feeling Extra Supremely nauseous today, for an identifiable number of interconnected reasons. was it the iced coffee that I drink most mornings but for some reason was bad today. was it the adhd medicine that I don't normally wake up early enough to take. was it waking up too early. was it emptying the dishwasher too fast. was it walking. was it eating. was it laying down. was it not eating. I'll never know.

Medical grade shock comes for us all. And by medical grade shock, I mean disassociation. Or demonic possession. Same thing? Same thing.

it was scary though because the first scan showed her ovary was seriously huge and they told her she had this like massive tumor but it ended up being mostly fluid filled. by the second scan though it had doubled in size which is crazy because it was not that many days apart!! and the first time already was huge enough for her to feel a mass. but the first doctor and nurse she saw (both men 😑) dismissed her when she went in concerned about her like sudden severe back pain she's had for weeks that gets worse at night and the doctor was like "well I don't feel anything :/? wrong place for a hernia so idk I guess that means it's nothing then. maybe it's a uti." and the nurse literally fcking told her on the way out "maybe it's because your purse is heavy" maybe men shouldn't be nurses or doctors or anything at all

I very recently realized something about my body that might be the root cause of my persistent back pain AND the reason why I get full so fast when I eat. it's bone structure/posture related and can be fixed??? it's blowing my mind that none of the doctors/physiotherapists I begged for help in the past 5+ years ever spotted it even tho it's. quite visible

Hello my darling bluebell, how is Mama's girl? Would you like to come cuddle with Mama? My poor baby has been through a lot this week. Would you like some milk, my sweet? We can cuddle on the couch as long as you want, and Mama will get the big blanket out. How does that sound baby?
-xxx🧶
I'm still not doing fine. :')
Yes, please, it sounds nice. at least I'm not nauseous anymore, I did start coughing though. :(( And I get random cramps, so the big blanket and cuddling would be absolutely wonderful.

Release back pain
Exercise can be helpful in relieving and preventing lower back pain. Here are some exercises that can be beneficial:
Pelvic tilt: Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the ground. Tighten your abdominal muscles and press your lower back into the ground. Hold for 5 seconds and release.
Knee-to-chest stretch: Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the ground. Bring one knee up to your chest and hold for 15-30 seconds. Repeat with the other leg.
Bird dog: Start on your hands and knees. Lift your right arm and left leg straight out, keeping your back straight. Hold for a few seconds and then switch sides.
Bridge: Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the ground. Lift your hips up toward the ceiling, squeezing your glutes. Hold for a few seconds and then lower back down.
Cat-cow stretch: Start on your hands and knees. Arch your back up like a cat and then lower it down like a cow. Repeat several times.
Cobra pose: Lie on your stomach with your hands under your shoulders. Press up through your hands, lifting your chest and arching your back. Hold for a few seconds and then lower back down.
Child's pose: Kneel on the ground and stretch your arms forward, lowering your forehead to the mat. Hold for several seconds.
Remember to start slowly and gradually increase the intensity and duration of your exercises. If you experience pain or discomfort during any exercise, stop and consult with a medical professional.
