gosto de me relacionar de forma gentil. Meu perfil é consultivo, isso é fato.
O que pega às vezes é aquela leve sensação de auto sabotagem... Como se eu não fosse boa o bastante pra falar com os "tubarões" do mundo de tecnologia. Mas tudo é questão de tempo. Quando comecei, eu tremia só de discar um número. Hoje, entro tranquila em reuniões corporativas e guio as conversas.
É um trabalho agitado. Muito café, planilhas e e-mails. O LinkedIn? Usado até a última gota. E que bom! Que bom que tenho esse trabalho que sustenta a vida de herdeira da minha Laika.
Que bom que a vida tem sido generosa comigo. Que bom que me ensina, nos detalhes, a ser paciente e tranquila. Porque a natureza não dá saltos. Tudo vem no seu tempo e conforme a vontade de Deus.
