स्टेबिलिटी बॉल एक्सरसाइज से आप सोच रहे होंगे की मैंने क्या बोल दिया और आप को नाम से उतना समझ नहीं आ रहे होगा। लेकिन जब भी आप कोई अभिनेत्री को एक बॉल के इर्द -गिर्द कसरत करते देखते है जब वो कोई फिटनेस वीडियो शेयर करती है तो आप के मन में ये ख्याल जरूर आता होगा की ये गेंद सी चीज क्या है और इसपे ये क्या कर रही है।इसे ही स्टेबिलिटी बॉल एक्सरसाइज कहते है। कहते तो है की ये बहुत ही उपयोगी है।आजकल के दौर में जिम इतने अत्याधुनिक हो चुके है की उनके ज्यादा से ज्यादा सामान नहीं रहे ऐसा हो ही नहीं सकता। लेकिन उसी तरह इन जिमो की फीस भी है।
आप जिम जाते हो तो देखते हो की कई उपकरण लगे होते है लेकिन कुछ उपकरण के यहाँ तो काफी भीड़ होती है और कुछ उपकरण तो धूल फाख्ते रहते है। लेकिन कभी -कभी ऐसा होता है की हम कोई महत्वपूर्ण उपकरण भी प्रयोग नहीं करते है। आप को कभी -कभी एक बड़े अकार का गेंद दीखता होगा। लेकिन लोग उसे कम ही यूज़ करते है जबकि वो बहुत ही उपयोगी है।उसकी उपयोगिता से आज हम आपको अवगत कराते है।
स्टेबिलिटी बॉल खोज किसने की थी -
स्टेबिलिटी बॉल से कोर की मांसपेशियों को मजबूती दी जा सकती है। शरीर के निचले हिस्से की मांसपेशियों को भी शक्ति दे सकती है। शारीरिक संतुलन बनाये रखने के लिए ये बहुत ही मददगार होता है। जैसे को�� भी व्यक्ति जो ज्यादा समय कंप्यूटर पे बिताता है उसके लिए इसपे एक्सरसाइज करना रामबाण से कम नहीं है।स्टेबिलिटी बॉल को इटली में सबसे पहले एक टॉय (खिलौना ) बनाने वाले शख्स ने बनाया ये 1963  में बना था और जिन्होंने इसे बनाया था उनका नाम -अक्विलिनो कोसानी था। शुरू में इसका खेल के दूसरे भागों में इसका प्रयोग किया जाता था। लेकिन बाद में इसने फिटनेस सेंटरों में अपनी जगह बनाई।ये  एक व्यायाम गेंद, जिसे योग गेंद के रूप में भी जाना जाता है, लगभग 35 से 85 सेंटीमीटर के व्यास के साथ नरम लोचदार से निर्मित एक गेंद है और हवा से भर जाती है। हवा के दबाव को एक वाल्व स्टेम को हटाने और या तो हवा के साथ भरने या दिया जाता है।
बॉल से क्या -क्या है फायदे -
कोर मासपेशियों को शक्ति -
ये बॉल अस्थिर प्रकृति की होती है क्योकि इसमें हवा भरी रहती है। इसलिए एक्सरसाइज करते समय इसे किसी भी दिशा में घूमने से रोकने के लिए आपको अपने कोर मांसपेशियों का प्रयोग करना पड़ता है जिससे वो अधिक इस्तेमाल से उन्��ें शक्ति मिलती है।
संतुलन -
स्टेबिलिटी बॉल पर टिके रहने के लिए आपको संतुलित होना भी जरुरी है। इसका प्रयोग करने में ये जरुरी है की आपके शरीर के दोनों हिस्से सामान रूप से काम करे। ये आपके शरीर में संतुलन और समनवे स्थापित करता है।
