I made an UnVale account. It's not what I expected
UnVale is relatively new, and they sure are having a huge campaing to promote themselves recently, at least on youtube. A lot of the artist I follow there have been promoting them.

It's basically like Toyhouse or other sites to upload your characters, and it's advertised as such. But better and easier! (I'll get back to this later). It is completely free to use, and the only charges they say they will make will be on transactions made on the platform.
Creating an account is pretty easy, they just ask for usename, email and password. But oh boy, did that password give me trouble. Kept saying it needed a "special character". It took me a while to find out what was going on, because I did have special characters in there. Turns out that it doesn't consider dashes as special characters. Don't know why, it's just weird.
How is UnVale different from other character websites? UnVale is the best OC site if you're looking for a simple, easy-to-use platform. We think other sites already do a great job at in-depth customization of character profiles, so that's not what we're going after. We want you to be able to focus on creating OCs, not figuring out HTML and CSS.
Oh, it's sure is simple to use. It's really straightforward to learn, no need to figure out anything, everything is on a button in front of you. Which I agree, it's nice not to have to do a dark ritual to find where or how stuff is or works. But it also means there is absolutely no customization. There are designated places where you can add images to make it look more like you, and you can change the background color for the characters' pages. And that is all. You can't change the general color theme, nor do fancy stuff on your characters pages like adding links.
Everything is completely public. There are absolutely no privacy settings. Everyone, wether they are logged in or not, can see every user profile, every character, every world and every image.

Absolutely nothing about privacy settings. None. Nothing. Nada. Characters, images nor worlds can be hidden, only fully deleted. Likes or favorites and comments also can't be hidden or dissabled.
How will UnVale help to protect my OCs? We take reports of art theft very seriously, and any accounts caught stealing OC art will be closed. If you suspect someone is using stolen art on their profile, please submit a Support Ticket. Outside of this, our team is brainstorming ways to keep OCs protected and is open to community feedback or suggestions.
This doesn't reassure me at all. What do you mean the only measure against theft is closing accounts? That doesn't block their access from your art and characters.
The shop, transfers, and overall marketing yourself are really highlighted. That combined with that everything has to be public makes me belive that it's not a character library for yourself and friends, but a marketplace to display your characters adopts and commissions and get bussiness and connections. Nothing wrong with that, by the way. It just wasn't what I was expecting from what I had seen and heard. There are probably a lot of people who will find it really helpful and useful. But it's not for me.
I won't be using it for now. Maybe is the future I change my mind, or they change or add features for privacy, but I don't see any reason to use it right now. It has tons of stuff I don't want, and almost none that I like or want.

hey i saw your cane post, and have some input! disclaimer - i don’t have one yet but i have a plan and think it’s a good one, and figured i’d share, because i have genuinely been thinking about this for nearly 2 years now (i just haven’t gotten around to it because i didn’t know where to get a decent one at a reasonable price until like…last week, then heatwave, and also for a while i considered getting crutches instead or just getting a wheelchair cos i could also do with one of them) (but same logic for making both of those look cool)
all the cane users i’ve seen who make the cane look cool have a cool-looking cane. like it’s a fun colour or has a cool design on it or has a cool handle.
so i am gonna paint mine (when i finally get around to braving the massive shop that sells every household good ever and also canes and furniture for some reason). i haven’t 100% decided on a design yet (i have some ideas tho), this also will work well for me because my outfits don’t get too different from each other. i almost always wear all black and have a total of 3 vibes i cycle between (and often mix together), so i can get away with just the 1 and it should match basically every outfit i could make with my wardrobe. so any design i do settle on will probably work for all my outfits.
if your outfits are more varied than mine - maybe invest in multiple that match each vibe? this is easier if you can get decent cheap ones, and also might be important if you don’t get an adjustable one but wear shoes with a variety of heights (my tallest heels are like 4 inches and my flattest shoes are converse. my default shoes have a platform and my default boots have an even bigger one. i need an adjustable one or like 5 different canes to cover all my shoes)
charity shops and second hand marketplaces might also have some cool looking ones if you’re on a budget, but online might be harder to figure out the height you’d need if you don’t already know that, or you have the same shoe problem as me
TL;DR people have cool designs on canes so i’m gonna be a little acrylic paint gremlin and make it have a cool design, and maybe get extra fancy and use clay to make the handle cooler as well
I have about two vibes and two color schemes. It's either... probably punk but I feel like it Doesn't Count, with an inordinate amount of chains and/or a necktie in my belt loops, or moderately formal with a button up and a waistcoat (suit vest) and the like. Unfortunately these are different enough that I'm not sure a design that'd match them both, but since the color scheme is black and purple or black and red, black cane w/ silver accents would probably be fine. I've got a solid black adjustable cane right now, just need to have an Idea. I like the clay thing, as long as it'd still be comfortable to hold

In 2021, Anyone Can Make $ Playing Video Games!

