So obviously Dorian's history with quadrants has been messy as hell to be polite about it. He's never really had quite the handle on any kind of relationship At All. I mean he's abandoned as a grub by his parents in Tyranius, he gets adopted by Estele and of course she loves him like he's her flesh and blood but the only counter to her overwhelming love is Monroes overwhelming hate for having to share her mother's already shared attention.

He's been taken care of by this fushia woman, Estele, but Monroe never let's him get comfortable enough to consider himself family and Sienna doesn't do much to help because Monroe is doing the same to him and he's ACTUALLY blood related. So it's a "I would help but I don't want things to get even worse" situation. So it's a constant back and forth of "I am being provided for and I'm being taken care of and I don't lack any material things or necessities" while also "I am not wanted in this home regardless but it's not what my clown friend is going through so I should stay put"

So when he gets told if he joins The Vipers, he'll have a place where he actually Belongs and he Is Wanted- of COURSE he's going to leave. Of COURSE he is. He wants nothing more than to belong somewhere and to be protected and wanted and liked.

Obviously The Vipers will never really provide that for him, but he's already left, he can't go crawling back to the Depoti's and face Monroe. So in his desperation to have a family he's telling himself these people are just different and he's having a hard time adjusting from having all his needs met all the time to only having them met when Itward remembers to do that.

So now in the absence of security of his needs and familiarity, of COURSE he's going to latch onto Corpse once he also runs away and joins the Vipers for the Same Reasons. Of COURSE Corpse is going to let him. They're the only things that the other has that feels safe. They know each other, they KNOW they won't treat each other how others treat them, and they know that they're always going to stick together.

Before they started cycling through quadrants though Dorian already had a bad relationship with Itward- Itward saw him as an investment and expansion for The Vipers. If he gets Dorian loyal to him and he ends up being a Rainbowdrinker, he'd be one step closer to being untouchable. So Dorian, in lack of any family, in lack of being wanted, in lack of being loved, when Itward shows favor to him over other Vipers, now he's being Wanted, he's being Loved. Itward becomes an almost fully fledged father figure to him. And Itward knows this, he plays into it- but as little as he can. He does Not care for Dorian and he's waiting for him to Die so he can play savior and have him do bis bidding ad a rainbowdrinker.

By now Dorian and Corpse, two 16 year olds in a gang full of dysfunctional adults, now recognize their attachment to each other. They Need each other to survive The Vipers. But everybody around them is either in a quadrant, fucking, or fighting each other for being in a precious quadrant.

So now they become Red, cause neither of them can recognize that what they're feeling is familial love, the want and need to protect each other because they're all the other has. All they know is that they love each other more than Moirails are supposed to. But they were uncomfortable doing anything major as matesprits, so they broke up but they didn't hate each other, so they become moirails.

And it flips back and forth like that while they're simultaneously now being introduced to drugs and violence. Dorian is eager to please Itward while Corpse gets addicted to cocaine, alcohol and sopor, Dorian gets hooked on the same but he doesn't get it as often because Itward doesn't let The Vipers sell to him since he's his prized lamb. Dorian is in a loop of binging and withdrawl monthly, his relationship with Corpse is deteriorating while he buys more and more into Viper propaganda.

This is when Carlah joins. Who is ALSO looking for a place where she can belong and EXIST without being constantly reminded that her caste will get her killed. She had that kind of sanctuary with Dallas, but he never would have let her join The Blades and he was just Gone for a year already.

Carlah fills the void that Dorian is leaving in Corpse, they get along great, and they seek comfort in each other the more that they get dragged along and abused by Itward. Carlah is turned into a savage dog who's only purpose is to kill, Corpse is losing the only two people he's ever felt loved by. Corpse and Dorian break up, Corpse suggests a moirailligence with Carlah. She refuses because she "isn't going to be another dorian" to him. She recognizes that she's being used by Itward, she will not let herself be used by someone else she's supposed to trust, but they're still each other's safe space and their relationship actually becomes even stronger without the label of a quadrant.

