AHHH the whole suguru and satoru liking older women thing is so>>. to me it’s so much easier imaging Satoru chasing after someone older since he really does give bratty youngest sibling vibes… like especially with how he reacted in front of that kfc after losing a bad bitch (suguru)… he’s not used to being told no for SURE. I’m sure Satoru is in it for the long haul when it comes to chasing after someone, but suguru… at some point he’d prolly just kidnap you and force you to stay in one of the rooms of his temple until you get Stockholm syndrome I swear. He seems more like the type of person who demands to have the reigns / control over the situation, and he wouldn’t necessarily entertain any rejection or retaliation in the way Satoru does (his lil masochist ass prolly enjoys being a top tier menace just so you keep pushing him away tbh).

I’m getting ahead of myself, but I do wanna see your perspective on how he is with someone who is equally as level-headed as him (if not more than, considering seniority and being more jaded/experienced with dealing with creepy ppl). Suguru and Satoru def have different approaches to gaining the attention of an older person they like. -hanging out with megumi and fucking his dad somehow without him noticing. Like toji eating you out while ur bent over the counter. I'm just gonna keep these as a bullet list bc I'm too tired to write out paragraphs apologies ahead of time for the eye strain - okay taking the differences in panels from the manga being different in the animation as an adaptation. think I'm just much more familiar with the manga so I can't say my dislike for the animation is with any substance. the diff POVs looked cool at least? - I liked how the difference in panels at the begin showed the vast distance between satoru and suguru (and shoko) - the clapping auditory hallucinations and shower dissociation… and his eye bags. shows his depression and depleted mental/physical state really well - haibara being so cheerful :(( - and he's still thinking about gojo… probably has the taste of curses still in his mouth so he can't differentiate for himself whether he'd prefer salty vs sweet. gojo's breaks the tie for him - yukiii~ my beloved - her entrance is so classic - love how yuki's one of the final straws that breaks the camel's back for geto, though I wonder what geto's response would have been pre-riko's death - also love how yuki's methodical approaches, with one actually having been looked into and studied, are mainly still just purely theoretical based on yuki's unwillingness to act as rash as geto will in the future now that he's past the breaking point - yuki wasn't insane enough but geto definitely is. goes to show how similar they are in retrospect with holding onto their beliefs - also yuki literally saying their star plasma vessel mission was a bust from the very beginning bc riko's life and death didn't mean anything with other potential star plasma vessels found. rubbing salt on the wound. so much salt. an entire sea's worth of salt - nanami's voice breaking </3 - ooh blood manifested hallucination. nice touch. also very unsettling as a jujutsu sorcerer - oh god the twins. shoko reading the casualty report. geto's further dwindling morals pushed to the breaking limit. there's a lot of empty space vs. claustrophobic scenes and I like how the anime captured that especially with the muffled background noise. and trees and the cage tiles blocking out faces in times of emotional turmoil. very well done mappa - geto's complete apathy at all of the villagers dying to save the twins in a cage. we stan one deranged monster of his own making<3 - bye-bye jujutsu pin - ahhh this is gonna be so painful for everyone but mostly for satoru </3 - not suguru saying "hey!" in an upbeat voice after he just went through his first quarter-life crisis at 18 y.o - ah the frame of their eyes… satoru still has light in them while suguru's completely extinguished. pain. - "are you the strongest because you're satoru gojo? or does being the strongest make you satoru gojo?" another tortoise and the hare allegory - also satoru the one being emotional and lashing out and YELLING and suguru's just. calm and resigned at this point. he knows how this all would've gone down and satoru's the one that has to play catch-up - gojo didn't kill his situationship and it'll continue to bite him in the ass for the foreseeable future - not the out-of-sync clapping in the background. actually that's just the music. good lord - the twins <3 at least they're alive and happy <3<3 - "you obey me now." yes sir, sorry sir - LMAO GOJO. he's too cute to look like toji - megumi being real about his dad being a deadbeat in their lives shocking gojo out of his persona. nice detail. also good on gojo for at least attempting to give megumi a choice even though he knows he really only has one if he wants to live (with tsumiki) - "nothing!" he lied like a liar who lies

I have no experience in working but I think I might have to start soon since my situation sort of demands it so I have no idea what its like but I can only imagine changing 100% of a campaign is more than stressful, I hope it goes well for you and you get more free time to yourself.

For some reason I’m not mad at utahime and Gojo I mean was she the best option for him to move on? Definitely not but also she’s been the only person ( besides obviously his friends and mom) that has been by his side and didn’t judge him for his past mistakes and also tries to understand him so I get why Gojo likes her and while yes dating your besties ex isn’t the best thing to do I really believe she just fell for him and she probably tried to fight those feelings but it happened anyway . it’s also true that Gojo deserves a chance to move on. When sn ended i remember one of the things that made me the saddest was the fact that Gojo was basically trapped in time bc he couldn’t move on while YN moved on, grew as a person and found a new love so this is him trying to move on and good for him I think it’s also time for him to forgive himself and continue with his life.