I grew up playing games like Risk, Monopoly, a little Chess... and still remember buying my first computer somewhere around 1986 solely to play a computer game on. It was an Apple IIc, and that first game was some type of Pirate Adventure. I wish I remembered the name. It wasn’t all that good, but still, I was hooked!
Since that first adventure, I’ve spent thousands of hours as well as dollars playing just about every type of digital game that has followed! PC games, Atari, Wii, mobile games... you name it, I play it! I’d always generalize the cost (to myself at least) thinking “some guys play golf 3 days a week at $100 a round... I play computer games”.
That’s my story, and I’m sticking to it! However, the story has changed...
“Pay to Play” has become “Play to Earn”!
If you would be to search terms like “crypto games”, “blockchain games”, “make money playing video games”, and others, you’d find some really incredible statements. Today, quotes like the ones below are becoming more and more common!
“I made $400 last week playing a computer game” “I just sold my RPG character for $200 profit”
“I was offered $1k for a skin for my laser rifle of doom” (I made up the “laser rifle of doom” part)
“I bred my pet thingamajig yesterday and sold the baby!” (it’s digital, for those of you wincing)
In 2021, thanks to the blockchain, there’s a growing community of gamers who are making real dollars daily, mining, fighting, shooting, jumping... all while playing the same type of mobile and PC games that you had to PAY to play just a short while ago...
...but let’s start at the beginning.
You paid $172,000 for a what!?
Yes... all the way back in 2018 a CryptoKitty named “Dragon” was sold for an incredible $172,000. (300 ETH) Don’t be too surprised, it’s justified! It’s an adorable digital image, or “NFT” of a cat, after all.
It’s a lot of money, but for NFTs and blockchain gaming, flipping a Kitty today may as well be considered the stone ages. It’s still a record, but while you can still get started collecting these digital felines for as low as a couple of dollars, big-dollar trades still happen daily.

On the flip side of mortgaging your home to buy a digital picture of a CryptoKitty, Bored Ape, or CryptoPunk, you may feel better if you begin your adventure into making crypto (it’s real money, dear!) by playing a video game where you can “make money” instead of spending it.
I’m not saying owning a CryptoKitty or any of a plethora of “Avatar NFTs” we see popping up on various exchanges isn’t one way to do it... I’m saying to me at least, as a life-long gamer I’d much prefer playing a mobile, console, or PC game to collecting pictures in a digital wallet.
So what the heck is an NFT?
I could go into a long explanation... but since this article is about gaming and not cryptocurrency, I’ll tell you an NFT is a “non-fungible token”, and leave you google it if you really want to dig in deep. I do want to share more, so I’ll ‘splain it as simple as I can for you Lucy!
A CryptoKitty, as stated above, is a type of image called an NFT. (the collection is called “CryptoKitties) It’s a digital picture of a cartoon cat. There are thousands of different ones that have different shapes, colors, expressions and traits. (kind of like a real cat, but eats less)
The difference, is only one of each design is actually a legitimate “CryptoKitty”. (or a legitimate whatever type of image it happens to be) To be clearer... each NFT is a “one of a kind”, so if you’re thinking “but can’t I just make a copy?”, nope you can’t.
I mean... you “can” make a copy of it if you really dig the design and want it on your desktop, but it would only be a copy of that particular NFT, not the real McCoy! Ok... so what makes one real, and the rest fakes? The blockchain.
Now, I’m going to be true to my word and keep my promise of not making this an article about crypto or the blockchain, so just know this: the difference between an image that is an actual NFT, and a copy of one, is there is an underlying digital code that designates the real thing.
So real in fact, that artists are creating or importing their paintings and creations to the web as NFTs, numbering them as they would a lithograph, and selling their entire collections. So if you are an art fan, check with your favorite creators... you may be surprised to find all of their “works of art” on an online marketplace!