Corpse and Dorian cycle though red, pale, pitch, every month or two from then on until Dorian is killed by Itward. It's MONTHS. Of Corpse being alone and surviving while Dorian is healing and resurrecting after Itward quite literally guts him like a fish and leaves him to his own devices. Carlah is getting worse by the week with Itward getting her dependent on cocaine and putting her through withdrawals so she'll be even more dependent on HIM in return.

Now suddenly Dorian is back and he's Itwards little lap dog. Hes so different. He does anything Itward tells him, he abandons Corpse frequently for Itward. He's always sick but never addresses it, his drug use is the worst it's ever been.

When Carlah leaves Corpse is empty, he goes back to Dorian for comfort but he's met with Dorian being upset he abandoned him for Carlah. Corpse resents him for abandoning him for Itward and fooling around with other guys. Which Dorian was doing so he could feel wanted again in Corpse's absence.

They become pitchmates in their mutual desperation to have a relationship again but having no idea how to make that happen.

Shortly after Carlah leaves, Itward dissapears and leaves The Vipers on Dorians shoulders, he has no fucking idea what he's doing. Every passing night his and Corpse's relationship is strained more and more, and theve settled on pitchmates for a while. When they stop in Authorius,

Dorian meets Ray. And it is fucking over for Corpse. Dorian is always going to his shop to talk to him, he's getting Ray gifts, he's flirting with him, he's inviting him to stay at his hotel room- and as he's doing all of that Corpse is, once again, left to run the Vipers entirely on his own.

He could not resent Dorian more. For everything he's done in the past years, for everything he didn't do, he can't stand him but he would never forgive himself if something happened to him while he was messing with Ray so he sticks around.

By now, they've met with Carlah again, and she's working for Johlan Devira. Carlah and Corpse reconnect, she wants less than nothing to do with Dorian. Carlah, offers a moirailligence to Corpse now that she's in a better spot, and this time Corpse doesn't take it, but he thinks about it.

Soon though Corpse meets Kia. Now it's all fucking over for Dorian. It takes a few months, since they keeping coming in and out of town, but once Corpse and Kia become mates Corpse drops the Vipers and Dorian ENTIRELY.

So now Dorian is learning to actually run the Vipers alone without any support.

In that arc, he and Ray become mates, but the relationship is still strained since he's in and out of town so much. It's only when Ray gets frustrated with him that he realizes, now that he's more mature and in a much better position than before, he has to actually figure out how quadrants Really work.

And Ray means the entire world to him. He's the first Good mate he's had he's the first Good Quadrant he's had. He would kill for Ray, he would do absolutely anything for him.

Even dissolve the Vipers.

So now, Dorian and Ray are living together. But Kia and Ray are friends, so he still hears about Corpse, but he never sees him. Corpse doesn't talk about Dorian, he never talks To him, he never sees him, he never asks about him.

They have been through so much they've been through EVERYTHING together and Corpse is acting like he doesn't even EXIST. And this goes on FOR. YEARS. From Corpse AND Carlah. They both resent Dorian for what he represents, what he became, what he idolized and what he followed but he's CHANGED and they refuse to acknowledge it. He didn't go through as much as they did sure but he DIED. ITWARD KILLED HIM AND THEN LITERALLY LEFT HIM FOR DEAD IN A WAREHOUSE AND HE HAD TO STUMBLE HIS WAY BACK TO THE VIPERS IN A STARVED FRENZY. ITWARD ALSO HURT HIM.

He didn't take his horns, he didn't threaten to send him back to the church he came from, he didn't threaten to report him for mutant culling but Dorian was left just as damaged as Corpse and Carlah. It's so frustrating to see probably the ONLY people in the WORLD that can understand what you went through turn their backs on you like YOU were the one at fault.

But, of course, everything heals with time.

When they're ready, when they're ALL ready, they start over. They've all changed significantly, and it's time they've given themselves second chances.

Dorian and Corpse are close again, they still care deeply for each other, they ways have, but they've sworn off any Quadrants, Carlah and Corpse are thriving moirails. Dorian has reconnected with Estele and Sienna, and Monroe is doing all she can to make up for how she was when she was younger.

