Hi!

This file isn't super optimised because it wasn't intended for release, but if you know your way around Smart Objects and Layer Masks, you should be alright.

If changing the "pinned post" text, please note that the dropped outline effect is a separate text layer and both layers will need to be edited to match. And if your URL/inner text is longer than 10 characters, reducing the letter spacing will be easier than editing the layer mask.

The font used is Lemon Milk.