NFTs are viewed on certain marketplace websites and digital wallets where the copies cannot be displayed, so that is how we know one is real, and the others are not! Having said that, sure, there’s more to it, but just know that there’s a 100% secure way of knowing an image is a real NFT.
In addition, there can be more than one NFT with the same identical image. However, each has a unique underlying code, so even if they look exactly the same, they are not! Look at it like the playing cards or comic books of old... there may be 1,000 created (or “minted” as it’s called in NFT land) but they will each be numbered 1 to 1,000.
And guess which is more valuable.....? I knew you’d get it!
And these NFT’s make money how?
You’re getting warmer! There are a lot of different types of games coming out these days where you can make money playing. There are RPG’s, MOBA’s, Shooters, games in first person and in third, dungeon crawls... you name it!
If you’re thinking “how did I not know this!”, I was the same until recently! I have been gaming almost daily since I stepped into Ultima Online back in 1997, and I can’t even begin to tally how many hours and/or dollars I’ve invested into gaming.
Now, our hobby pays!
After 30-something years, my wife still thinks I’m bonkers... but I got a totally different look from her a few days ago when I told her I sold my game character for well over $200. Legit. I sold two more yesterday, and another this afternoon.
Some of these only cost me $10 or $15, some much more. Some are free. I sold another NFT character last week for $1,950, and it was sold on the game’s website, not on the black market.
So not only can an NFT be a picture of an Ape, Vegetable, Duck, or Stripper on a pole (we’ll leave it at that) but it can be a character in a game, a weapon, a mount, armor, or more.
One game is giving away free pet turtles with each character. For the uneducated on “pets” in computer games, it’s not the kind you keep in a bowl in your bedroom. It’s a companion that fights with you in an online game and may shoot fire from its eyes, heal you, or similar.
Soon after being handed out for free, they’re now selling for around $60 each.
So an NFT can be an image, a video, music, a meme... or even a shirt or shoes! But we’ll leave the NFT clothing explanation to another article. ;)

Remember that rare skin you paid out the nose for a year ago in Apex? Or the L33T character you built up in Fortnite or Warcraft? If you’re no longer playing that game, it’s money under the bridge. And you don’t own the bridge!
In this new breed of blockchain games, you could have LEGALLY sold that character, skin, weapon, land, house, mount, or whatever it was when you tired of the game. For a profit. Maybe for a LARGE profit.
Yes, in the past we were able to find ways to get around the system and dump our pixels from time to time. We’d sell the account on the black market, or cut a deal with someone like a drug dealer on a Chicago Street corner. Then we’d over who went first...
“You give me the account and weapon first!” “No you give me the money first”.  Sometimes the deals even went through. Others well... let’s just say half of the parties walked away happy.
I made good money when after 4 years of daily playing I sold my Ultima Online account for somewhere around $2,000, but I needed to find a trustworthy “go-between” to broker the deal. Even then, I was sweating it!
With today’s crypto games, not only do the games provide the platform to buy, sell, or trade your character and items, but it’s encouraged, and done with good old U.S dollars! I’ve made $ playing 4 or 5 different games already this week, as well as flipping (buying low and selling higher) NFT characters!
How else can I make money playing games?
The way you earn varies from game to game, but each week seems to reveal another new strategy, platform, or idea. Many are new strategies, and while some have “triple A” 3D animation and graphics, others are simpler and use basic one-dimensional graphics for the gameplay.
Some of these games are actually tied to a token on the blockchain. The game developer creates their own token, not too unlike Bitcoin or Ethereum, and it can be bought or sold on the open market as well as used in the game as currency.
Could you imagine if back in League of Legends, Guild Wars or Final Fantasy, when you were ready to move to a new game, you could sell or easily convert your gold to cash? Some of today’s blockchain games encourage it!
Not only can you now buy and sell characters and weapons, the gold in the game can be traded, bought, sold, or saved like real currency, stocks, crypto, or collectables. Never have I been as excited about PC and mobile gaming as I am today!
As an example, I am doing some work for a new game that will launch soon called Pepper Attack. Pepper Attack has its own token or coin... called MYTE. It can be used in the game as currency, but also be traded like Bitcoin. A lot of today’s blockchain games offer this same benefit.