So, when Dorian joins the Blades.

God. When he joins The Blades.

It's everything that he was promised from The Vipers and MORE. It's an actual family, people do care for each other and look out for one another, Dallas does actually care about Dorian as a Blade and as a SON. Dorian finally feels like he BELONGS somewhere, like he's NEEDED but more importantly he's WANTED. People worry about him, they think he's fun to be around- he doesn't have to constantly cater to all of them so he doesn't get reprimanded or punished, he's loved and accepted as he is, and Dallas would never fucking kill him.

He has Everything he's ever wanted. He has a support system, he has friends, he has a mate that loves him, he has a SON. He has a DAD. HE HAS A GRANDAD THAT LOVES HIM TOO.

HIIIIIIII ITS BEEN SO LONG, hello to anyone who sees this and anyone still follows me despite my silence <33 its been a little over two years and my undertale hyperfixation is slowly returning but i really dont know where to start with all of the projects bouncing around in my head, so i justs wanted to throw a poll out there and see where it lands. whatever wins will probably end up earning my focus— emphasis on probably i have no idea how my mind works im just along for the ride.

“home is where the heart is” is my first, longest, and most popular fic ive written ever and ive improved exponentially since i first started. a part of me worries im no longer able to capture what i did then and im ngl, its daunting to jump immediately back into a fic i havent touched in over a year.

weapons wrapped in lamb-skin is my gaster centric artificial mage fic and its something i rushed through because i was still very new to writing and was excited to share it. its quality suffered because of it. ive rewritten the first chapter already and i want to finish rewriting around eight chapters before i start posting it again

and so my garden grows is my asgore & toriel au harem fic in the same vein as skeleton au harem fics because i thought as resident dilf and milf they really deserved the treatment. as compared to home is where the heart is, itd be easier to jump back into because i didnt manage to get very far with it before i lost my fixation, although as of now im more fixated on the skeletons than the goats and id need to do A LOT of planning for it because my noted are very sparse

and finally, nemesis and nike is my idea for a horror au centric harem fic featuring my takes on horrorbirdfell, horrorswap, horrortale, and horrorswapfell. theres a lot of lore i have cooked up, mainly being the mc is also from an alternate unuverse where they and their kid sister are trying to survive during a zombie apocalypse. they wake up in a wooded area surrounded by a fence and quickly learn the woods aren’t uninhabited as they once thought. excited for this one because it would be nice to have a fresh start and flex my newly built writing muscles, and have a point of comparison between where i began with home is where the heart is and where i am now.

“I- uhh- hello,” you stutter, unsure of what to say. 

“I understand I have an…effect on mortals. Take your time.” You can’t be sure, but he sounds slightly amused at your wonder. You can’t help but stare at his polished silver white armor, the gold trim glinting in the sunlight. He was much taller than you, right now as you’re sitting up in the bed your head just barely reached under his chest. Your eyes trailed down onto the golden belt and- crap, you’re totally eyeing him like a piece of meat. You really hope it doesn’t come off that way as you look back up at the helmeted head of this angel, who you assume is staring at you. “Um. Hello. Where am I?” you ask, glancing nervously around, trying really hard not to look anywhere below his neck. 

“Tell me, do you know who I am?” the angel asked, completely ignoring your question. You squint up at him, taking in the cross on the helm along with the golden half-halo on his head. Shaking your head, you hope he doesn’t take offense to your ignorance. To your surprise, he leans down and grasps your chin between his thumb and index. “Why, little lamb, it is I, Gabriel, Archangel and Righteous Hand of the Father,” he says, a smile evident in his voice. “Perhaps my form isn’t quite as accurate as how I am portrayed in the mortal realm, but oh your devotion remains the same, no?” You open your mouth to speak, but once again you find yourself soundless. Oh god. He knows about your embarrassing crush and hyperfixation on him. You’re not even Christian. You just think he’s hot. Is that a sin? Are you going to get sent to hell for this? Is he here to punish you? Your mind is reeling with anxious questions and fears until he clears his throat. “Fear not, I’m only here to grant you an extension to your worship of me.” 

