Ok hear me out there's a lot of stink going around bee not being fat because she is the sin of gluttony but that's a stereotype, someone can be gluttonous to a extreme but still have a healthy body so hear me out i think bee works out with Satan at his gym to offset her calorie intake. After all she said she saw him with out a shirt and Satan has a fitness app so it would make since for her to be a work out zealot to remain healthy while being a glutton

For all her friendliness, Bee's lyrics noticeably contain one rather worrying line: "I'm what you want, not what you need." This is a subtle reminder, despite how incredibly friendly and benevolent Bee may seem to be in this episode, she's still the Queen of Gluttony. All the things she gives people are things they want, but not what they actually need.

This is also reflected in her song, Cotton Candy, and her seeming preference for it; cotton candy, while delicious, has basically no nutritional value, and is actively bad for you given the amount of sugar it contains. Appropriate for a being of Gluttony...