Hi ho, hi ho, it’s off to mine I go!
Just by owning an NFT from the game, you can login on a daily basis and click “mine” earning real-value tokens passively. Your Pepper goes to work like one of the 7 Dwarves mining MYTE, and later on you can convert it to other tokens or cold, hard cash.
There's more to do in this particular game as well. Like any good RPG or MMORPG, each pepper has a unique combination or skills like attack, defense, evade, hit points, and more. As an example of the possibilities, if you have a high attack score, other characters will be able to pay you in MYTE to “train” them, raising their score as well.
In addition, these NFTs have unique physical traits, some are common and some are very rare. This game in particular have toons that look more like anime-ish elves with weapons and a stem... I have to admit the artwork is really spicey! (see what I did there?) Other games are of course totally different.
Some people will simply collect these NFTs/characters as an investment, like playing cards or comics. Others will use them in the game, and still others will do both. Either way, they can be held, or sold for a profit!
Unlike the games of the past, when you’re ready to move on you don’t walk away and lose all the $ you have spent for characters, skins, weapons, potions, and other items. When you’re done, you’ll be able to sell your character and items... possibly for a profit... maybe a lot of profit... and move on.
These are not your father’s computer games!
As we move ahead in the genre, we are seeing AAA studios coming out with big-dollar productions, like Blankos, Mist, Illuvium, Ember Sword and others. Some of these games actually let you buy the land you build on!
Did you have your own house in Ultima Online, Star Wars Galaxies, or Archeage? What if you could have used It as a shop and been paid in dollars for your wares, rented it to another player, or sold it for cold hard cash at a huge profit down the road?
In many of today’s games, not only is it common, but extremely hard to come by, and quite expensive. Not only are people paying thousands of dollars for a plot in some of the games that have land, but they’re paying it many months before the game is even released.
They do it, because in many cases they know that they can easily 2X, 10X, or even 50X their investment a short piece down the road. Seriously? Seriously... and the early bird catches the worm!
Other games with lesser budgets are more graphic-based, but have super earnings potential as well, and are just as fun to play. These include Splinterlands, (a card game like Magic!) Crypto Blades, Axie Infinity and more.
Regardless of if the new blockchain game of your choice is a RPG, MOBA, a card game or racing game... the fact that you can put some coin into your pocket playing adds a whole new element. It’s heckafun making money playing a game!

In many cases, if you can catch a game before it releases, the land, characters, weapons, and other items... in most cases all NFTs... can be grabbed at a tiny fraction of the future value.
Of course, always check out the game details and team first, and be confident it’s a good place to put your money. Not all games are made the same.
If you’re lucky enough to find out about and partake in an early sale, for example, like grabbing a character NFT or two in   “Pepper Attack”  before the late September launch date, you may be in for a real treat!
There are plenty of new titles coming down the pipe that look to be fun, have great communities, and offer earning opportunities. A web search will find services and websites that will keep you on your toes and alert you of upcoming blockchain game releases, marketplace opening, and more.
As we look forward, the future of gaming on the blockchain is really, really exciting! Not only are the games getting better and more fun, but they’re getting better at making the economics work more smoothly as well.
The games are not without challenges, as they need to be made to sustain themselves economically over the long haul. In addition, they need to have higher levels of security (thanks blockchain!) and of course, work without becoming “pay to win”. Thankfully, the new breed of developers have risen to the challenge!
The next time you look for a new game to add to your phone or desktop, or just want a change of pace, look to a game that pays to play! Your wallet might thank you.
Another perk, is your husband or wife will appreciate it as well! Instead of hearing “are you going to play that stupid game all night again?”, you may start to hear things like “I’ll put the kids to bed tonight sweetheart, so you can get online and play”.

WeChat Pay is a Chinese payment system that allows online casinos to process payments from account holders in this country. Originally founded as a WhatsApp-style communication system, WeChat Pay has quickly evolved into a popular method for businesses to receive payments from this part of the world.
WeChat Pay is a smart and efficient way to send money to users of the WeChat global platform. WeChat Pay is also a popular method of payment for buying and selling bitcoin instantly and securely. There are two person-to-person marketplaces that accept WeChat Pay as a payment method.

These payment options should be kept in mind if you want to have an online and mobile presence in China. These mobile first payment methods are accompanied by Union Pay, the popular Chinese card brand.

