This Bacon Ranch Potato Salad is a creamy and savory side dish that's perfect for picnics, barbecues, or any meal. The combination of crispy bacon, tangy ranch dressing, and tender red potatoes makes it a crowd-pleaser.

Ingredients: 4 cups red potatoes, diced. 1/2 cup ranch dressing. 1/2 cup sour cream. 1 cup crispy bacon bits. 1/2 cup chopped green onions. 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese. Salt and pepper to taste.

Instructions: Red potatoes should be boiled in salted water for 10 to 12 minutes, or until they are soft enough to pierce with a fork. Take the potatoes out of the water and let them cool a bit. Put the ranch dressing and sour cream in a large bowl and mix them together. Put the cooled potatoes, little bits of crispy bacon, chopped green onions, and shreds of cheddar cheese into the bowl. Spread the dressing over everything and toss it together until it's well covered. Add salt and pepper to the salad as needed. Put it in the fridge for at least an hour before you serve it so the flavors can mix. If you want, you can serve it cold and top it with extra bacon bits, green onions, and cheddar cheese.