The scene in the office where he’s trying to communicate with yn in a healthy way shows at least to me that he’s really trying to change his past toxic behaviour and how he felt “embarrassed” when yn found out his rs with utahime also shows that he really doesn’t want to hurt her anymore he just wants to move on and try to find his person like yn did with Toji. Now do I think utahime and he will last ? Tbh I don’t think so but who knows I just think Gojo should move on first before trying anything but one thing I love about ur writing is that is super realistic and honestly most ppl try to fall for other ppl to get over their exes and sometimes IT works. Another thing I liked about Gojo in this chapter is that he was very clear with Utahime he didn’t promise her anything and didn’t hide his real feelings/ situation!!! Finally Gojo you could’ve done this sooner … with your ex wife you know 😒

I think yn is the one who left me a little confused in this chapter her whole pov just sounded like she was trying to convince herself that she’s happy and that she loves toji bc it’s the “ right thing to do “ or “ what it feels right” but I’m still not sure if she loves toji bc of him or bc she just wants the security that Gojo never gave her. When she said she felt like she was in the middle of a couple again it made me very sad but idk if it’s bc she still feels something for Gojo or she’s just feels confused bc she is seeing him moving on with her best friend . Oh and one last thing I think it’s depressing how Gojo is becoming the understanding, caring, communicative, loving man yn wanted him to be but for another woman honestly if I was her I would be crying and throwing up but again it was her who told him to move on 😣

As much as it hurts, I know it’s better off this way, with both of them going their separate ways. I know that gojo will always have a place in y/n’s heart and y/n will always have a place in gojo’s heart. Not much of a question but I’m really proud of y/n. She just wants gojo to be happy but I know that first love wound is gonna hurt for her. Ep 7 was more of a comfort, I really liked it. I adored this chapter. You might have seen my rb but I'm actually really happy with the way things are turning out. I think it helps that I'm not worried about who or what our end game is. Whether it's Gojo, Toji, or literally no one, the experience of this story itself has been so satisfying and immersive. No matter how it goes, i just need to see it. The heart is so complicated and I love the absolute ambiguity of it all. Sure there have been plenty of wrongdoings and need for forgiveness, but at the current point in the timeline, I really don't see anyone as right or wrong.

Reading and writing fanfiction has gone so far, and it's not just a hobby, it feels like an experience, especially in tumblr where I first got the idea for adding headers, mood-boards, and creating playlists for a piece of writing.

I honestly really admire how far people go, and I really respect their dedication. Reversal of The Heart is the first fanfiction which I'm really seeing the end of, and not leaving as a WIP, and that is thanks to all the support I have gotten! I was honestly so surprised and happy-

I actually really enjoyed the latest chapter! And you handled Sera’s arc in a very smart way. She can never be redeemed fully (at least in my eyes, but I’m petty) because she did too many awful things and she literally tried to induce a miscarriage in y/n—I know she was manipulated by Eula but she is a grown ass woman, she still knew 100% what she was doing. So instead of trying to fully redeem her—(she only did what she did to soothe her own conscience, so still selfish reasons showing that her pride is still a major vice) having her be knocked down a few levels and being humbled and admitting that y/n was in the right all along was the right decision for her character, and was more realistic.

also, y/n’s call out of her was SO SATISFYING TY FOR WRITING IT. 10+ chapters of slow burn and angst totally paid off in that FANTASTIC speech rightfully ripping her apart for what a selfish, self victimizing a-hole she is. AND SHE GOT THE DIANA SHOES BACK IM SO HAPPY ASJFKDKKDKD

Sera’s humble attitude had my shocked when I first read it, it was such and intelligent move. Y/N finally putting her on her place and standing up for herself was just delightful to read. And Lady Diane’s shoes after Y/N has clearly shown how recently she’s feeling insecure about herself and Santoru’s past affairs with Sera… Poor man is gonna have so much work back at home.

Yuuta’s intervention was simply fantastic. I really can’t wait to see if this makes Satoru start viewing his step-brother under a different light and they are able to start to build a healthier relationship. Dadjo suffering from locked in syndrome is a sad yet extremely fitting way of making him pay for all his wrongs.

I kinda missed the Zenin’s, but I can’t wait for Toji’s and the kids interactions with Y/N’s baby once the little munchkin is born!

im so so so happy y/n holds sera and gojo accountable without comprising her kindness. like she’s making it clear she’s not spiteful or vengeful enough to drag other people into their mess but she’s definitely not letting gojo/sera off that easy, especially with the pain they caused her.

Also returning the shoes?? Proud of Sera for taking the big step in order to let go of Gojo. Now there isnt anything to hold on to and she can properly move on, which she really needed. It probably wasnt easy to self-reflect esp after all the bad things she's done, but it's the start of hopefully healing for her. I wonder if that'll be a conversation that Y/N will bring up to Gojo 🤔

yessss aaaa i feel like it’s not logical for sera to do a complete 180 and suddenly be all nice to yn. it’s more of a gradual process of her awakening to her own reality, realizing what she’s done wrong, and generally progressing as a character. she’s a character that has a lot of pride, so humbling herself down instead of directly apologizing to yn seems like the most accurate move for her character. so glad u guys liked the development :)