Why expand into China?
China’s e-commerce market has been growing by leaps and bounds in recent years, and it doesn’t seem to be stopping anytime in the foreseeable future. As of the beginning of 2019, more than 54% of Chinese shoppers were using third-party payment services; the other 46% were divided almost equally between debit/credit cards and cash payments.
China has almost 650 million online shoppers. According to Statista, this number is expected to reach 1 billion by 2023. Unsurprisingly, many overseas companies would love to take advantage of that. But one of the stumbling blocks on this path is Chinese mobile payment systems.
What’s wrong with PayPal? you might ask.
Well, Chinese consumers don’t really like payment gateways like PayPal that we’re used to in the West. It’s not that people don’t use them at all (they do); it’s just that they mostly prefer local payment methods, many of which not only accept online payments but work offline with QR codes. There are a number of Chinese payment gateways you can implement, and if you want to be successful in the Chinese market, you need to choose the right one.
Wechat Pay Ban
We’ve already covered the three most popular payment systems in the world in our article comparing Stripe, PayPal, and Braintree. Now let’s narrow our focus to one of the world’s largest markets and look at what there is to choose from. Here’s our guide to integrating Chinese payment gateways.
Chinese payment system integrations for foreign companies
In China, payment services are numerous and varied, which can make things a bit confusing for companies new to the Chinese mobile payment market. However, upon closer inspection, you’ll find that not all of them are equally popular, and few are friendly to foreign companies entering the Chinese market.
You’re in luck, though. The top three payment gateways in China are also those that work best with foreign companies. And as we’ve done our share of research into China’s e-market for the UNIGHT app, we know quite a bit about them. Let us share our expertise.
The three most popular online payment systems in China are:
Alipay
WeChat Pay (official name TenPay)
China UnionPay (CUP, or just UnionPay)
Before we start, here’s our very first piece of advice: In a totally perfect scenario, we’d recommend integrating all three of these systems. This way, you’ll cover 100% of shoppers, or very close to it. But that’s a general recommendation sprouting from the fact that Alipay, WeChat Pay, and UnionPay all have similar offerings and only partially share the same audiences.
However, at the same time, these three companies have their differences. And those differences may sway you toward one or two of them, not all three. For example, in UNIGHT, we integrated Alipay and WeChat Pay but not UnionPay.
How do they differ and how can you choose the one that best suits your business? Let’s find out.
WeChat Pay
WeChat Pay is the youngest of China’s top mobile payment apps, and it’s also the one with the most registered users. The reason for the latter is quite simple — almost everyone in China uses the WeChat messenger, which is more than just a messenger. WeChat is a whole ecosystem: a messenger, a social network, games. A growing number of companies are also taking advantage of another feature of this platform by building WeChat Mini Programs to venture into e-commerce.
Basically, the top reason for businesses entering the Chinese market to integrate WeChat Pay is its huge user base: every WeChat user, of which there’s soon to be a billion, has access to WeChat Pay by default, as it comes with the WeChat app. The only thing a user needs to do is connect a bank account to use the service.
As it’s a part of WeChat, WeChat Pay supports all devices that work with WeChat. That’s almost 90% of mobile devices used by Chinese consumers. On the other hand, integrating WeChat Pay into a website is tricky, since the system was created with mobile devices in mind. If you’re aiming at website payments, you might be better off with either Alipay or UnionPay.
For users, WeChat Pay is largely fee-free. Fees are thrust upon them only for withdrawals over RMBY 10,000 (about $153), but even that fee is small compared to the fees banks take — only 0.1%. This is a huge incentive for Chinese consumers to use WeChat Pay and not credit cards, for example.
At the same time, the fee taken from merchants is also very low — compared to fees set by international banks for credit and debit cards, WeChat and Alipay cost about 40% less. WeChat’s merchant fee is 0.6%. Add strong security complete with encryption and a vast selection of possibilities for marketing, and WeChat is a clear choice for many overseas vendors.
Alipay
When it comes to online commerce in China, Alipay is usually the first payment gateway that comes to mind, mostly because it was a pioneer in this field, emerging roughly at the same time as Chinese e-commerce itself. While WeChat has the largest pool of potential shoppers by virtue of its social platform and messenger, it is yet to reach Alipay’s number of actual paying customers. Right now, Alipay is still the most popular online payment system in China.
Like WeChat Pay, Alipay only charges for withdrawals, though, with Alipay, the amount allowed without a fee is much higher — RMBY 20,000, or approximately $2,900. The fee for merchants is similar to that of WeChat Pay at 0.55%.
Basically, if you pin Alipay and WeChat Pay side by side, you’ll see these two systems have quite a number of similarities: they both offer online and offline payment options as well payment for bills and utilities; they both charge fees to customers only for withdrawals; they have similar fees for merchants, etc.