You blink. “S-sorry?” you stammer shifting off your legs and scooting back from Gabriel. “Don’t be, I find your admiration of me quite enamoring,” he replies, putting a knee down on the bed. What is happening? 

“Little lamb, I’ll let you worship me-,” he’s on the bed now with you, reaching out to cup your cheek in his gloved hand, “-so go ahead-,” his hand is trailing down your body, “-prove to me-”, it rests right on your thigh and you gasp when he squeezes, “-your devotion.”

I'll mainly ramble about RW lore, the iterators, as well as my own oc stuff relating to RW!

Warning: I swear a fair bit, sometimes make jokes that are suggestive, and do occasionally write darker subjects that may be sensitive — for example: gore, character death, scenes relating to breaking the self destruction taboo, etc. However, I will tag all accordingly and put proper warnings beforehand!

I also do like to reblog/write a lot about shipping RW characters! ° Iterator Revolution

An AU where the iterators turn against the ancients for the sake of their freedom, find their way off the string, and flee. But this also undoes the events of the mass ascension. Sliver of Straw never dies.

° Moon Memory Loss

A smaller AU focused on Moon's memory loss, exploring her falling in love with Sig again and reconciling with Pebbles even after remembering the mistakes he made. Off the string, happy ending, just with a lot of Moon-centered angst.

° Human/Modern AU

A maliable AU centered around my version of Chasing Wind. No real plot, just cute romance, healing, and Moon being a cute country gal.

° Cult of the Rain AU (Cult of the Lamb x Rainworld crossover, made with @sapphicdib)

An AU where the Rainworld characters play the roles of the Cult of the Lamb characters, with the iterators being the bishops and the scugs being eeeeverybody else. Saint is the Lamb, Sliver is The One Who Waits.

Outside of that, I've got a sort-of-AU in relation to two of my OCs, Ever Changing Fates and No Rhyme or Reason. Two little dudes having their own stories unfold, probably placed in the TBTBU AU.

Someday I will come up with a better title for this project. This is my main project that I am working on. The main thing I'm doing right now is constructing a story for Asha's family and creating a plan for the comic. From time to time there may be smaller drawings from this project.

Ash-kore is a hybrid. It has the blood of upper class demons in it as well as the blood of spider demons. He was destined for a future alongside loving parents who would bring a new order to the demon world - equality, justice and caring. Sadly, Ash lost everything in one night, and the hope of all demons for a better life vanished. Years later, the greatest rebellion in the history of the demon kingdom began. According to rumours, it is led by a lost prince who wants to continue his parents' work. Only none of them know that behind the enlightened ideas is a desire for bloody revenge.

#hibernation - the hashtag I will occupy when I start drawing the comic book. My interest in ROTTMNT has dimmed a bit, but I want to finish the comic first and foremost. No matter what happens the comic will be finished and this is the main project I am working on.

For the first few years, he managed to find abandoned buildings - such as an abandoned bowling alley or closed garages. Unfortunately, he didn’t have much luck and they had to change their hiding places quite often. Splinter loves his boys very much and this cannot be disputed, but what can a person who has never even looked after a pet in his life know about raising children?

Splinter tries his best, but sometimes he makes mistakes and feels overwhelmed by the weight of his past. Unfortunately, the consequences of these mistakes can backfire on those he cares about most - his sons.

Splinter will have to face the consequences of his mistakes, which put him in a situation no parent wants to be in.

#rottmnt MuZA - my AU. The idea was inspired by the game Project Zomboid, but somehow the enthusiasm for creating AU dimmed. Maybe it will come back, maybe not, but for now it is an abandoned project. But if anyone is curious, I have a written story for the brothers as a list of events. I can make it available if there is interest.

What would the apocalypse look like if the ninja turtles had to face mutant zombies instead of Krangs? A mysterious virus has spread around the world, turning humans and yokai into monsters. The Hamato family has not yet recovered from their battle with Shredder, and they face another challenge. Surviving the end of the world.