And that’s the reason we recommend integrating at least these two systems — if not all three. Together, Alipay and WeChat Pay cover approximately 90% of all online shoppers in China. Granted, a large part of the user base overlaps, as many Chinese consumers use both of these payment gateways. But it’s still 90% of shoppers if you go for both systems.
Alipay supports all mobile devices and computer browsers (even those not supported by WeChat) and deals with more currencies (18 to WeChat Pay’s 9). As we mentioned, Alipay is still the leader in the number of paying users. At the same time, it can’t compete with WeChat when it comes to marketing on the platform, so there’s that.
The final difference between Alipay and WeChat Pay is that Alipay is an internet escrow service, meaning it keeps the money a buyer pays until the transaction is completed according to the agreement. If you’ve ever made a purchase from AliExpress, you might know that it follows the shipment and asks you to confirm delivery. When you tap that confirmation button, it’s the service’s cue to drop the money to the seller. Until that moment, the payment is held by Alipay.

This feature is important, as it helps establish trust between buyers and sellers: buyers can be certain their money will be returned to them if the product isn’t delivered or is faulty, and sellers know for sure that their money was paid in full and will be transferred to them when the product is delivered or the service is provided.
China UnionPay
UnionPay was originally a credit/debit card provider, unlike Alipay and WeChat Pay, which were both established primarily for online transactions and e-commerce. China UnionPay is a new player in the online payment market, but it has a distinct advantage compared to smaller companies. As the third-largest credit/debit card provider in the world (after Visa and Mastercard), it has an extensive base of long-time clients. CUP works with 165 participating banks and issues over 5 billion cards a year. Essentially, everyone in China who has a bank account is a UnionPay customer.
UnionPay works with all mobile devices and computer browsers, which makes it a little bit more accessible than WeChat Pay, though not by much. But the biggest benefit of CUP is not that, of course.
Why My Wechat Doesn't Have Wechat Pay
China UnionPay supports almost all currencies and operates in many countries besides China — something both Alipay and WeChat Pay are struggling with due to the particularities of Chinese legislation. CUP should be among your chosen China payment gateways if you’re targeting not only people living in China but those traveling outside China.
Originally, UnionPay required a physical card to complete transactions both offline and online. This was the biggest issue with China UnionPay: physical cards with magnetic strips are way less secure than payment options created for online use right from the start, like QR codes. To not be left behind, UnionPay built a mobile application of its own in 2017 and ventured into QR code payments, pitching against Alipay and WeChat Pay. Gaining market share is a struggle, though, since UnionPay’s customers who are paying for products and services online overlap majorly with users of Alipay and WeChat Pay. And with both competing services having more experience and focusing on e-commerce, UnionPay falls short.
Another thing to consider if you’re thinking about integrating UnionPay is that it’s still a credit/debit card provider first and foremost. Because of this, its fees are higher than either Alipay or WeChat Pay — 0.8% for merchants (0.7% for banks and 0.1% for UnionPay itself).

Challenges when developing a mobile app for China
There are several peculiar issues that arise before foreigners attempting to breach into the Chinese online market. Among them, a special place belongs to the documentation: Chinese payment systems used to only have documentation in Chinese. This includes rules and regulations and all the manuals on using the system, managing your wallet and money held in it, etc.
So if you’re planning China website payment gateway integration, you might need to hire a translator. Or you can always use Google Translate, of course; it won’t be an easy ride but it’s manageable.
The second and much more important issue is the competition between Alipay and WeChat Pay. We’ve already mentioned that the two payment systems cover over 90% of the Chinese online shoppers. However, due to being fierce rivals, these two systems fordid direct transferring between them. Meaning that you can’t transfer funds from your WeChat wallet to the Alipay wallet. There are two possible solutions for that:
You could manage separate wallets. This can be time-consuming but it’s a slightly cheaper solution.
You could use a special service, like Ping++, that, for a fee, acts as an intermediary, pulling payments from both systems into a single wallet for you to manage. This way, you avoid the mess of separate wallets and save time to manage other business matters.

Integrating Chinese payment gateways: Conclusion
Besides the three payment gateways we’ve covered, there are also other similar services. However, their share of mobile payments in 2019 is very small, to the point that they’re worth integrating only as secondary systems or for very specific industries and/or target audiences. Right now, it’s WeChat vs Alipay, with CUP trying to win more users among their existing cardholders.
Our recommendation for startups and established companies venturing into the Chinese online market is to consider WeChat Pay and Alipay their primary choices unless thorough research into a particular niche suggests otherwise.

Go all-in on the industrial-chic aesthetic by turning an old shipping container lot into your new home in Port Promise, or take a leisurely stroll atop of the old train station’s parkway in Conifer Station when Evergreen Harbor finally lives up to its name.
Sims also reap the rewards of living either the green or industrial lifestyle even beyond Evergreen Harbor. Hit the Dump(ster)
Need a TV, a table, or even a mattress? Check the dumpster! A lot of the things you find in the trash aren’t junk at all. That first-generation TV is a nostalgic but functional throwback! Sure, the mattress might have a coffee stain and a tear or two, but you can fix it up—or just use it as-is. And that singed oven is perfectly fine after you wipe it down. There’s no reason to buy new when you can basically furnish your house without spending a single Simoleon. Just make sure the dumpster’s not already occupied by any other Sims getting frisky…. Bug Out
Bees aren’t the queen bees in The Sims 4 anymore (though they do produce wax!). The new Insect Farm introduces a plethora of bugs. While toddlers and children can play with grubs and crickets, bombardier beetles provide biofuel for the power generator. Or, if you’re feeling adventurous, treat your Sims to a healthy, crunchy, protein-filled meal. Just don’t let them smile at anyone afterward or they might see beetle legs stuck in their teeth. Gross.

Introduction
The video gaming industry is still been plagued with the non existence of true ownership when it comes to in-game assets. According to NewsZoo The World’s 2.7 Billion Gamers Will Spend $159.3 Billion on Games in 2020; The Market Will Surpass $200 Billion by 2023. This is coming after $87 billion was spent in 2019 by gamers to purchase in-game assets which they have no true ownership over.
In-game assets has been one of the top revenue base of video gaming company as most games has adopted the Free-to-Play model with high demands for in-game assets. According to Forbes  out of Fortnite’s $2.4 billion of revenue, over one billion was generated through the sale of in-game items. Gamers are spending billions of dollars yearly to purchase in-game assets with little or no real ownership right over it.
Citizen Finance: Meta City as a First-person shooter game will provide  support for 100% ownership of in-game assets. The platform will allow players to withdraw and sell their in-game assets on secondary marketplace, gift it out to friends, stake it on decentralized pool to earn Ciphi token or use it as collateral on lending protocol.
About The Game
Plot
In the beginning, the tribes of Meta City lives in peace and harmony until the Nunakai, warrior aliens from Planet Iboria attacked the city. Some districts were lost to the invaders as well as the population who were forced into the mines, the aliens had come for Ciphi.
The last free 5 districts of Meta City came together to form the "Alliance" a union that is determine to defeat the invaders, rescue their people and preserve their rights to Ciphi mining.
Meanwhile, Meta City Company already employed a professional military contractor - Harry Lam to infiltrate Blockdown district. His mission was to gather information on the enemies and rescue some of their workers especially Natalia Ovan.
Introduction
Meta City is a portrayed as a rich city with 14 districts. The City is rich with many minerals but the most precious is Ciphi, a metal that fuels the city's technological advancement. Ciphi was discovered by Nikron Ovan the founder of Meta City Company (MCC), a company that controls 70% of Ciphi mining operations in the city.
Gameplay
Players take on the role of Harry Lam, a professional military contractor employed by MCC to rescue their trapped workers in Blockdown district. The player will have to battle the Nunakai, rescue the workers and obtain information regarding the invaders and what they want with Ciphi. Upon his death, the company was passed to his only daughter Natalia Ovan with the guidance of the 14 (rich and powerful individuals and shareholders of MCC)
The player gradually builds up own bunker and try to survive in a post apocalyptic region that is been overrun by aliens.
Battlefield
Battlefield is the multiplayer version of the game. Players takes on the role of either City Army or the Nunakai Resistance Force.
The battle between City Army and Resistance Force will be portrayed in Multiplayer form in which players will battle themselves.
In-Game Assets
Every in-game asset in Meta City is a unique non-fungible token. In-game assets are NFTs that are stored on the Binance smart chain which gives players full ownership. Players will be able to use them as in-game assets to play the action-packed game, trade them on secondary market, staked them on NFT reward pools or use them as collateral to borrow other tokens.
Attributes
The most important attributes of in-game assets are it's DamagingPowa, Face Value and Rarity. The DamagingPowa is the strength of the asset, Face Value is the amount of token the owner will obtain after liquidation while the Rarity is the rareness of the asset.
Rarity
There are 6 basic Rarity which each in-game assets possess: Common, Rare, Epic, Elite, Legendary and God. Each Rarity possess unique damaging power and value in the game. God weapon is rare, players will have to try harder to obtain them.
Skin as a Virtual Commodity (SaaVC)
Weapon skins will also be represented as a non-fungible token. Since the introduction of weapon skin as virtual commodity to traditional gaming, the market has continue to grow rapidly running into billions of dollars in marketcap. Citizen Finance will also be introducing Skins as a virtual commodity into it's economy model. Players will not just be able to purchase weapon skin from primary market, they will also be able to create own weapon skin and trade using the secondary market.
By introducing blockchain into weapon skin economy, artists will be able to develop their own skin, mint it into NFT and sell directly on Citizen Finance secondary marketplace legally. The platform will be an open economy for weapon skin artist to earn income doing what they know how to do best. Skins will need to be approved by Citizen Finance team and the community through a DCC before it can be supported by Citizen Finance. There will be a number of guidelines in which artists needs to follow when developing weapon skin for the public to avoid harmful content.
Citizen Finance will also be launching CifiPowa, a web-based editor that will enable artist create own weapon skin, mint them to nfts and place on sale on the marketplace.
What is Citizen Finance?
Citizen Finance is an introduction to GameFi and true ownership of in-game assets. While acting as a bridge between the world of traditional gaming and blockchain, Citizen Finance will create a platform where players are the true owners of their in-game assets, they can stake it, resell it, gift it or simply use it as collateral.
Right to property is often classified as human right which gives every citizen the right to own property purchased using their own fund. Property can include real estate, autos and in our case virtual properties like in-game assets. The main property rights are;