Undertale:

#guardiantale - My au Presents the story before the events of the game. The story is already written, but I am slowly translating it into English. Chapters will appear every Saturday at 6pm.

"Katharina is an ordinary girl who is very stubborn. She always pursues her goal. Anyone who knows her can tell that she is very persistent. But this trait is not always a good thing. Kath found this out the hard way when she fell into the Underworld. From now on, she will have to somehow survive in a place full of monsters that have no sympathy for humans. I mostly write and draw about my hyperfixations. I cannot be tied to a lone specific piece of content unless my mind is very into it, so content may change drastically over time.

This Monochrome Railway line has no specific set destination, however, stations it might stop in are:

Gear Station: It is not a rare occurrence to see the Subway Bosses when you come along for a ride in Monochrome Railway, as connections and partnerships made sure to anchor this train to at least monthly visits to that station.

Puyo Puyo/Madou Monogatari Station: Just as frequently as Gear Station, Puyo Puyo/Madou Monogatari are often frequented mostly for the sake of meeting an appointment with a certain horned devil.

Orsterra & Solistia Joint Station: White-haired clerics and dark-haired scholars keep the train from omitting this station on occasion, it may be accompanied by dirty blond little lambs in need of guidance.

Pokémon Station: Separate from Gear Station due to its more general nature, Monochrome Railway occasionally visits the Pokémon World as a whole.

Zenithian Station: Though this one is lately more in the back-burner, it is expected this station is revisited soon, as the various worlds in need of heroes to slay dragons and do quests are soon to have a few new interesting additions.

That will be the full line for now! If new stations were to arise, this post will be updated accordingly, so keep an eye out for a possible update on the Information Board!

As a last addition, this conductor will be working on extensive guides of both preferred content and original content for better navigation. As soon as it is finished it will be linked so as to ensure you learn how to navigate the various contents each station may produce.

they really do work together to make up my personality though, I’m definitely not a traditional taurus, I’m extremely indecisive and need connections with others even though I’m an introvert (libra), and have always felt things really deeply and have a vivid imagination (pisces) which is one of the reasons I love writing so much!

Top 5 books? =)

oofa doofa, i feel like this one changes p frequently BUT!!!!

1. house of leaves - mark z. danielewski: i really can’t rave about this one enough...it’s very hard to describe, and it sort of...fights you the first time you try to read it, but it’s...so good. it’s unquestionably my fav book of all time and i think i’ve probably reread it more than any other book i own. 2. rebecca - daphne du maurier: to be fair, i love ALL of daphne du maurier’s work, and i just finished rereading ‘my cousin rachel’ recently and that’s wonderful too, but rebecca always has a special place in my heart because it was the first book i took out from the library where the librarian was like ‘uh don’t you think going to be a little too difficult for you to read?’ and i, a young hermione granger, got so mad i literally read the whole thing in three days SO. 3. red dragon - thomas harris: i love the whole silence of the lambs/hannibal lecter series, but red dragon is just like. jam-packed with some of the worst, most fascinating characters ever, so it’s absolutely my top pick of the bunch ;P 4. pet sematary - stephen king: this was my first stephen king novel (again, read WAYYY TOO EARLY!!!) and i just find it hilarious NOW that, uh, given its subject matter...i grew up to be hyperfixated on until dawn of all things ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ reread that one recently too and just sort of went ‘oh. oooh. huh. welp.’ 5. the disaster artist - greg sestaro: admittedly this one does not fit on the list, lol. but i am (as my irl friends will tell you, their eyes haunted and their postures resigned) OBSESSED with like...........bad things. untintentionally bad things. things that were created EARNESTLY and GENUINELY but just........are bad. and the movie the room is VERY high up on that list, so reading about all the behind-the-scenes stuff? that’s my bread and butter, babyyyyyy! something about reading a firsthand account of tommy wiseau shouting about how his ass must be shown in the movie or it won’t sell is just...it’s something.