Till date, one of the most prominent problem in the traditional video gaming industry is denial of property right when it comes to in-game assets. Players are not the true owners of their in-game assets even if they had purchased it with in-game currency which in turn was purchased with fiat currency. What they can do with the asset is limited to the utilities of the game. The player lacks true control of their assets, can not derived income from it and also can not dispose it.
Blockchain technology has enabled some games introduced true ownership of in-game assets but the utilities for this new concept is still small and has no real impact in the industry. Citizen Finance will be introducing new concepts and utilities for in-game assets using blockchain technology
Non-Fungible Token
Non-Fungible Tokens are tokenized versions of a non-fungible asset like artwork, real estate, collectibles (in-game assets in our case). These assets possess properties and individual characteristics that make them unique and valuable. Non-fungible tokens can be used to create verifiable digital scarcity, as well as digital ownership.
NFTs are not a new concept and the first NFT-like token was the introduction of Bitcoin 2.x (aka colored coins) in 2012. While not being a new concept, the launch of Cryptokitties - a blockchain-driven platform where players have the chance to collect and breed digital cats, brought the attention of the world to this unique technology and thus began the NFT race. Cryptopunk was launched in 2017, the first project that aim to tokenize artwork using NFTs.
Why are NFTs Special?
The specialty of non-fungible tokens revolves round three (3) concept namely; Unique, Rare & Indivisible.
Unique: One major feature that makes NFTs special is the fact of it being unique. Unlike fungible token, each nft has its own unique properties (metadata) that are peculiar to one token. It's impossible for 2 NFTs in same platform to have same properties.
Rarity: NFTs are rare collectibles with limited supply. The scarcity mechanism is one thing that makes owning a non-fungible token special.
Indivisibility: Unlike fungible token, a non-fungible token can not be divided into smaller units. Bitcoin and other fungible assets can be split into smaller unit but non-fungible token needs to be bought, sold and held as a single unit.
The use case of NFTs varies depending on the business model of the platform. While for the most part, it has been used to represent arts and in-game assets but its use case are not limited to arts and gaming alone. NFTs can be used to represent company shares, bonds, real estates, membership and many others.
